Burger King in Sunderland

I ordered on the app luckily as they were having problems with the card machine but food amazing nice and hot

It was busy , manager standing around on her phone texting and taking pictures not helping her staff . Service was absolutely slow, girl on front seems to busy to take my order and when asked for assistance she usher me towards kiosk . This place need more staff or more better management ! This is second time I’ve been and they always seem to getting worse by the minute.

Absolutely a joke ordered food at 9.45. accepted order just said preparing food all the way till a 11 pm when it closes no answer after ringing and ringing

originally said half an hour when placed the order, kept being pushed back and eventually came another 45 minutes after original time given. food was cold and inedible and went into the bin. £6.25 credit dosent really cut it when the order was nearly £30quid. won't order again

I have not received my order. We have contacted Burger King who have advised us that the food is still waiting to be collected. Yet you have stated it has been delivered. I am absolutely disgusted. I expect a full refund

Over an hour to deliver this order and then when arrived very poor quality and ice cream was upside down

Delivery was quick and all food was there but was missing all the sauces I paid for which ruined my full meal

We were just visiting the area. Met Debs who served us and she was very friendly and helpful. She gave us great service and a wonderful experience. Food was tasty but all credit to her for making the visit 5🌟

Restaurants gave delivery driver the wrong order, restaurant refused to do anything except say cancel where ordered from and come to restaurant in person to place the order. Stay well clear. Total joke.

Nice food but the delivery took almost double the time it first said

90 minutes is too much for one delivery, the was cold

I was having problems with the app, i asked a member of staff that tried to help, manager Gavin came to help, he sorted my order, service was super fast, all staff were friendly. A* service and A* manager!

Dips paid for but not in the bag. Slush only half full.

Ryhope Drive-through - I'm so annoyed that for the second time in a row one item out of six ordered was missing from my order in drive-through. Nine chicken nuggets missing this time, and the last time, Fries. It wasn't that busy. Think you need to get your act together.

ordered at 5pm, delivery time kept getting later and later untill 7pm when the order was marked as delivered but I never received it

Ordered burger king meal for breakfast, no fault from the store but the delivery guy was so rude and handled our food like trash. Treated my husband so impolitely. The delivery guy has no manners and customer service at all!!!

This was the first time we used a delivery service for a Burger King, usually we’d collect it. After just coming out of hospital we got it delivered tonight and paid £48, unfortunately all of the food was freezing cold. Just so disappointed as we were all looking forward to it. frustrating when you spend a lot of money and food is cold.

Driver was sitting in car in front of my house for 5 minutes being on call (was talking to phone) while my food was getting cold (it was further away restaurant at first place). Very bad service, waiting in porch for guy to finish call to come to my door.

Over an hour for a delivery it’s unacceptable, if an order comes through regardless of area it should be treat and se bout just as fast as an area closer, if an area is not able to be delivered efficiently take it off justeat.

Place is clean as a whistle food gorgeous little tip get the gourmet fries lovely service

Food was freezing cold. couldn't eat it. order came without a thermal bag, hence it been cold. And two bottles of diet coke was missing from the order very disappointed and it cost me £30 alot of money wasted . I won't be ordering from burger king again. Might be an idea for delivery persons to invest in a thermal bag.

Says you get a free order if you spend over £25 I spent £25.28 plus delivery and surge charge ask for chilli cheese bites free in the notes and received a receipt with no on it!!! Prepare time kept going up and up and when it was delivered it was lukewarm shocking

Was a cold day but when food arrived it was cold and packaging was all wet. Chips were freezing we couldn’t eat them. I had to reheat both our burgers in order to eat them. When paying money for a delivery and the price of the burger I don’t expect to do that. Hopefully we can sort this, I won’t be ordering again

I pre ordered my meal 2 hours before I wanted it delivered for it to arrive an hour late and cold, partly due to the delivery driver not knowing the area and phoning me for directions then said that my address was wrong despite telling me the correct address which was the address he was at, I am extremely disappointed

Accepted order at 11:14, did not deliver until 13:44. Removed option to cancel order after delivery pushed back to 12:30. Food arrived lukewarm.

I had put the wrong address on the order but followed the guidance on the app to contact the restaurant who said its no issue they would put correct address on for the driver. Driver did not listen nor read the new address and took it to the original address i spoke to the driver who phoned and told me to speak to justeat on the phone there is no customer service phone line i managed to speak to someone who advised me to use live chat but would add notes live chat refused to help and closed chat

Gav is the best manager , I've been coming with my son since day 1 and I knew he would end up boss!! He the best , and deb his shift manager is very friendly 👍

Llamado a conducir a través de 2 comidas whopper. 1 coche delante de nosotros, pero esperó 5 minutos antes de ordenar. El coche de delante tenía el mismo problema. La chica que tomaba órdenes era seguir yendo asumiendo que estaba haciendo órdenes como las estaba tomando. Me enviaron a la bahía a esperar por comida como todos los que estaban detrás de nosotros. Conducir a través no es adecuado para su propósito y claramente con personal insuficiente. No volveremos a visitar ya que es totalmente ridículo el tiempo que tienes que esperar y los precios son demasiado altos teniendo en cuenta el servicio que recibes. 10 minutos en una bahía esperando una hamburguesa en casa del whopper Es un poco embarazoso
