Burger King in Sunderland

A joke. Ordered from here a £30 order and only got my 2 drinks and that was that called them up and they expected me at 32 weeks pregnant to go down there when I don't drive

Awesome breakfast, friendly staff

Friday night 6 pm, took about 4 minutes for a whopper meal. Staff had smiles on their faces and were local. Nice experience.

It's ok. The burgers don't seem to have as much flavour as they once did and the fries are bland.

I haven’t had a Burger King for years due to a terrible meal we had at another Burger King but I would like to say we have been today to Ryhope Burger King and the food was amazing so tasty and the service through the drive thru was very quick with lovely staff, you have definitely restored my love for a Burger King meal.

The food was tasty, not a lot of options to customise your sandwiches. The stickers on the sandwich wrappings can be misleading. One staff member got agitated when I questioned the order about an item that eventually turned out to have been mislabeled. Sandwiches might be significantly smaller than what's shown on order screens, for example: The melting cheese burger, it's as small as a kid's burger.

Ordered 2 Whopper Meals from the offers. Expected them to be the same as usual but we're very dissapointing. Very little lettuce, tomato and onion and no gurkins on one.

Burger could have been hotter to melt the cheese.

Service was slow but food was very good

Ordered this and it showed as a 20 minute wait time ; however this arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later. The live updates just kept pushing the time back with food just showing as “order preparing”. Eventually it arrived where my frozen ice drink had spilled and was just a half cup of ice , and all the food was stone cold. The cheese on the burgers and the jalepeneo bites were as hard, the burgers had set and the fries were congealed. The buggets and halloumi fries had gone soggy being

Very small unit never seems busy yet service is very slow and always prioritise Uber or drive thru, clean enough and food was hot

Friday night around 18:30 Not the best, Slow service, orders being thrown into the order tray, managers chilling chatting to customers when there was a massive queue, drinks machine out of flavourings, Dirty table's and floors. I appreciate it maybe a busy site but come on this is basic stuff!

Terribly frequent issues happening for us as well as other customers near us. Staff not completely capable of keeping up with the issues and orders coming in. Toilets were abysmal and need cleaning asap. Food was alright when you got what you actually ordered.

Ordered 2 burgers, delivered 1.

No cheese on the fries, no cheese on the burger, no sauce on the burger. Ordered milkshakes +70p each to be told the didn't have any wasn't offered the money back. Not bothered about the money more about the principle. Best part about the meal was the coke.......which we poured ourselves.

First of all, the Delivery driver rang me from Pallion (Sunderland) asking for me to come outside, I live in Silksworth by the way. So by the time he got here all the food was cold… Also, I payed for a 450ml Ben and Jerrys tub of ice cream and got sent “Two 100ml tubs” instead (You do the math). So not only was my food freezing because of Justeat, but I also got ripped off by Burger King… Absolutely shocking!

driver went to Dalton Park for 20 mins and then to easington collery for another 10 and then delivered food it was ice cold and disgusting and stale, hirendous for £30 down the drain!

I am on 2nd floor. I said ring me when you arrive. I will not hear the knock. The delivery driver left my food outside without my knowledge. This driver do not deserve the tip I gave. Justeat pls refund the tip. Driver should is 0 stars. Food V Good

Unhelpful staff, either stood on there phone or talking to each other. Quality of food is awful. Large frozen tango half full and chicken nuggets just batter. would not recommend.

sadly food was late, double whopper was only single burger and the chicken nuggets and cheese bites tasted like they were cooked yesterday.... uber eats driver confirmed he had arrived and was kept waiting 30 mins... and apologised however judging by the order which was placed at approx 4.40pm and not deliverd until 5.40pm I don't believe it ws his fault....not great at all. 😔

Food arrived a good 15 minutes later that the original estimate and was lukewarm at best when it arrived. Every time I looked at the map the driver seemed further away. He was either lost or had multiple orders, if that was the case given how far away his other order must have been 2 separate couriers should have been used.

For the money l spent 44.00 ,l will not be ordering from burger King again its disputing l didn't get all my order there was no pop or straws for the milkshakes and only 2 chips discussed in yous for the money l paid .

I ordered classic coca-cola but got zero sugar which i will not drink as i dont like it. Not happy about that as really enjoy a glass for coke with my meal.

delivering was quick, when food came the drink was in bay nect to hot food bag, the drink was in the fridge and when out in bag all outside was wet so leaked into hot bag and everything was soggy and stone cold.
