Ordered 2 weeks ago and food was almost 30 minutes late for quoted delivery time and cold on arrival. I sent the food back with the driver and when the restaurant called, I asked for a refund which was not issued. This is the first time I've had a problem with them, but because they were unwilling to refund my money, it's also the last time they'll ever get a penny from me. Extremely poor customer service.

This small - French countryside looking - patisserie / bakery makes all its own products from scratch. I had a decent ( and good size ) chicken and Stilton sandwich and a fabulous almond croissant, with proper almond " cream." Not cheap at £ 4.10 but much bigger than other places selling decent similar products... Thwy offer a selwction of sandwiches and quiches, as well as a limited choice of cakes, as they are open only 4 days a week. Take away only, perfect in a sunny day, as you have Revenscourt Park 5 mn away... But on a rainy and cold day.....

Had such a lovely time for my sisters 30thweddinganniversary last night thankyou . The atmosphere was electric . I did though feel sorry for the staff struggling to get through dancing guests with food. Food was delicious and at 40.00 for a set 3 course meal is great value for money. Will definitely return. My wife and I booked a vacation in London for a 7 night stay through Expedia and the Resident Victoria was chosen as it seemed to be in a pretty central location come to all the tourist attractions and right in central location with the Buckingham Palace just steps away. When we arrived much earlier than then check in time, we received the friendliest service right from the start until the day we left. The room was simply the best I have seen to date during all the vacations I have taken so far, I liked that they thought of every convince travellers could need down to providing a fantastic little kitchenette with cups, plates cutlery, microwave and coffee maker. I especially liked that they would replenish coffee and tea with milk so I didn't have to worry to have my coffee first thing in the morning which I am used to. The staff was helpful and always willing to provide any advice to make our trip more pleasurable, especially Lawrence whose tips were very helpful during our stay. Room service was provided everyday, which I recently noticed has been declining with other hotels as it is only offered if requested. In all honesty my experience was non less than staying in a five star hotel at the price of a four star. Location is the key bonus point as everything is within a short walk including the underground and food stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting London and keen to see all the interesting tourist attractions.

We attended this restaurant for my mother’s 60th birthday; it was a large group of us, including a baby, wheelchair user and person with significant allergies. The restaurant was very responsive with prior communications and we were very impressed with their service on the day. They went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and I was really impressed with the manner of our server, Anca. Not only was she kind and responsive, she had also ensured she had memorised the allergens menu which made it so easy for my husband to order! Overall a delicious meal in a lovely venue with great service.
