What the Flip in Bexley

Ordered 2 weeks ago and food was almost 30 minutes late for quoted delivery time and cold on arrival. I sent the food back with the driver and when the restaurant called, I asked for a refund which was not issued. This is the first time I've had a problem with them, but because they were unwilling to refund my money, it's also the last time they'll ever get a penny from me. Extremely poor customer service.

made good time on the delivery, burger bun was light and complemented the fillings. only thing that was too much was the amount of chips. overall good but suggestion would be to reduce the amount of the chips.

Unfortunately the description on some of the food is slightly confusing for example on most burgers it says they come with lettuce & tomato but then they do not,if we had knew this we would have had them as the toppings not very clear reallg

The food was really nice when it first opened now has changed owners the service is terrible and the muppet who drives for them needs his licence taken

We buy regularly and the food is amazing everytime and everything is so freshly made ,Loaded chips are yum and the burgers are superb especially the chicken burger.

Delivery has been really slow lately and food arrived luke warm. It's nothing to do with the restaurant, but they really need to sort out the drivers.

Unfortunately was missing the halloumi, I do not expect a £23 refund, I only wanted a partial refund for the halloumi, everything else was great 👍🏻 😊

After using what the flip on a few occasions over the years i can honestly say its gone down hill in a number of ways. Tonight the burger was dreadful! One very flopply slither of lettuce and a withered slice of tomato, shed load of oil and overall tasted disgusting. The fries and halloumi were both so salty you couldn't eat them. Every meal went in the bin. Such a shame. I never leave reviews but after paying high prices you expect it to At least be edible!

Best burgers in sidcup. Burgers are a good size and fresh and tasty, fries are homemade and wings are really good. Only thing I would say is that it’s on the pricy side but it’s worth paying extra for quality.

I’ve driven past this place a couple times and just didn’t know if I should stop or not. Likely today I’ve made the best decision of my life. From the second I walked in I was welcomed by the handsome man at the front and he kindly explained to me how the menu works since I ain’t been here before. I ended up ordering a chicken with the preferred topping as a meal. My belly keeps thanking me till this second for the decision. I must say, nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Way better than five guys and I don’t even wanna mention McDonald’s in the same sentence as them. Just unreal. I will definitely be back very soon and hopefully by then I have built the courage to ask the guy at the front for he’s number 🤭

Right, I’ve been eating at this place for a couple years now. I couldn’t help but notice some of the bad reviews. I don’t understand that not everyone has the same taste but reading these reviews forced me to leave one back since I have never had a bad meal at this place for years! The food always turns out outstanding and gets to my door on time and flaming hot. Everything is made in house so the flavours are something you just won’t experience anywhere else besides at what the flip! I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the people or the restaurant itself, recently it changed owner and since then everything got even better! I won’t make this too long but it’s just unreal, try it for yourself and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I just want to start of by saying that this place is absolutely unreal, the staff are super friendly, especially the lovely young man at the front! The food quality is top, they make the bread themselves daily and also most sauces!! Everything is like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. I just tried the loaded fries today and from the first bite I could find the words to explain how I was feeling. Truly unbelievable! Well done guys! Keep up the great work.

Disgusting food chips were green & black burger was cold ….

Food was cold and chips was all burnt and the burger was so hard I had to put it in the bin and the burger bun was stale and hard.

The chicken burger was great, one of the best in the local area IMO. Had a brief chat with the owner who told me that he makes everything himself from scratch which you could tell from the taste. Don’t let the location or the decor turn you off.

Sadly we were very disappointed with the order. The chips tasted old, stale and were cold. The burgers with too thick, cold and the onions were not crispy as stated. We will not be ordering again.

Burger was dry and tasteless onion rings are cheap onion rings not what is advertised chips where very hot but not salted like advertised and person on the phone couldn’t understand me

Chicken burgers were good but I ended up throwing up the beef burger it was a little pink but would order again as I've ordered from you before and its been amazing

Burger was superb as always, succulent and tasty and cooked to perfection. Chips were great as well, and a great sized portion.

Everything is always perfect with them especially their burgers since their beef was delicious.

Sadly could only stomach a few mouthfuls of the loaded fries and the Burger. A deep pool of old brown Oil sat at the bottom of the tray of fries and had turned the chips to discoloured dripping mush, the same could be said of the burger but the bread had soaked it up causing the bun to a browned oily mess. Had to bin the meal!

Chips were soggy and were Luke warm when they arrived. Gritty bits in the max cheese bites, won’t be ordering from here again

Wow!! Placed our first order tonight after looking at reviews. The burgers were AMAZING. Not soggy at all despite their journey to us, full of flavour, not dripping in grease and SO tasty. If you have not ordered yet - ORDER NOW - YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. The delivery driver was lovely too, I didn’t ask his name but great service and really nice. Thank you - we will be back!!!

I went in this shop today, the floor was dirty, I ordered x2 burger x2 chips = £20.00 have to say was worst chips I’ve ever seen, like they were half peeled an cooked in dirty oil, burger wasn’t very nice had some runny sauce all over it and was very soggy!!!! Avoid this take away

Lovely tasty burgers, chips were great, all piping hot, couldn't fault it.

They called me after my orders because they just runned out of beef for my burgers. So they proposed to replace them with chicken instead. I am glad I accepted because it was delicious. Plus they gave me extra cans of drinks and fried cheese bites.

Food was soo good, the grilled chicken wings 10/10, chicken burger 10/10 was surprise that you can pick different too, which was good 😋 Only thing I wasn’t to pleased with was the chip, 8/10, it was good, but wasn’t spicy enough, tested like Cajun spice chips but still tasted alright Will definitely order again, (burgers 😋😋😋😋
