The best restaurants in East Putney Wandsworth London

Al llegar al bar que estaba vacía, pero después de ser recibidos por super barman amable y propietario con un pensamiento cualquier cosa que quieras un lento una corriente constante de personas llenas de un pequeño bar y peculiar, con un ambiente amigable, seguido luego por una banda en vivo. 5 minutos fuera del circuito turístico, pero vale la pena el paseo.

This lovely little cafe has been a favourite place for the whole family and hearing that they have had to close down due to the building being redeveloped ,we are all hoping and praying they can start out again and open up in new premises

Todo fue increíble, especialmente Donya y su equipo. Ella hizo todo lo posible y fácil para mí, desde las instalaciones del lugar, decoraciones, servicio, especialmente los pasteles. Definitivamente recomiendo esta tienda amigable a todos. Este es ahora mi lugar favorito, ya que no es solo una cafetería, sino que me siento como en casa con un ambiente positivo. Gracias de nuevo por un maravilloso servicio! Por cierto, ¡esta tienda sirve el mejor pastel de zanahoria! ?

Delicious!!!! We went twice during the week that we stayed in the neighborhood. The curries and the golden sacks were extremely delicious!!

We turned up to find the place boarded up. They seem to have gone out of business. Bizarre because their booking system was sending reminders and we’ve just been asked for feedback

very very much of everything! but terribly uncomfortable and cramped. The coffee is so-so.

Starters probably decanted from pots of hummous and Tara from somerfield next door followed by and............... Great if you like it! Cremated sea bass with the flesh welded to the bone served with minimum interest from staff with a similar warmth to that of the food. Once was enough.

We were looking forward to dinner as a family in a restaurant with decent European food. Unfortunately they have changed the decor from what’s in the pictures to something much cheaper, which was a shame. Then we were presented with a Bar Menu for dinner with only burgers and sandwiches for dinner in a restaurant. Disappointed, we carried on and ordered the Chicken Burgers, one was burnt and one had the wrong sauce. They kindly took them back but then replaced them with what looked like the same burgers. The prices were also extremely high - restaurant prices for bar food! Unfortunately we won’t be back.

A top evening. A well established Putney restaurant that cooks brilliant Indian food. The food and wine menus are helpfully compact, making choices easier and I reckon heightens the results! Delicious all round… perfectly cooked rice, nans, samosas , baked prawns ….and the curries!!Easy to get to, clearly full of locals ( all ages) and family owned. The service was tops too. And they own the wine shop next door. Thank you again.

Arrived for football, stayed for the pub quiz, had an absolute blast! Quiz master is a boss! Would recommend, will be back!

The prices may seem appealing, but the portion sizes are disappointingly small. Each serving only comes with four pieces and the sushi itself is mostly rice, very little fish. While the sushi tastes somewhat fresh, the quality is lacking. The pieces of fish are uneven, super small, and tend to fall apart. Overall, the value for money isn’t there, as the portions are tiny and the quality of the sushi doesn’t justify even the lower price point.

Les plats étaient raffinés et délicieux, nous nous sommes régalés. Le service était attentionné et impeccable. C'est une très belle adresse !

Visito a mi hija y su familia en Wandsworth una vez al año durante los últimos seis años. Este pequeño lugar está a una cuadra y media de su casa. En mi visita de abril de 2019 parecía que el restaurante había cerrado y cerró su puerta.

Commenting purely about the South African Biltong. I always buy from here and I can never stop eating it once it gets home. I believe it to be fairly good value and never had any complaints about it.

El terrible servicio al cliente después del pesebre me prometió un reembolso de 60 por un boleto de Nochevieja que incluye cena y bebidas, pero cuando llegué allí la comida y los cócteles se habían ido, 3 meses más tarde después de ser transmitidos de persona a persona con el reembolso, recibo una llamada telefónica diciéndome que deje de buscar el reembolso, ya que no me van a devolver el dinero.
