Izzie runs the best pub quiz in London!

A great pub to visit in the centre of Putney. Lots of TV screens for sport and a pool table. Only sampled the chips but they were delicious! Great bar staff, very jolly and friendly (shout out to Izzy). Will definitely visit again!

We come here for the Fulham Fc home games. Staff are always great. Ordered the breakfast today and Izzy was super helpful. It's lovely to go to a pub and feel welcomed. It has live sports,a small garden area, plenty of big/small tables and it's over the road from Putney Railstation. Prices are also decent so we come back time and time again.

Went here on Mothers day. Had a really good time. It was not too busy surprisingly. I had the Macaroni cheese. It was nice but I'm used to the type you cut. Staff were pleasant. Football on TV. Some of us played pool.

Come for pub trivia on Sunday nights! Lots of great questions and great prizes

Came in for a drink on Sunday and had a great time. Izzy and Chloe were very accommodating and looked after us well. Great Guinness

Joined a few friends for the carabao cup final yesterday here! Staff were absolutely amazing! Izzie specifically made sure we got a table near a big screen! She looked after us all night, quick and efficient. Food was lovely, vibe was on point. Have no complaints, thank you fox and hound!

Went on a Sunday for the pub quiz and was very well organised and fun!

Great spot for the football over the weekend with some very hardworking bartenders and a great selection of drinks. Food was quick and tasted great. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend

The typical English pub with English beers and sandwiches. All good in a well organized neighborhood but there are better ones. This is very clean and tidy

In terms of service from friendly staff this pub is easily streets ahead in Putney. Youngs pubs here have become horrendously over priced and the fox and hounds is a place you can go to enjoy a quiet pint, watch sport or even a enjoy a regular pub quiz, with Karaoke on a friday and a great Dj on a saturday. Guiness is always phenomenal as is the wide selection of draught beers and spirits. The staff are fantastic and are no doubt a testament to Colin and Lou whom I met recently at the weekly pub quiz. The best around and no doubt this will be my new local for a long time ahead.

Recently moved to the area, tried out a few of the pubs but this is by far the best! Great food at very reasonable prices, screens everywhere for the footy and really helpful staff especially izzy.. Will 100% be back.

Great local pub. Decent prices and very friendly staff - Jake is particularly helpful. Pub quiz on Sundays and karaoke on Fridays are a great laugh and often have a fun crowd.

Last night we went to this pub and were very poorly received; the guy at the door was very rude, demanded a passport and we were searched as if we were at an airport or were criminals. as we arrived from Iceland at night and didn't know the neighborhood, we had no other option to have a beer. the first beer was off pressure, the second was better. There were many teenagers in the place and that's why I didn't understand why a 45-year-old man and his family needed to be searched. I only recommend it if you're a teenager - we spoke to our friends in west Putney and they told us this place has a terrible reputation.

Food was great well cooked, tasty and came to tables hot....Jamie is a great cook 100%perfect...Recommend his food...Will eat here again...One big kiss 💋 😘

Love this place. Staff are always eager to help. Multiple events throughout the week. Always great vibe. Special mention to Jamie and the excellent attitude with which he attends to customers. Did I mention you can get a solid Guinness for £5.25. Fantastic. A go-to venue for sports fixtures throughout the year.

My friends and I frequented here on our visit to London, and I would highly recommend the place. Jamie was always wonderful, and the atmosphere and food were always fantastic! 10/10 will miss this lovely pub back home.

Came in for a quick pub lunch with the kids, without any expectations. We were amazingly surprised for the good! Kids menu was very balanced and not expensive at all. Food arrived to the table rapidly. Kids dishes were large, the burger had enough veggies in it, the chicken goujons were so tender and delicious. Adults burger arrived with a drink/beer and were big and tasty. The staff were amazingly nice and welcoming. We came without any expectations and will be back for sure!

Lovely atmosphere was especially impressed with one of your barmaids who introduced herself as Kiah. Kiah advised us that table service was not available but was accommodating and helpful throughout our evening and served us with a smile. Will definitely be back again.

Decent lads pub - despite the football atmosphere. Prices are fair & good ale. Another good find, compared to the swanky pretentious pubs overcharging with ridiculous prices & awful beer!

Great afternoon. Had tickets for Chelsea v Burnley, but stayed in the Fox and Hounds.

Went to the Fox and Hounds after the food got recommended to us and we thoroughly enjoyed. Even bumped into the chef after called Jamie who was pleasant - so please pass our thanks onto him for a good meal.

Jamie cooked us a lovely meal, and would go back again.

The security guy refused to let me in half an hour before closing, in the most rude way, with no manners at all. I understand was a long day for everyone and I was joining a few colleagues after work, quite disappointing. I cannot say much about food, as no chance to entry and probably not keen to discover more about them in a future.
