Rude and obnoxious staff, they had double booked our table, which I had booked a month in advance. Rather than apologise they were incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude.

Lovely staff polite, warming, alot of fun with the darts over enjoyable 😌😌

Had some food which was wonderful and had loads of fun on the arrowsmiths darts. Really recommend going if you want to have a good time with some friends or family

Brilliant experience. Stayed for the Rugby Six Nations. Great atmosphere, service first class. We had food and it was very nice but took a little time to get to our table, however, they were very busy with customer orders. Will definitely make this a bar to visit on a re6basus.

I was in there on a Champions league night. The atmosphere was awesome, and the fact i could play darts at the same time made me happy!! I had some wings which were really nice, i can't say i had a full meal though. Joe served me, i think he is the manager. Really nice fella, and helped me well. I will be back

We ordered a coffee which took 20 mins, then the calamari and poutine fries which took another 45 mins on a not very busy Saturday. The calamari turned up cold and we had to request another plate. Which was then lukewarm. Nice enough pub but rather underwhelming. Won't be ordering food again.

Went for darts then snacks/drinks! Nothing to complain, service really good, everyone very attentive and nice, definitely coming back soon!!

Family dinner, taken care of. On a surprisingly busy Sunday night before Christmas, the team at Hawkins Forge could not have been better! Emily took our reservation over the phone and was SO friendly on arrival getting our 4 small kids (2yr to 7yr) to an area to run amuck. She was really helpful with ordering and being as flexible as the chef could be for demanding kids! Meanwhile Bernie Magic is one of the most charismatic pub hosts I’ve ever met. An absolute DREAM for parents after a long day, he dazzled the kids with silly jokes and some Xmas candy based magic! 5 stars and we will be back before the end of our Christmas trip seeing Clapham based family.

Fui a escuchar al grupo de jazz tocando allí, pero debido al ruido que eran imposibles de escuchar, a pesar de que estaba sentado justo en frente de ellos. También pedí su especialidad de hamburguesa, que era pequeña e insípida, servido sin patatas fritas. La cerveza estaba bien, pero no hay señales de la selección anunciada de cervezas reales.

I went to hear the jazz group playing there, but because of the noise they could not be heard, even though I was sitting right by them. The small tasteless burger was served on its own without any chips. Every other pub based burger I've ever had has come with chips.

I loved the Hawkins forge, until 20:30 on the 13th December. Might be worth double checking who you allow on the microphone. I really hope the people you’ve had up have reasonable day jobs they don’t need to quit.

Great pub with regular events such as karaoke nights with a live band and sports! Lovely hard-working staff (Joe looked after us, he's amazing!) and a good variety of delicious drinks and food. Would highly recommend a visit!

Always great service from the really friendly team. Excellent burgers. Emily is alway friendly and welcoming. Updated 16.10.24 Newly refurbished. The new layout, while not dramatically different, really works. The bar feels more spacious, there is more seating. The TVs are in a better location for watching sports events. Burgers and pizza are still excellent.

One of the best night out I had in Clapham. I came with a group of friends for the Karaoke night with a live band. It was a lot of fun, the band was super good, staff is really kind and helpful, and the bar looks really cool now following the refurbishment! Will 100% come back with more friends for another great night ! THANK YOU !

Cleann & tidy, plenty of space, good welcoming service. It had a good vibe but did get very loud towards the end of the afternoon, so we moved on. Food was ok but not the cheapest considering the portion sizes. I will however not hesitate to visit again.

Recently updated it now sadly has rejected the people who liked it because it was the only pub in the area where you could meet friends and talk. It’s now just like all the other pubs along Northcote Road, loud, flashing lights, etc. The menu has also been reduced to the tastes of a 7 year old, Pizza and chips. A sad loss.

Great place to get a drink and some grub in Clapham. Two dart boards and a pool table as well as lots of screens showing various sports!

We stumbled upon this gem while dealing with train delays, and it turned out to be the highlight of our day! The place is incredibly cozy, perfect for a relaxing break. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the beer selection was top-notch. But what truly made our experience exceptional was the service. Our kids were exhausted, but the staff went out of their way to make us all feel at home. They were incredibly kind, generous, and especially friendly with the little ones. A special shoutout to the Brad Pitt lookalike who took such great care of us—thank you so much! This spot is a must-visit, and we’ll definitely be back.

Amazing Bar, looked after me and my group of friends for the whole of the euros. Alex the manager is brilliant and set us up game after game. The atmosphere is buzzing for big games. Have watched Prem games and Champions league and boxing here. A go to for any sport. Food is american style mainly. Could be a bit better but clapham has such quality its more snobbery than anything from me. Plenty of options and does the trick. Great selection of beers. Darts, pool and old school fifa in the corner. Cant go wrong.

Went there while the England v Switzerland match was on. Despite being absolutely rammed the staff coped superbly and kept the waiting times to a minimum. Surprised that the kitchen was open at this time, food was to a good standard.

Can’t beat the forge, the beers are cheap, the atmosphere is always good, friendly staff. And they look after the best footy team going round - Wimbledon Hawks

We waited a while for a our food, when it came half my main course came with everyone elses first course .Then the remaining part of it came out on its own as after an excessive wait we were told that our food had been prepared but no one had served it, and was therefore cold

This place was just fantastic! 10 of us arrived for a birthday dinner outing, the staff couldn’t be more helpful, they were so friendly and welcoming. Ok there was a 1 mistake with our food order but they quickly resolved this and also offered us a free meal on the house, as well as a free desert with lit candle for the birthday girl, 3 staff members also came and sang ‘Happy Birthday’ which was fab! The atmosphere and decor was also great, was lively/buzzy with sports screens as well as a brilliant live Jazz band which started as we were leaving as unfortunately had to get a train. But we’ll definitely be back, and the food was delicious HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you guys for your fantastic hospitality! Keep up the good work!

What an awesome place! A hop skip and a jump from Clapham Junction (if you’re training or catching the bus). This quaint place has darts and sports on the tv - participate or watch. We had burgers and nachos and we were all pleased with the meals. The brownie dessert was a huge hit! The pub trivia on a Monday night is loads of fun, nothing too serious but it does bring out the competition amongst the quiet ones. A great local place that also sponsors local clubs so it’s worth getting behind this as well. Thank you, we’ll be back (with our trivia winnings).

We came to see a rugby match a few weeks ago. We had an excellent evenning in a festive atmosphere. We didn’t have dinner but Marie gave us excellent advice on the cocktails we chose.

We had a very good lunch. They show sports on TV; have pool tables; table football; They have darts too. Our son loved it. Staff are very kind and helpful, and they even surprised us with a couple of deserts on the house.

Booked the rugby with them 2 months in advance and they confirmed it but we got there and they had messed up the booking and refused to accommodate. Just said sorry our booking manager got it wrong. Unacceptable, will not be returning.

Local pub 5 mins from Clapham Junction, brilliant for watching rugby etc, good pub grub/beers, always busy with decent atmosphere (ie, worth booking a table). Enjoy!
