Otabe kafe in Wandsworth

This lovely little cafe has been a favourite place for the whole family and hearing that they have had to close down due to the building being redeveloped ,we are all hoping and praying they can start out again and open up in new premises

Excellent place, only open Tuesday-Saturday - everything made from scratch to the highest standards. The owners run the place themselves and everything is a labour of love. Everything recommended. Great attitude and service.

It is one of my favorite cafes in London. Great food; fresh and tasty. The people who run the place are sweet, polite and charming.

He estado en Otabe varias veces. Siempre es una feliz visita como la gente corriendo, son muy agradable y amable. Siempre una cálida bienvenida, la comida es deliciosa, tiene un precio razonable.

Otabe sirve sabrosa y muy cuidadosamente presentada comida. Me gustaría llevar a mis amigos a comer y me gusta ir allí por mi cuenta un aperitivo y relajarse. Muchas de las cosas buenas que en Otabe flujo de la pareja que lo dirige, por encima de todo, preparan la comida (desde el sushi a los pasteles) y conocer todo sobre la comida que sirven, ellos mismos un alto nivel de servicio y de presentación, y son educados y entretenido.

We were able to make a booking. Arrived early, but they quickly arranged a table for us. Ordered Tofu Donburi and crepes. Excellent food and very hospitable atmosphere.

Excelente café, crepes, donburi oscuro y excelente tarta de chocolate! Pequeño pero muy agradable. Los precios son muy razonables. Creo que también sirve como un punto de recogida de suministros japoneses vegetal. Todo lo que quiere de una cafetería: buenos propietarios, buena comida y un buen café. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

I'll let you in on a little secret, it's called Otabe Cafe in Putney. A short walk from Putney Station or East Putney underground is the most amazing little cafe. It serves a simple but delicious japanese menu of sushi and donburi and the most amazing french crepes (my wife claims they are the best in London - and she's had a lot!). Owner operated by a japanese and french couple, they are only open tuesday to saturday 9-6 which is very disappointing as we could eat there every night and both days of the weekend if we could. But it gets better, they do really good coffee too. I'm talking world barista champs good, and its served in cute little japanese bowls which adds to the experience. Oh and it's reasonably priced too, you can get sushi to share, two mains and a coffee each for under £30. This place is Putney's best kept secret. I'm almost reluctant to publish this review because my wife gets so made when we go and we can't get a table (as they don't take bookings), but these guys are doing such a great job it's about time they were rewarded with more customers. Definitely worth a look and I'll probably see you there.
