¡Volveremos!

Delicious food and drink within Gospel Oak station by one of the platforms highly recommended it. I get something as a treat but great when you have a bit of time until the train comes.

I'm a regular here for the cappuccino and blueberry muffins. Staff are friendly and attentive, coffee is good, food range is varied and always tasty. Plenty of tables inside and staff don't bother you to hurry up and leave after you've had your drink.

I remember Deeney’s when it was just a food stall catering for events when I booked them for a clients wedding for late night grazing! Have been a fan ever since! For them to have an actual cafe in Leyton (right on my doorstep) is amazing! It’s a great cafe, reasonably priced and the food is really good! But the FOH staff there really let’s this place down. The last couple of times we’ve been here on the weekend, the staff come across like you’ve inconvenienced them for walking in! Working in hospitality (like myself) means being hospitable. Politeness and a smile in our industry goes a long way!

Finished a walk round Leyton here and popped in for a coffee before going home. Great coffee and wonderful brownie. Will be going back to try brunch menu.

I met a group of friends for a bite to eat and a few beers during a busy lunchtime. The staff seemed overloaded but the wait time at the bar and for food was ok. The ales on offer were outstanding and our pizzas were very good although some napkins would have been useful. On balance, we would recommend this place.

Avoid this place at all costs, rude and dismissive owner informed me he was too busy when I stopped off to have a cup of tea at the cafe just after lunchtime .When I inquired what he meant I was told I could have tea to take away though not in the cafe even though there was two tables free! Obviously there is a requirement to spend more than the price of a tea which is not made clear and slightly bizarre for a cafe. I have been to this place quite a few times for food though will not be returning any time soon.
