Delicious food and drink within Gospel Oak station by one of the platforms highly recommended it. I get something as a treat but great when you have a bit of time until the train comes.

Don't miss this fabulous coffee shop. It's opposite Gospel Oak overground station, the coffee's great. The cakes are great. It's small, it's independent, it's friendly - so friendly that when I lost my kindle some weeks ago, I had no idea I'd left it there until the manager saw me going into the station today, and called me over to give it back. I'll be back!

El personal era muy simpático. Café, de lejos, el mejor que he probado nunca! Pasteles y bocadillos muy delicioso y fresco.

A tiny cafe, ran by friendly people with lovely, reasonably priced coffee and scrumptious pasties to match. Only wish I lived nearer to make it a daily experience instead of the toss up between overpriced pretentious independent cafes or large chains!

Small traditional pub with friendly locals and walkers Music at weekends, open mic and quiz nights. Good food based in garden put you can eat meal in pub . Good for watching football as most people enjoy it without the usual macho tribal rubbish

Tucked away at the back of Highams Park, this venue is of the highest standard if you are a lover of the traditional English brekkie. Whilst other establishments would serve cheap bacon and sausages, Maurgies serve thick juicy bacon and quality bangers!! Bravo

We received a warm welcome and friendly service. The tuna melt panini was done to perfection and although there wasn't much side salad with it, at least what there was fresh and crisp. The coffee was full-flavoured and the cup filled.

I had the most incredible brunch at this cafe today. I’m still thinking about it late into the evening. You know when you can tell a chef has put so much care into selecting ingredients that compliment each other so well. Tomato relish and halloumi were a highlight and loved the addition of spring onions on the eggs. My only small complaint or recommendation would be my table had crumbles on it when I sat down so I think it would improve the experience if staff had wiped down the table before I sat. Will be coming again!
