We received a warm welcome and friendly service. The tuna melt panini was done to perfection and although there wasn't much side salad with it, at least what there was fresh and crisp. The coffee was full-flavoured and the cup filled.

The staff here are lovely, very polite and helpful. Great to see Poppies are welcomed and a Poppy donation box on the counter here and to see a 5 Food hygiene rating on the window. I had the full English wish was beautifully cooked, the sausages are from a local butcher who's details they are happy to offer anyone who asks. The coffee is to die for and I am inform it is hand roasted by a local company and with heating, out door tables for us smokers, a very long sandwich list along with a long list of paninis, jacket potatoes, salads English or Turkish Breakfasts etc this place really can't be beat. I for one have added it as a Favourite when in the area.

This areas has no shortage of cafes and coffee shops, I have eaten in and had take aways. Always tasty and friendly. Lovely to see kids having breakfast before schools and mums/ dads stopping off after school drop offs and elderly people meeting up. Very nice community location

We were in Chingford with our elderly father in law, and after some shopping he ned3d a rest and a cup of coffee, this was the closest place to where we were. The welcome is friendly and the staff very helpful, we found the menu had main of the stables of a cafe and they looked pretty good. We ordered a specialty tea, a latte and a cappuccino, along with bacon sandwich and two panini’s. These all arrived fairly quickly and without fuss. Clearly freshly made and cooked. The panini’s were very tasty and probably the best we have had in a good while Reasonable prices good service and good food. We will be back

Small traditional pub with friendly locals and walkers Music at weekends, open mic and quiz nights. Good food based in garden put you can eat meal in pub . Good for watching football as most people enjoy it without the usual macho tribal rubbish

Tucked away at the back of Highams Park, this venue is of the highest standard if you are a lover of the traditional English brekkie. Whilst other establishments would serve cheap bacon and sausages, Maurgies serve thick juicy bacon and quality bangers!! Bravo

Delicious food and drink within Gospel Oak station by one of the platforms highly recommended it. I get something as a treat but great when you have a bit of time until the train comes.
