38 Canada Square Canada Place, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AH England, England
Saturday night strolling around Canary Wharf, temperatures dropped outside, and we really really craved for a nice comforting ramen at Ippudo to warm ourselves up. 21:07 we enter, and we had to face the most shocking fact. The restaurant is closed no more orders at this time! For the god of holy ramen! Saturday in London few minutes after 9 o’clock we can not dine in your restaurant? Is this even legal?
Worst Welcome I've ever received, completely destroying the experience.
Welcomer was on the phone while was I waiting in line to pass on my reservation details. No pleasantries, "welcome" or "one moment please" of any kind.
When I passed on my name, all I got was a snappy "what"? Followed by an "okay". How absurd.
No complaints for the rest of the staff. Hope the welcomer on Dinner Duty 26th March gets a good re-training.
Nothing special about the food, especially at this price point.
Amazing tasting lamb shawarma, the guys are always welcoming.. my nephews have dairy and nut allergies and I ask about what was in the meat ingredients and they went into great detail about how it’s prepared, and the lamb shawarma has milk in it..but the chicken doesn’t and is great for my nephews .👌
Wir waren dort um zu frühstücken. Tolle Location, großartiger Service 👍🏻 essen war gut! Die Location ist zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs nicht zu überlaufen gewesen.
delivery was delayed for 25 minutes.
kind and friendly delivery guy.
received free crackers.
and most importantly, really affordable prices.
would order again next time.
Very disappointing . I would have sent it all back but as celebrating a birthday I didn’t want to spoil the evening. It was over priced and food not great. Warm tap water had to ask for ice several times . Prawn cocktail starter £19 tasteless , as soon as starter plates cleared the mains arrived , steaks were tough and tasteless . Peanut butter shortbread was not shortbread more like an overcooked cake with peanut butter inside. £21 for a glass of average wine . My second visit we have had Sunday lunch and that wasn’t great either . Lots of other restaurants around for a steak where they are better value nicer food and better service . Would not recommend
More a small takeaway branch. Very few mainly high seat stools. The energy crunch bircher was good. Very satisfying. Although high in calories, it does fill you up. Clean. Staff were pleasant and friendly.
It is a beautiful venue with beautiful staff, it must be one of the best locations for a restaurant at Canary Wharf, I wanted to go here when it was launched, unfortunately the first time I tried it was a private function, but I have been in there twice since, the staff are a real asset and very welcoming. There was a DJ on the decks and she was very good. A big shout out to Daniel who was very approachable and talkative, a great asset to any lively team.

I discovered it by chance. The food is delicious. There's also a kids' menu for younger children, as well as crayons for entertainment. The service is very friendly and attentive.
They often ask about any food intolerances.
