More a small takeaway branch. Very few mainly high seat stools. The energy crunch bircher was good. Very satisfying. Although high in calories, it does fill you up. Clean. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

I stopped by near closing needing a sweet pick me up. Staff were really nice and friendly. Tiny branch. Limited seating. More take away. I just got a banana and the coconut rice pudding vegan which hit the spot! The rice pudding was divine.

While on business went on the hunt to find healthy options for lunch, stumbled across this and it didn't disappoint. Opted for a salad with raw slaw, hummus and falafel, very tasty and filling, opted for one of their health drinks and was equally as good. Will use again next time I'm in London.

Not happy with options I wentfor a wander in the Canary Wharf shopping centre as I just did not fancy the usual options. Thai Chicken soup was good here as was the 5 seed bread which you pay extra for,

Always a first choice for breakfast. Lovely porridge and sandwiches on the go. Will always be coming back for more!

The concept and breakfast / lunch menu choices are different, interesting, and indeed healthier than many other outlets in the Wharf. However, execution or your order is hit and miss - in 4 visits I have got to my office to find that the pot I had been given was not what I ordered - with the second time (today, hence now writing this) it was 7:10am ant not exactly busy.

Stopped in for the first time and got a delicious healthy small chicken salad for lunch! Can't wait to go back and try something else!

I expected more somehow, but the food always seems a bit wet, no texture, like it was made earlier, frozen and defrosted. The portions aren't great either. I want to love this place, but the food just isn't up to par. Kruger and Crussh are better choices locally
