Excellente table. J'y allais avec quelques appréhensions car c'est le restaurant d'un hôtel mais j'ai été sublimé par une cuisine précise, originale, bien exécutée et avec un service parfait avec en prime une vue sublime sur Londres de nuit... Tous les avis 5* que j'avais lus sont conformes à ce que j'ai vécu sur place.

An excellent breakfast to begin the celebrations of my wife's nnth birthday. Great food, a wonderful view over the river Thames, and the most amazing staff - helpful and attentive, and determined to make us feel special

The staff was very accommodating and specifically Kaydon, Nicolas and Telvin were very helpful with explaining and suggesting the best food and wines to match our pallets to enhance our experience as well as being very polite in general. The food itself was amazing and unique specially the organic chicken and Alaskan butterfish, paired with the view and ambience of the restaurant made it a once in a lifetime experience. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or for a nice view while drinking with friends

Fantastic food, excellent service and a wonderful view too. We have been here a few times and it always lives up to our expectations. Every course was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We had the 3 course meal. The octopus was excellent and so was the chicken with fois gras (my favourite) and truffle. The portion sizes are very good and we were very full by the time our desserts arrived, but they were also too good to miss. We will definitely be coming back again.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and booked the Saturday bottomless brunch. The food was amazing, and the waiters constantly refilled your wine glasses, so be prepared for lots of wine. Really good value for money and there was no rush to move us off our table. The views were absolutely stunning.

Unbelievable. My 8yr old son and I arrived for breakfast on our first morning in the hotel, firstly the view and the aesthetic of the restaurant is top class. But the staff take first prize, Anionella and Rebecca went out if their way to get us a table with a super view and made my boy feel like a superstar, so pleasant and helpful

As per previous times the food and service were excellent and the view as always stunning! I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this restaurant for all occasions. Also it is very nicely combined with drinks after dinner at their bar or rooftop terrace.

Delightful afternoon brunch. Catered for known dietary needs without any issues. Staff were attentive. View and atmosphere great. Special meal for a special birthday. Food was fabulous.

Limited menu option , no Kids menu available at restaurant and Apparently complicated to order from bar menu just for kid while everyone else in the group having a la carte . Kids meal ended with bowl of French fries . First time menu was much more suitable and they were flex with dish for kid from bar menu . Sadly not on this occasion

We visited Bokan 37 Friday evening and had an almost faultless evening. Firstly the view alone is spectacularly good, overlooking the entire city with London bridge in the distance. The restaurant was surprisingly empty albeit early. However we need not have been apprehensive as the dinner and service were exceptional. We opted for the Venison and Squid to start which were both complex yet well balanced dishes. The earthiness of the venison, the sweetness of the croissant pudding, and the creaminess of the avocado offer a sophisticated and harmonious dish, combining elements i hadn't considered working. The squid combined with chorizo and the tangy tomato created a hearty yet vibrant dish which was visually beautiful to match the flavors. An excellent start. For main we went with the Chicken which i rarely do when dining out but was so glad i did! The tender chicken, creamy Jerusalem artichoke, and hearty chestnut ragù complemented each other perfectly, offering a balance of flavors and textures that were both satisfying and indulgent. The only thing i will say is that the choice for the starters posed a problem as the options were great and varied, however outside of the chicken nothing really grabbed me for the main course. Two fish dishes a sirloin steak and risotto (with a $12 supplement) seems potentially limiting to a quite clearly skilled kitchen. For dessert i went with the Chocolate sensation which was rich, decadent and sated my need for something sweet. My partner chose the Tonka bean & berry mess which is a dessert that delights the senses with its exquisite taste, luxurious creaminess, and perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. The service was friendly, involved but not overbearing and the explanation of each dish was most welcome. Bokan 37 is a really wonderful restaurant and i can't help but feel it is criminally underrated, this place should be heaving on a Friday evening, when the food is this good and the view that breathtaking i hope they thrive in the upcoming year.

Nice views but a bug bear is places that charge a table service fee when you go to the bar yourself (without even telling you because it’s all cards and they don’t say how much you just tap). If you’re charging £6 just to hand the bottle of wine to me at the bar, I’d rather someone had have come and taken my order personally.

The place is amazing, you will have incredible views of the city and the selection of wines is not as bad as I expected. The best of our experience was Thyerrine, the waiter that took our order, brought the drinks to the table and really was so attentive and professional that really made the difference.

A very pleasant ambience for dining with family especially the food offering and presentation style . A fine dining with warm touch from the serving staff to ensure a complete experience. Un peu excentré (près des quai à l’est (sur l’île aux chiens) nous sommes allé au 37 eme étage de l’hôtel Novotel. Excellent repas mais Trop rapide pour les 3 premiers plats et non synchronisé avec les boissons. L’apéro Après la soupe. La suite fut meilleure mais toujours le problème avec le sommelier qui ici devint tout d’un coup trop lent. Très belle vue et convivial mais manque un peu de chaleur.

I took my Mom to Bokan, to celebrate her Birhtday. We had an unforgettable evening. We were warmly welcomed by the team. I had requested a table with a view (upon available), I had a table with an anazing view facing the Shard. For starters we had the venison mille feuilles and the chorizo squid. Food arrived fast and our server describred the food. To continue for main course we had the turkey dish and red mullet with cauliflower. Delicious. Again the plates were beautiful, good quantity, nice presentation. The evening was perfect, I recommend Bokan for celebration, dinner with a view or business lunch. The Maître D Nicolas and the team are professional and attentive.
