I used to love this bakery back in the days. Their coffee was excellent and cakes were one the best in the city. Their St Clements cake was to die for. Over the years, I've noticed their prices were going steadily up and the quality was going down. So, I stopped going there. I visited their shop at Waterloo yesterday after work. I felt I needed some sweet treat after quite a stressful week. I took just one pecan brownie as I did not like the look of any other cakes. What a disappointment! That was everything the brownie is not about. It was dry and crumbly, with massive chunks of some very bitter chocolate. I had the impression there was a lot of cacao and chocolate was there just as a reminder what should we put in our brownies. Pecans were only lightly sprinkled on the top and I couldn't taste them at all. I thought it was out of date, so it ended in the bin, after all. For the price that seemed much higher than in many shops around, it was definitely not worth it.

This little cafe is in a side street opposite the tube station. Unpretentious, with great coffee and excellent cake. What more could you want

Crain crain meal was full of bones for £15. No meat at all as per photos. Only stew and rice for £15 and the food smelled stale not fresh. I'll never purchase. Stay away.... Not worth it. 😔😔😔

Gran vibra y excelente selección de vinos desde los más conocidos hasta los oscuros. Preciosas tablas de charcutería y queso para acompañar la gama de vinos. Buena relación calidad-precio happy hour también. Lo recomendaría.

He venido aquí un par de veces y más recientemente por mi cumpleaños con un montón de amigos. Toda la noche fue increíble el ambiente era bueno. El miembro del personal que más destaca fue Mekk, ella fue amable, escuchó lo que queríamos, fue capaz de aconsejar sobre los diferentes cócteles, luego nos hizo el cóctel / chupitos perfectos que disfrutamos a fondo toda la noche. Ella es muy buena en su trabajo con su conocimiento, dedicación al servicio al cliente y atención a los detalles, no solo a las bebidas sino a nosotros como clientes. Este servicio no se recibía del otro lugar de las funcionarias, parecían preocupadas. He estado aquí un par de veces, me encanta el ambiente, y la gama de cócteles. El personal del bar que nos atendió Brehana y Mekk son increíbles súper amables y conocedores de los cócteles que hacen, nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos a mí y a mi pareja. Recomendaría encarecidamente este be@ 1 Brehana y Mekk son camareros increíbles, bebidas irreales y mi favorito estar en uno Gran servicio, especialmente del camarero Brehana. Había probado increíble todo súper picante Marg. pizza deliciosa hecha a mano

No cocinero Engreído y desagradable gerente sarcástico. Si él es el gerente. . . . es una pena. Después de mi pinta de cerveza y el vaso de vino de mi novia estaba sucio. Se ve más vacío cada vez que voy allí. Pero no voy a volver otra vez.

On sait pourquoi on y va, et on a ce qu'on veut, donc tout le monde est content. Le service est agreable, le personnel souriant. les prix sont correct, et le café tres bon. On peut aussi y manger un morceau (ce que nous n'avons pas fait). j'aime bien cet endroit !

Customers over 20 years. First time ringing up to complain the food is cold. The chicken noodle soup was disgusting! But the owner has the audacity to argue with her long time loyal customers, instead of having a good will gesture of customer service! Very poor behaviour!

Necesitábamos un desayuno para prepararnos para el día, y no nos decepcionó. Gran comida y gran relación calidad-precio. La cafetería tiene un ambiente agradable encantador.

Came here yesterday with a few friends for Wing Wednesday and I can honestly say they were the worst wings any of us had ever had. The meat is average quality, but they put SO MUCH breading on the wings, the amount of crunch is actually painful. That's before we get to the buffalo sauce. Apparently it's 'World Famous', but honestly, the only thing I can think it's famous for is the INSANELY high salt content! You know that tingling feeling you get when you eat something spicy? I thought my tongue was tingling for that reason, but no, it soon became apparent that it was from the amount of salt they put in this 'World Famous' Buffalo Sauce. Then there is the speed at which they serve them. They take forever to bring out the next plate of wings because they clearly know that the longer you're eating, the more full you will get, so the less wings you will eat. The only redeeming features of this trip were the atmosphere and the friendly staff. If not for these, it would be a solid 1* review. Just don't do the Buffalo Wings!
