The best restaurants in Tulse Hill Lambeth London

This is such a great find, amazing food and wonderful service. There are so many dishes I’d recommend, my favourite Indian restaurant in London.

Great and delicious food. Especially the saag paneer and Kerala parantha… people are also really friendly! Definitely worth a try

Amazing food and service! Halal food and alcohol free bar. It is a must visit and I will definitely go again! 10/10.

I give 4 stars because giving less makes me feel bad. However I doubt the pizza maker is Italian. I just got a pizza with smoked ham which as far as I am concerned is just a no go. English smoked ham on pizza doesn’t really work. I hope they revisit this

Really disappointed. The café has recently come under new management and the quality of the coffee and pastries plus the service has really gone downhill. Hostile atmosphere from the staff. Terrible coffee (milk either burnt or lukewarm, doesn't look like they know the difference between a latte and a flat white). Out of date pastries. This used to be a great little local spot but not anymore. The new owners need to make an effort to train their staff and get on top of fresh produce deliveries (what happened to the amazing almond and chocolate croissants?).

I have been to a few West Indian places, but this one was just 10/10 being a vegan the food was just out of this world!! Surely up for the best restaurant in London, just ridiculously good. The staff 10/10 The cooks 10/10 Only one thing I wanted to stay all night and eat everything vegan on the menu!! A Fabulous evening.

Incredible experience - 'Curry Paradise' for sure! Delicious food and our server, Mo, made sure all was taken care of for us. Definitely 5 stars.

Honestly great restaurant ! Wine list is amazing with great natural wines (Although a bit pricey Gut oggau Winifred 111£, but hey, it is London) Food is amazing but tbf, portions are a bit small for the price. Overall very good night and service ! Would recommand

Booked this place again for my birthday as had such a fun time last year, the only reason to make me go is the Dj Nile Chucky and his amazing tunes to get everyone dancing. Other than that the staff were rude and not helpful when I asked if we could have more tables for my booking of 20 people. The floors in the toilet are always wet and covered in loo roll and clearly doesn’t get cleaned, pretty disgusting. One of the bar men didn’t know how to make a simple vodka lemonade. They poured in the warm vodka and mixer and then dashed a bit of ice in the top, its basic knowledge to put the ice in first. All these things can easily be improved on if they could be bothered. Also a smile from bar staff wouldn’t go a miss. Atmosphere is fun but the rest sucks

Mi hermana ha estado viniendo aquí durante casi 40 años, pero era mi primera vez y la comida era excelente! Todo estaba fresco, muy bien presentado y delicioso. Las porciones eran generosas, el ambiente agradable, el servicio era excelente y me gustó la decoración y la música que me recordó a mis viajes en el Punjab. Vivo cerca de Bradford, pero Khan's es mucho mejor para la calidad y el valor que cualquiera de las casas de curry que he estado allí. ¡La próxima vez que esté en Londres volveré a casa de Khan! Esta es una de las buenas críticas. Planeado una visita aquí con amigos para el almuerzo antes de una noche de fiesta. Esto se entregó. Un almuerzo muy agradable con tortelli maremmani, mantequilla de salvia, lingüina, almejas y bottarga y pappardelle con ragù de jabalí. Maridaje con dos botellas de Rubino. Todo listo, y volveremos.

If you go for a roast on a Sunday, be sure to go early as there were only two left at 5pm, and they were past their best. In the end, my in-laws had those and I opted for the vegan curry as I didn't want a mushroom burger or cheese burger. Then my daughter, who ordered the cheese burger, was served a chicken burger... which was not even on the flipping menu! The curry was OK, but really not worth the price. Just all round a bit irritating and doesn't make me want to rush back.
