The best restaurants in Prince's Lambeth London

We stayed at the Park Plaza this week for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The hotel is in an amazing location and the staff made the visit memorable. The room was brilliant, we had a technical issues which Felix in maintenance took assertive action and fixed for us. We had truly excellent service, Rachel on Reception was fantastic both over the phone and face on check in. At the end of the day the hotel can provide the location, but the staff provide the lasting memory of your experience. I have travelled around the world with Radisson Group and this hotel stands out because of its staff. Great holiday and thank you Rachel and Felix for going above and beyond. You are empowered to make the right choices for the customer and you did an awesome job - well done!

Fantástica comida a un precio excelente. Echa un vistazo a los especiales, solo un cinco por un plato masivo. Tuve una hamburguesa de pollo vegano, papas fritas y ensalada de col. . hecho de sobrantes de comida, una pequeña cafetería genial. . Definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

Pedí la hamburguesa de filete de pollo con patatas fritas y patatas fritas. ¡Estaba delicioso! Probablemente la mejor hamburguesa de filete que he probado. ¡Mmm! ¡Definitivamente ordenaré de nuevo!

Fell upon this place for a coffee. Friendly community place with excellent coffee and kind pay-it-forward option. Will be back!

Most affordable breakfast option in the area, it will become my new canteen! Big filling portions. Delicious smoothies. Very fast service. Good atmosphere, its cozy, and people around are friendly. Best find near Kennington!

Hadn't been here for years (like, since the late 70s early 80s), when it was the friendliest of the south London gay pubs. Today I went for lunch with a friend. The food was amazing, the staff were so friendly. It was really wonderful experience. I'm only adding our starters' photo because my photo of our mains show how inept I am at taking photos of food 😂 It's still one of the friendliest places I know. I'll be back 💕

I am appalled by lack of hygiene in this pub and the poor service that I received on my visit. I witnessed the bar staff eating peanuts on the bar and putting their fingers in their mouth, to clean said peanuts out of their teeth and I did not see them then wash their hands before handling other peoples drinks. It is a very good thing that I am not allergic to nuts as when they handed my drink to me they had there fingers around the rim, disgusting! Furthermore, the atmosphere is dark and grotty. We popped in for food and shortly found out that food was not served untill 6pm.

Great pub. I imagine its even better in the summer. Quiz was a laugh but the same team seems to win it every week

Lovely cafe with great staff and superb food. Extremely popular due to the high standrds it sets. If you are in the area or staying at the expensive Hotels, you will get a much better breakfast here and not "Break the Bank"!

I was driving on the red route when a classic migraine hit - we parked up and there across the road was the Jamyang cafe. Tea and toasties and friendly service saw us back on the road.

Almorcé con los maleteros antes de encontrarme con algunos viejos amigos. Debo decir que la comida era excelente. No he estado allí por un tiempo, pero no esperaba nada diferente. La comida era abundante y el personal muy amable y la tienda estaba excepcionalmente limpia. Definitivamente iré allí en mi próximo viaje a Londres.

Good food, and an alright price for the quality. Relaxing atmosphere. Had a matcha crepe and frappe, friend had a shiratama sundae.

Fairly standard high end hotel restaurant. Expect to spend just over £100 for two people. What's cool is the way they present the food - for example the wagyu beef is served raw and you get a scorching piece of rock to cook it. Live music was pretty good but only starts after 7pm.
