The best restaurants in Chiswick Riverside Hounslow London

I often visit a local friend, over several years, whose place is not really organised enough for her to cook, or me to cook my own breakfast, so I/we call in here, consistently good for breakfasts, though not quite so consistently good for lunch.

Ordenó el Masoor Dal Tadka (vegano) que era magnífico - muy bien condimentado con toques de café fresco junto con el clásico Pollo Dum Biryani (en el hueso para mayor sabor) que era exquisito y el Veg Dum Biryani también. Suficiente para alimentar a cuatro personas probablemente en lugar de a nuestros codiciosos dos. También tenía la Parotta Veechu que era genial. A aquellos que les gusta Lakcha Paratha les encantará esto. Probablemente el mejor Biryani que he tenido e infinitamente mejor que en todas partes alrededor de esta área del suroeste de Londres en kilómetros.

Great food and service in a very energetic, noisy, old waterside pub.

We visited this bar/restaurant as a group of 6 people to meet with family visiting from abroad (and celebrate a birthday). We'd never been before and not familiar with the area but we were made to feel so welcome by Alfie and all the regular customers, including everyone joining in to sing happy birthday! The food was really lovely and freshly prepared (compliments to the chef!) and overall very good value for money. The service and hospitality was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for Alfie who is a really warm, friendly and funny young man. We'd love to visit again and highly recommend. I enjoyed a truly superb lunch at The Steam Packet yesterday. It’s been a couple of years since I’ve visited this gem in Chiswick overlooking the Thames; I enjoyed my last visit… and this one even more. There are three criteria with which to describe a restaurant: the food, the service and the setting… and The Steam Packet hits a perfect score with all of them. The food: sweet chilli king prawns, served with ciabatta were prepared to perfection. I’ve tasted prawns in quite a few countries… from Mauritius to Moscow… and I have to say that The Steam Packet outshines them all. Passion fruit and mango cheesecake with coconut ice cream was the dream desert. The service was excellent in every way: genuinely friendly and wonderfully efficient. The setting can’t be beaten: the decor is tastefully easy on the eye, with the view of the Thames enhancing the experience. Overall rating: 100%.

Little Bird es una opción fácil en Chiswick. La comida es fantástica y me encantan los pequeños retoques al menú cada vez que vamos. Hay una gran cantidad de variedad y hay algo para todos. se puede pedir sobre la marcha, mi preferencia personal es los tacos de pescado, queso filo feta y pollo con mantequilla que se puede compartir o tener para sí mismo. habiendo estado en pajarito más veces de las que puedo recordar, nunca he tenido nada más que deliciosa comida y un servicio fantástico. la vibra es maravillosa también y todos los clientes claramente disfrutan de su tiempo. Y no olvidemos los fabulosos cócteles que vale la pena un viaje solo (margaritas son mejores que en cualquier otro lugar! gracias por hacer siempre una experiencia especial para nosotros. incluso si no es local para usted, recomiendo encarecidamente una visita. gracias pajarito

Very busy on a Friday night with a mixed audience from families with children to couples on dates. We were unfortunately squeezed in between 2 families and got noisy from 4 sets of handheld devices used for games or videos. I never stop to wonder why the parents don’t give their little ones headphones so the rest of the place can have a nice evening. Starters were really nice, grilled octopus and burrata. Can recommend both of them. Carbonara for main was not good at all. It looked like the dish had been sitting around for a while before it was brought out with the sauce starting to dry. Not a lot of flavour, lacking both salt and pepper. The guanciale on my dish was all fat. I know that cut is supposed to be fatty but lightly fried 0,5 inch lumps of fat was just disgusting! I told 2 members of staff who apologised and promised to deduct something from the bill. That didn’t happen… Not the normal experience but unfortunately the one I’m now left with and I’ll give it some time before coming back.

Please Please try this place I had the club burger This was the best chicken burger iv ever had Chicken it self was full of flavour salad in the burger was fresh The staff seem to care what they serve and this is rare Well done to all staff here!

I popped in here for breakfast. The lady - called Yells - couldn't do enough for me. She put the heater directly on me (very welcome on a freezing day). The service was great, the food was great with very good portions and reasonable prices. She even gave me a visitor's car permit. Definitely go there again.

Amazing hot chocolate. Loved the option on milk. Can't wait to go again wonderful experience.friendly staff. Nice chilled atmosphere.

It's full of builders in the mornings and lets face it, they tend to know what a god fry up is. And breakfast here is very good. Nothing fancy but covers all of the major food groups - sausages, bacon, eggs, beans or whatever else you like in the morning. It's quick, generous portions and the staff are friendly. Great for a take-out too.

Absolutely love this beautiful atmospheric restaurant by the river. Had the most enjoyable brunch. Food great and excellent welcoming service. Can’t wait to come back and try Sunday lunch!!!
