Why can’t you update your opening hours on Google ? Boring …

I’ve been here about 10 times with friends and/or colleagues and each time it’s been disappointing. Most of the times that we go, it’s fairly quiet but the service is always bad/slow. When we went for lunch today, we waited for over 10 minutes but no one came to take our order. We then had to try to flag down a waiter several times before anyone paid any attention. The first two times we were told “okay one minute”, and then the waiters carried on chatting amongst themselves. It wasn’t even busy! The food is mediocre at best. When it came to paying, the same thing - when I tried to pay, two staff members just kept chatting amongst themselves even though they could see we were waiting to pay. In the end I had to say “I need to pay and leave” and only then did one guy come over to take payment, but he (short brunette guy with a beard/moustache) was rude and told me “I’m training staff, sometimes you have to wait”. We won’t return.

Terrible staff, extremely rude practicality threw my knife and fork on the table The crepe was overpriced and not even cooked well. Definitely worst crepe I’ve had in my life. Was dry and undercooked. The atmosphere is absolutely rancid. Save your money and avoid like tuberculosis

Overall good but with the exception of the wc's which absolutely stink, even in the stairway leading to them. - consider taking a respirator.

Pub tour first pit stop, good cask ale.

Met old friend for lunch and chat. Great for chat as very quiet. But no draught beer! Decor took us back 50 years, in good condition not run down. "Small plates" for lunch were mostly something fried with a dip. No chance of balancing a meal (the padrona pepoers were off).

Food and drinks were great but the service was even better, attentive and smooth, from all staff but particularly from Henry.

We went a while ago. We were tired of the journey and decided to enter. The super friendly host. The waiter not so much. We sat down and I asked for water and I sensed that he got upset. Sorry for being thirsty (?🤣) You noticed the difference in the treatment at our table, compared to the ones next door. Maybe because we were foreigners(?) The pizza and drinks were very delicious.

Flavour looks great! It has always caught my eye everyday from the station and you can see that the team has worked hard on the designs - the cafe/salon looks great! Regarding the food, we were served stale pastries, they definitely were not fresh. Our hot drinks were served in paper cups, as well as everyone else's, where was the china?! So of course, we got served ok coffee in paper cups, hard and stale pastries and which was served in a paper bag with wooden knife and fork which of course couldn't cut through the food! All for the lovely price of £10! My advice, fresh cakes and pastries, or just dont serve them. They really did let down the brand you are trying to build. Please please please, provide crockery and cutlery!! It's crazy eating out of a bag with a paper cup, honestly!

First impressions were not good, the bar area was rather featureless and uninviting. There was a large choice of draught ales, lagers and ciders. We had arranged to have a lunch in the upstairs dining room, again rather featureless, but the food did not disappoint. I think we were fortunate, as we were the only diners, our food was cooked to order.
