I had an amazing experience at Hook and Line! Missing onion bhaji. Cheese naan a bit “sweaty” but all other dishes were great!

The refurbishment is amazing 👏 Went today for Sunday roast. I have to say that for the price we were disappointed. Our starter of olives and warm bread was very good. Our mains were not quite as good. I had turkey roast the meat and veg were good but the whole plate came drenched in watery gravy and everything was on top of a bed of red cabbage which was not very palatable. The Yorkshire pudding was soggy because of the watery gravy. I think that the gravy should be offered in a pot along with a choice of vegetables. We asked for extra gravy after the Yorkshire pudding had soaked up most of what was on the plate and were charged £1.60 for the pot which was a bit excessive. We were not offered any condiments. My turkey had a bone/sinue in it which was not nice. One starter, two meals and two bottles of wine total bill £116 a bit excessive. Needless to say l don't think we will be returning in the near future. George was the best part of our experience.

Never ever order from this restaurant very disrespectful staff. I have never seen anywhere in the UK, this is worst restaurant for food delivery They don't pay attention to the drivers ... drivers wait outside more than 1 hour ,orders will nt be ready and noone come and check the orders ... very

Went to this restaurant at Sidcup on Friday Very good food very good service. Didn’t have to wait very long. The waitress was fantastic. Her name is Sally she persuaded us to have the dessert which was yummy. Sally was very professional and made us very welcome definitely go back

We live in the area and enjoy going out to our local Indian on a Friday night. Luckily we have 4 on our main road so have lots of choice. A few years ago we visited Zafraan with 2 small children we ordered some food but once the order arrived we wanted to add to our order - the waiter was incredibly rude and said we need to order everything in one go! So we didn’t go back for years. We decided to go back yesterday (having hoped things might have improved) BIG MISTAKE. Same miserable staff walking around without a smile. Their main waiter blatantly ignored us when we called him TWICE. The poppadom dips were smallest/the worst/budgeted we’ve ever had. The soft drinks were flat. The mains were small and hardly any meat (lots of veg and onion with a few bits of meat). They are clearly budgeting/struggling. They won’t last long at all. Will never go back.

The sandwiches are to die for.. coronation chickhen is superb. £2.90 but very deep and tasty filling. In the past I've experienced grumpy staff, but things look to have improved

Teresa was a lovely waitress and provided us with brilliant service. I am very satisfied with my experience at harvester.

The donner kebab was an outrageously small portion for the money and would be considered so even in central London let alone sidcup. Taste was OK, nothing special but not terrible by any means.

Réputation surfaite....le tout a changé lorsque le patron a été sur place,.les jeunes aimaient plus fumer et se prendre en photos que de servir....bouffe ordinaire.. Une recommandation. ??? Suivez votre instinct...yaslouvaki est plus authentique
