Went to this restaurant at Sidcup on Friday Very good food very good service. Didn’t have to wait very long. The waitress was fantastic. Her name is Sally she persuaded us to have the dessert which was yummy. Sally was very professional and made us very welcome definitely go back

Went for a group booking, when we got there we were seated on different tables, not told when we booked we would be split up. Then during the meal told we have to leave within two hours, this wasn't said at time of booking or we will be on different tables. We were there for a birthday party and when time to serve the cake were told to leave as the next people are here and want their table. Never going back here, shocking Service

Came here for weekend lunch. Prompt and friendly service, much improved interior. Food was very tasty especially the sea bass. Great portion sizes and enjoyed 3 courses.

Excellent service and delicious, great value food in a warm and welcoming environment. Prezzo will be my first choice restaurant in the high street now. Especially as they give Blue Light discount - thank you 😊 I’m fed up with trying to support smaller businesses who then serve up inedible food, I work too hard for my money!

It was our first visit to a Prezzos. I took my granddaughter and we used some tesco vouchers. We loved the interior, enjoyed the food (burger and chips, me beef my granddaughter chicken), nice waitress (with facial piercings) who was friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to returning and trying the pasta dishes. Only negative......the coffee cups are a tad small.

I’m not quite sure on my waitress name, but she was always so smiley and happy to help! She had a few facial piercings which I was quite intimidated about at first, but after being approached by her I realised it was me just judging! The service I received was immaculate and the food was delicious! She finished working and still came out with a massive smile on her face!

Me and my partner visited the restaurant after work and were extremely disappointed. The pasta was incredibly bland and tasted like it had been defrosted, the chicken was chewy like it had been defrosted and reheated again. After arriving back home we both felt very unwell and have had upset stomachs, which can only be from the food we ate at the restaurant. We have filed a complaint and won’t be visiting any prezzo again.

Lovely interior and very good service. The food was standard for a chain, we were able to pay with Tesco vouchers which was a bonus, overall very enjoyable.

Pleasant atmosphere, food was delicious and the waiter efficient and friendly. Pleased as the last time we visited before the pandemic was not good. Long wait, cold food.

Took my children along for a Sunday dinner treat. They all had pizzas and I had pasta. All the 3 courses we had were really tasty. I was able to use my 2-4-1 tastecard. Waiter was friendly and food came quickly. Would come here again :)

Had food delivered from here whilst staying in a local hotel. £4.95 for a garlic bread the size of a pitta bread and then £13 for a stone cold pizza. Called the restaurant who blamed uber eats and would not offer any form of compensation telling me to contact uber eats. Uber eats told me it was the restaurants fault for sending out multiple deliveries - despite the food arriving in an asda bag for life with zero insulation. As a business they should take responsibility for their product arriving as advertised. Disgusting customer service and over priced food. Never again.

I used a Buyagift voucher for three courses and a glass of wine. The voucher is very easy to use and with a 25% off code exceptional value. Yes, it’s a reduced choice menu with the voucher but still enough to chose from. Garlic bread with cheese and the pizza was yummy. Service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was clean and tables well spaced out, a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend.

Had lovely 3 course meal I had buy a gift voucher waiting staff friendly and service good. Meatballs to start penne rusticana main sticky toffee pudding for me. Partner had garlic bread calabrese burger chocolate fudge cake. Deal included glass of wine too so excellent value. Comfortable seating nice atmosphere

Had a lovely time at Prezzo in Sidcup. Waiters were attentive and great at wearing masks/social distancing when appropriate. Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. Food was great! Had the garlic bread sharing platter which was massive! And then the Goats Cheese Penne Al Forno Oven Baked Pasta which was delicious. Would highly recommend that particular dish! Overall a very pleasant experience.

Not bad lunch used our tastecard. Without the tastecard it wouldn’t be worth it. Enjoyed the grilled chicken masala sauce mushrooms. My son enjoyed the pizza. The risotto with prawns was dry. The young waiter from Hungary was very good and should get promoted to manager.

Shame food not like it used to be. Sea bass main size was so small. Calzone now only doing one. Was with poor used to do Calzone Picante was lovely shame.

Exciting new menu, delicious food, excellent service and restaurant is spotless and Covid secure! Support local in these difficult days and enjoy a lovely meal at Prezzo Sidcup!

My husband and I visited on Monday evening and decided on the set menu. It is very reasonably priced with a great, varied selection to choose from. The service was very good, the food arrived promptly and was very tasty. Our server was lovely and very friendly and efficient. Couldn’t fault it! We will be back again soon!

The waiter was very helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble. I could not see the wine I wanted on the menu however it was available. We asked for water with ice and we were given this with ice in a glass on the side. When we asked for the bill it was brought up straight away. Excellent food and good service.

Came here with a Redletterday voucher, we got 3 courses with a glass of wine each for £30 but I found a £10 off code so got everything for £20. Absolute bargain! For starters we had pizza bites and the meatballs. Both very yummy and cooked well. Felt that there should be 3 large meatballs instead of 2 on the plate as the plate looked a little empty and it was swimming in sauce (although yum and not a bad thing). For mains we had pepperoni pizzas, these were tasty and well cooked. Our favorite part of the meal was the dessert, we shared a sticky toffee pudding and a honeycomb cheesecake both were very very nice.

Having visited this restaurant several times in the past, we were dissatisfied with our main course. The pesto prawns were barely cooked and still had the digestive tract on them. Additionally, the bolognese was bland. When the waiter was told of my concern, re the undercooked prawns, all he could say was “Sorry.”. Thank goodness we had the 40% off mains voucher!!! Will not be visiting again.

Great food, good service, we where going to go to Marios pizzeria but they where too busy plus it’s a very small restaurant for an evening out, went prezzo instead had a lovely meal in a very smart restaurant, service was fantastic food was good, good sized portions reasonably priced, would eat there again.

I visited for lunch with a friend. Had a voucher code which gave us the second main for £1 so can’t complain about the price. The pizza was good but not quite as good as my favourite from Zizzi 🍕

Visited with family to celebrate a 60th birthday staff were very attentive gave us space and time to open pressies then when they noticed we were ready took our orders food was good and plentiful.Had problem with bill but this was quickly rectifyed

Went with friends on a buy a gift option. Good variety on the menu. Food is very good and by staff with a good demeaner. We spoke with the manager who is a young chap from Hungary very pleasant and extremely helpful. We’ve been to this Prezzo’s several times and would definitely recommend it.

Gluten free pasta is always great. Great value with the tastecard. Good service and very quick. Recommended.

I don’t feel there is many places to eat up Sidcup highstreet. Wish there were more but I have to say Prezzo in Sidcup is really lovely. It has nice decor, friendly and attentive staff. I think it is a place perfect for any occasion and if you are a local to the area it’s a nice place to go.

Arrive at 2117 and the greeting was ‘we close at 10, last orders 2145’. We asked if we would be able to stay beyond 2200 if we had not finished and the answer was no. We left!

Usual Prezzo menu with one or two recent additions.Pleasant staff. Located in the now defunct Sidcup police station this is a pleasant place to dine. I had a salad which was fine, but the avocado in it looked a bit brown around the edges like it had been out for a while.

The menu, the food and the restaurant surroundings are great. I would not recommend having a liqueur coffee as they don't seem to know how to make them without the cream splitting. And if you go on a slow night in the week don't expect the staff to fawn over you, they seemed more interested in going home and were even turning people away despite the website's closing time being 10pm and you are able to book a table until 10:30pm.

We were welcomed seated in a lovely warm room with good friendly atmosphere. The drinks were spot on & the food excellent. They accommodated my husband who has a difficult diet. We were very satisfied with our evening & the bill represented good value for money.

Anyone taking the time to read this review, must visit this restaurant! Had an absolutely fantastic meal with family.

We had a lovely welcome by Brett and Marta when we came back to Prezzo and enjoyed every bit of the lovely food the restaurant had to offer ! We strongly recommend Prezzo Sidcup to everyone wanting a pleasant and relaxed stay. Honeycomb is a must!

We have in the past been great fans of Prezzo Sidcup, but have been put off by the ‘offers’ that always seem to have a catch, (see separate review); we decided however on Prezzo for a Niece’s 9th Birthday, thinking a change from Harvester to something more adult might be in order.

Visit here regularly. Always great food and service. Good value and ambiance. Great staff. Recommended.

If you want an excellent Italian and to be served by super friendly table staff (especially Victoria) then pop up to Prezzo. Also good place for families as the restaurant is large enough without losing its coziness. Food is also always time and time again flawless

We went here for dinner with a 30% off voucher. Knowing these vouchers can restrict you to certain menu choices we checked with the waiter and showed him the voucher and was told we could have anything off the menu.

So disappointed was looking for something on par with Six I not in the same class. Beautiful restaurant nice touches like frozen glasses and very clean . Staff was good . Reserved a table on line. Table was fine, waiter was over quickly. Good was nice and hot and for the price was great. Waiter was attentive and asked at the end of we had a voucher code which we did. No complaints, would go again.

Came here for a work lunch and was impressed with the atmosphere and décor - it's light, airy and spacious. Food was very nice and service was friendly, a tiny bit on the slow side for food being served but otherwise fine.

This is our local for Pizzas and pastas. The service is always efficient and polite. Food quality is consistent and we have always enjoyed our meals here whether it is for a celebration or just a casual visit.

My wife’s been wanting to go here ever since it opened as it’s in the old cop shop, she was disappointed that there was no evidence of the cop shop on the decor. I think she was expecting cells! But she did enjoy her meal and so did I.

The food is of good quality for this type of chain restaurant where some of the food is pre-prepared offsite. The service was good, efficient, polite but not stuffy, overall a good meal at reasonable prices.

A nice clean branch of Prezzo in the old police station in Sidcup High Street. As with Prezzo's everywhere you pretty much know what to expect and we got exactly that. The food was well presented and cooked, the service was good and the surroundings clean and pleasant. You can't ask for much more in this price range.

A friend and I had lunch here one Friday afternoon in July. There was limited seating available outside, but we decided to eat inside as the weather was too hot. There were plenty of available tables at that time of day. The menu was quite extensive & varied, and there was a very good choice of cocktails. Service was very good, and the staff were very polite.

Went for a meal before watching football/world cup. Wasn't too busy but the service was still top class. Attentive staff that are always smiling and happy to help and won't hurry you if it takes a while to decide what you want from a great menu. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be a regular customer.

We had a lovely three course meal in the Sidcup Prezzo. The building is an old police station and has retained some if it’s old character.

Visited on Tuesday late lunchtime; it wasn't busy. None the less it took an effort to get attention when I was ready to place an order. I asked for a Hendricks with Tonic, garnished with cucumber. I got plain gin in a glass with ice and a bottle of tonic. Not as I had expected.

Had a lovely meal, good food & service. Crayons and colouring available for my 2 year old. Parking available across the road, free after 6:30. Overall a lovely place to take all ages for a bite to eat mid week. Pizza’s lovely bit If I was to criticise they could do with offering a few more options for toppings, it’s mainly chicken or pepperoni. Zizzi’s offer more choice pizza wise.

to celebrate our daughters 12th birthday, she asked to go to Prezzo's (we have eaten at Eltham prezzo, many times and always been great,so were happy with her choice) we booked our table at Sidcup for 7.30. Upon arrival the restaurant was half full, however we waited for a table for 3 to be made up as non were ready. We were seated and menus were handed out, which we were immediately asked what we would like......wow ive not even opened the menu yet! So we asked for a few miniutes to decide. My husband is very fussy, non of the starters were suitable for him, so asked for some plain bread with dipping oils, olive oil with balsamic vinegar. Not hard but told no can do! Ok, so us girls order the calimari, breaded mozzarella and the hummus as this comes with plain bread, and asked for an extra bit of plain bread, which could be done... strange considering my previous request. Starters: cheese was nice, hummus bland, bread was like a pitta (we were charged £3.50 on top of the hummus price for the extra slice of bread £8.45 for this dish seriously!!!!) Calamari was ok. Our mains followed 5 mins later, while were wernt even halfway through our starters, why?? If we wanted it all together we would have said, and since when are they served this way, starters should be finished first surly!! Could you rush us any more?? Mains ordered: tre gusti pizza, no pizza cutter not already sliced and no cutlery, we finally got a cutter after repeated requests. my daughter found this very spicy, like chilli oil had been used and could only mange to eat half before it became too much, she orders this at Eltham and never had this spicy problem. I ordered the penne rustican, was a nice dish however despite two requests for some parmesan cheese, it never came. Husband ordered the burger with no cheese, no mayo, no salad - not hard really however this restaurant could not get there heads round this and sent us the full burger with everything. So we sent this back as not what we ordered, we started getting some attitude at this stage and told would be another 15 min for another one, by which time we would have finished so cancelled that order. Dessert: our daughter didnt want a cake, so she ordered the honycombe cheesecake, We asked the waitress if the kitchen could do a special touch, maybe a candle, happy birthday in sauce on the plate or something like you would get anywhere else. But no, dessert came out was put in front of her, told we dont have candles but happy birthday anyway and walked away!! Well im in shock, our celebratory meal was ruined. the entire meal we were rushed, made to feel like an inconvenience, husband didnt eat at all and was greated with an £80 bill, no apology, no effort to resolve anything, no thank you, nothing. My daughter cried her eyes out as we left, due to the horrible experience. Thank you Prezzo Sidcup, it was certainly not a pleasure to dine with you !!!

Visited for a spontaneous late lunch. The restaurant was very empty as it was 3pm so a slightly odd time to eat but staff were incredibly attentive and polite. Nice menu with varied choices, including vegan options. Food was good and cooked well. Nothing to rave about but no complaints. Would return.

Went here for a Mother’s Day meal with my family. We were greeted fine and just needed to wait while the table was laid which was fine as it was quite busy. Our order was taken and whilst the starters were very nice we wasn’t told about the Mother’s Day offer for 2 or 3 courses with a glass of prosecco until we found the card in between one of the napkins. When asked we were told it was too late as I had already ordered and drank some of my glass of wine. After we had finished our starters they cleared away the plates along with my glass of wine which wasn’t finished and my daughters glass which was still half full. Our mains arrived but the side dish hadn’t and we needed to ask twice for it. The calzone was very chewy with hardly any meat and my dish which was the chilli prawn pesto pasta was very oily and only contained 3 prawns! Had to wait ages for our desert order to be taken even though the restaurant had quietened down significantly and when they did eventually arrive, one was missing. Even though we asked about it and was told it was coming, it never did arrive so ended up cancelling it as everyone else had finished theirs. We were only waiting on ice-cream, the simplest desert of them all! Had a long wait for the bill and was made to feel as if they were doing me a huge favour by taking the ice cream off the bill! Would not return here, found it over-priced for what the food is, poor, inadequate service and quite frankly spoilt what should have been a nice family meal out for a special day.

Excellent atmosphere, service and food! Would definitely return. We are planning to return for Mother’s Day with the whole family (14 members), parking very close for one pound an hour (very cheap).

A good lunch with family very enjoyable, will go again. One member is Gluten free but found the base of the pizza rather hard to cut could have been the rice flour or over baked.

Service was dreadful, food was slow to arrive, wrong on arrival and then presented cold. Everyone got their meals at different times. £5 for a blob of panacotta enough to fill a teaspoon. Hot chocolates were watery. Dreadful. Avoid.

The place its self is lovely the old Police Station it is good if your mind can wonder into what might have happened there in times gone by to take your mind off the awful food ....had no one told the 'Chef' you dont have to cook a seabass until it is like a crisp . Food here is always good, but portions and the way it’s prepared seems to vary from visit to visit. Service depends on who you happen to be served by, it’s sometimes good and sometimes poor.
