Have not been to PE for a number of months. The food and service were really good. To be honest, it used to be the place to go but the hike in prices now make it less of a regular eatery. Very surprised.

It's been a while since I have been to a pizza express, prices have seemed to have increased by 15% . Food is always consistent and you know what to expect. Nothing to see here ,move along please

Went there for a birthday party where kids prepare and then have those pizza.. would recommend that package for kid's bday party..

Great pizzas, amazing snowball doughballs. Low score atmosphere because no many people in and it's a large restaurant.

Haven't been in ages. Food still great with a bigger selection and festive/seasonal selection. Myron our waiter was excellent. Noise level seems to be reduced or am I getting deaf in my old age?

Food never turned up. Restaurant says they re-cooked it twice and the driver never arrived, then it was cancelled. Shockingly on the app it says it was delivered and I was charged for it.

We had a kids party recently for my son and our server Ellis was just fantastic. he went above and beyond to meet our needs and kept the children very well entertained whilst also helping them create their pizzas. excellent service all around, thank you ellis!

Came here for dinner to take advantage of a Tesco clubcard offer. This pizza express is very clean and the service is always great. The pizzas were delicious and you could tell they had been freshly made

We are regulars at Pizza Express and we normally visit the Bexleyheath branch. Our favourite staff member Myron used to work there but he has since moved to. We visited the Sidcup branch this evening and again was treated to excellent service from all involved. We ordered a pizza for my Son who has allergies and the order came correctly without any issues. We ordered from Cynthia who was also lovely and very polite. Once my pizza arrived it was a Romana American Hot and it was a little over cooked and dry. I asked Myron if I could have some extra sauce as it was a little dry but instead he said no don't worry I will have it made again for you. Which was very nice of him. The remade pizza was much better. Overall another high quality visit at this branch.

A huge shout out to cinzia !!! You literally made our evening so wonderful, our daughter is autistic and become visibly upset…. Cinzia went out if her way to make her happy, she let her watch her make and help with the brownies and baby cinos and made her soo happy, her words “shes made my day”!!! Thank you

What a great place to eat on a Monday evening. Great food, friendly professional staff. Our waiter Myron dealt with our table of 10 incredibly patiently and efficiently as we chopped and changed our orders. Always smiling never rushing us. A great night, with great service we'll be back☺️

My sister's 70th birthday celebration Sun 13 Oct of 17 people was a huge success thanks to the staff at Pizza Express Sidcup. The waiter particularly (a Greek guy whose name we didn't get) gave us outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so very attentive the whole time. Always smiling and friendly too! This place is lovely! I would definitely recommend bringing a child because of their lovely kids menu and the kids get a free chef hat! I have only just learned that there is a new Paddington movie of paddington in Cinemas on the eight of November! Got messed around with order so much! Placed order and over an hour later still wasn’t preparing it. All in all took around 2 hours

Had a dinner here last night, with family of 4. Venue was super busy, but well managed for a Friday night! Pizzas were fresh and super cheesy, and our waiter Fazil (i hope i remember his name right) was very attentive and super friendly! Great night over all! Will be back!

The best visit to a Pizza Express I've had in a long time. We felt really at ease and the service was top notch. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

Food was cooked and ready at 7:30pm. It was not delivered until 8:45pm. This included seafood which had obviously been sitting there for over an hour. I’m disgusted. All food was completely cold and inedible. I will be taking just eat through legal channels as this is health and safety concern not just customer service.

Brilliant service and good food. Great location too. The only thing I would add is that there was no water in the baby changing toilet. Apart from that it was a very good experience. Atmosphere is calm and pleasant.

Haven't been to Pizza Express for awhile and was shocked to see the price of everything. Took the children for a treat, but we had to hold back on the desserts and 2nd drinks as the mains priced us out. My fault, as probably should have looked before going.

My kids really enjoyed the pizza making birthday party. We loved every second of it and our hosts Roksana and Faazil were amazing.

You have to tell your drivers to use just eat app to find the address. Google and Waze are showing it wrong , that’s why I’ve put the point on the map in the just eat app. We are constantly chasing drivers around the area and orders are arriving cold.

Food was excellent and the delivery driver was friendly, followed instructions and was fast.

No sauce with the Arancini as advertised. Standard cheese on pizza rather than vegan. Lukewarm.

Pizza express, good pizzas, you know what your getting. Also download the app and you get free dough balls for your first meal and if you go regularly there is always a voucher. Price can be expensive very quickly if you add in lots of items, good value kids menu. Service was good and no complaints from the kids so what more do I need?

Ordered through Deliveroo. The restaurant didn’t give the driver our whole order. Rung the restaurant and their response was “sorry we missed out 2 pizza ask Deliveroo for a refund” Shocking. Thankfully the driver went back for us.

Order arrived 2 hours after order was submitted. Called the restaurant and they said the food was ready long - they were waiting for a driver. In the app it said the foot was being prepared and the driver was there. Pizzas arrived and were cold and congealed. Absolutely disgusting. Appalling - I expect nothing less than a full refund.

The food was cold, pizza uncut, gave me gluten free dough balls although I didn't order them. Kept pushing back delivery so ended up being about 1 hour 50 mins after I placed the order. Tried to ring twice without anyone answering. Very poor

Booked a children's birthday (8th) pizza making party for 8 children and I can't rate this highly enough. Our host ran the whole event really well with a quick fun quiz to start, followed by hands on pizza making in several stages that was explained well and help offered when needed. Plenty of food included alongside the self made pizzas and nobody was left hungry. This whole thing was done in advance of restaurant opening and tucked away at the back so there didn't feel like the pressure we were making too much noise (and mess) which is great. We've never done anything like this for a party before but so glad we did.

The toppings on one of the pizzas were completely to one side therefore it was an empty base. Did not taste great from what I could salvage. I threw it away

Had a great meal yesterday at Sidcup. Best pizzas we have had in a long time cooked to perfection. Our waitress Lillie was very friendly, polite and like all the staff there worked very hard to give us fantastic service. It was busy but the ambience was nice and relaxing. We will definitely return. Thank you.

We were a big group (15 of us) and admittedly a bit hectic! Our server (Jess) was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole thing, she got our orders quickly and was really accommodating throughout the entire experience. Thank you so much!

Driver went the wrong way for 30 mins. Then went to another house on the street with our food. Then drove down the pavement and nearly hit some people. Then I had to go out to cheat the food because he wouldn’t get off his bike

We only ordered two pizzas an they were delivered almost an hour and a half later than originally specified. The delivery time was put back 4 times. It was particularly infuriating that there was no way to contact Just Eat about it. The website is useless and a phone call simply told me to go to the web site. Calls to the restaurant were unanswered, This is my second such experience when ordering from Pizza Express via Just Eat. There will not be a third.

Pizza was very cold, but it did taste nice.

Poor value. Slow service. Xmas set menu is £26pp for 3 courses. Got dough ball starter with 4 marble sized doughballs. Main was a thin overcooked 8” pepperoni pizza. Dessert was a 3”cheesecake dish 1” high. Pizza express then add VAT and then 10% service charge on top of that. Had better quality at half the price elsewhere locally.

Great value deal and good food only on disappointment- only half a buffalo mozzarella ball in my starter, otherwise an enjoyable treat.

Ladies wore lovely picked up a good to go bag and they forgot my items but phoned me and went straight back super nice food and really polite staff I’m going to come here for lunch soon over Christmas 🎅 thanks pizza express best pizza place ever!!! Xx
