Never ever order from this restaurant very disrespectful staff. I have never seen anywhere in the UK, this is worst restaurant for food delivery They don't pay attention to the drivers ... drivers wait outside more than 1 hour ,orders will nt be ready and noone come and check the orders ... very

Ask for no olives on the pizza they gave me olives asked for extra mushrooms and paid for it no mushrooms!

My order was taken to the wrong address. And then after waiting 45 minutes for the driver to try and sort out it was dumped at a random address and the code or telephone number wasn’t requested as I’m at a different address where the food should be. I’ve been charged and not had the food and been charged delivery. Disgusted

Went this evening. On arrival told we might have a little wait as they were busy. One and a half hours later, i asked the waitress where our olives and doughballs were ( starter )...she replied...i took your order didnt i ? I suggested it all came out together as we are busy ????? When i replied no, it was a starter, why would we want it with our pizza and salad ? Could you at least get our olives ? Within about 10 mins our whole order arrived which seemed to be happening with every table in there this evening. Very bad customer service this evening......clearly need a new manager.

Despite having made a booking when we arrived staff were not able to locate the booking. The waiter was incredibly rude and offered us a table by the door which was cold so we asked if there was another table. Unfortunately the waiter was not interested and said the only table available was a table for 6 which we could not have or we could a table where the kids parties were taking place but we was told it would probably be too noisy for us. This could have been handled better. I would have expected to at least been offered to move to another table when available rather than being met by rudeness from the staff. We left and went to Pizza Express Eltham instead. Lovely food, good atmosphere and friendly staff. I would recommend Eltham on Bluewater instead of the Sidcup branch it is not worth making a reservation, paying for parking and find that staff are not interested.

Great venue. Lovely grub! Decor is based on Quentin Blake, with pictures from the books he illustrated for. Great service.

We were welcomed with a smile by Myron and I’m always worried being Celiac. No problem at all he made me feel comfortable and made sure I had the allergen menu immediately. Myron’s was such a great character with so much knowledge and always checking we were happy with no pressure. He truly is a credit to your team and deserves recognition thank you Myron and Pizza Express, highly recommend:)

Ate here for my Sister's birthday and it was very lovely. Food was delicious, and they managed to hide the cake for us and bring it out at the perfect time, to the genuine surprise of my sister. Staff were very kind and lovely, in particular our server Myron who was very sweet.

I visited Pizza Express tonight with my friends and family and our dinner was delicious! The manager who hosted us was very polite and helpful and the food was delicious as always. The team at Pizza Express is always friendly and welcoming! We love coming here!

Had a lovely family meal tonight in Sidcup ..I was skeptical in ordering my usual Savignon Blanc, we normally drink a New Zealand but the Italian choice was very enjoyable. Our Waitress Georgia was very accomadating when I was trying to adjust my meal choice. Well done Pizza Express

Very Confusing deals and promotions with a lot of terms and conditions that are not clearly stated anywhere! Thought we would try the 2 cocktails for £10 but it was not clear you could not use this with any other deals. This includes the set meal. Very disappointed!

I come for a family meal for a birthday, our waiter was outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us unfortunately i didn’t catch his name but he know who he is he really helped my family out and myself unfortunately Roxanne (the assistant manager I believe) was awful rude customer care was not there at all and as we were seated near the delivery window (that was permanently left open) we requested 3 times that after the delivery men were gone if she could shut the window each time we was told yes and to take a seat but Roxanne was leaving it wide open and walking off for a long time talking to staff. I am a manager in a fast paced restaurant so I understand deliveries can me hectic and a busy restaurant can be overwhelming but I always take our paying and seated customers feeling and comfort in to consideration and after speaking to her yet again she was rather rude and once asked for her name (after she was rude to my dad) then looked at me with a rather rude look shouted her name and went on to talk to staff about irrelevant things not about work there were many people complaining and eating dinner with their coats on however when there were no drivers there for a solid 35 minutes Roxanne didn’t seem to care our customer care was not there what so ever she was rather disappointing. Pizza express should really give proper training and review their management as the gentleman who was serving us was polite and even agreed with us on this situation. I just want to confirm I hate leaving negative feedback as I understand a fast paced busy environment but customer service was awful from the manager and the lovely man would do a much better job in position

Food stone cold and missing items

Upset with the brushetta, very soggy. They need to start putting the tomatoes and pesto separate. Delivered perfectly though!

the pizza is not cut it's cold and box was nit shut properly and I got the large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni nothing on it

Have not been to PE for a number of months. The food and service were really good. To be honest, it used to be the place to go but the hike in prices now make it less of a regular eatery. Very surprised.

We had a kids party recently for my son and our server Ellis was just fantastic. he went above and beyond to meet our needs and kept the children very well entertained whilst also helping them create their pizzas. excellent service all around, thank you ellis!

Food never turned up. Restaurant says they re-cooked it twice and the driver never arrived, then it was cancelled. Shockingly on the app it says it was delivered and I was charged for it.

Came here for dinner to take advantage of a Tesco clubcard offer. This pizza express is very clean and the service is always great. The pizzas were delicious and you could tell they had been freshly made

We are regulars at Pizza Express and we normally visit the Bexleyheath branch. Our favourite staff member Myron used to work there but he has since moved to. We visited the Sidcup branch this evening and again was treated to excellent service from all involved. We ordered a pizza for my Son who has allergies and the order came correctly without any issues. We ordered from Cynthia who was also lovely and very polite. Once my pizza arrived it was a Romana American Hot and it was a little over cooked and dry. I asked Myron if I could have some extra sauce as it was a little dry but instead he said no don't worry I will have it made again for you. Which was very nice of him. The remade pizza was much better. Overall another high quality visit at this branch.

A huge shout out to cinzia !!! You literally made our evening so wonderful, our daughter is autistic and become visibly upset…. Cinzia went out if her way to make her happy, she let her watch her make and help with the brownies and baby cinos and made her soo happy, her words “shes made my day”!!! Thank you

My sister's 70th birthday celebration Sun 13 Oct of 17 people was a huge success thanks to the staff at Pizza Express Sidcup. The waiter particularly (a Greek guy whose name we didn't get) gave us outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so very attentive the whole time. Always smiling and friendly too! This place is lovely! I would definitely recommend bringing a child because of their lovely kids menu and the kids get a free chef hat! Had a dinner here last night, with family of 4. Venue was super busy, but well managed for a Friday night! Pizzas were fresh and super cheesy, and our waiter Fazil (i hope i remember his name right) was very attentive and super friendly! Great night over all! Will be back!

The best visit to a Pizza Express I've had in a long time. We felt really at ease and the service was top notch. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

We had a great time, delicious food and amazing service

Food was cooked and ready at 7:30pm. It was not delivered until 8:45pm. This included seafood which had obviously been sitting there for over an hour. I’m disgusted. All food was completely cold and inedible. I will be taking just eat through legal channels as this is health and safety concern not just customer service.

Brilliant service and good food. Great location too. The only thing I would add is that there was no water in the baby changing toilet. Apart from that it was a very good experience. Atmosphere is calm and pleasant.

Haven't been to Pizza Express for awhile and was shocked to see the price of everything. Took the children for a treat, but we had to hold back on the desserts and 2nd drinks as the mains priced us out. My fault, as probably should have looked before going.

My kids really enjoyed the pizza making birthday party. We loved every second of it and our hosts Roksana and Faazil were amazing.

You have to tell your drivers to use just eat app to find the address. Google and Waze are showing it wrong , that’s why I’ve put the point on the map in the just eat app. We are constantly chasing drivers around the area and orders are arriving cold.

Food was excellent and the delivery driver was friendly, followed instructions and was fast.

No sauce with the Arancini as advertised. Standard cheese on pizza rather than vegan. Lukewarm.

Pizza express, good pizzas, you know what your getting. Also download the app and you get free dough balls for your first meal and if you go regularly there is always a voucher. Price can be expensive very quickly if you add in lots of items, good value kids menu. Service was good and no complaints from the kids so what more do I need?
