The best restaurants in Blendon and Penhill Bexley London

Really good pie & mash! We only found this a couple of months ago, but we have now eaten here a few times already! Every Saturday our son is saying it’s pie & mash day!

Just an average chippy, but very expensive.

Honestly, this place is a fantastic costa. It is a nice place to relax with friends or get some work done with a nice drink. Ordering is simple and they are very quick with it. Usually it's not too busy and there are always places to sit. My personal favourite is the Mango bubble frappe!

This is now our only Indian we order from in the area. We searched for 8 years to find the best Indian near home, we've not ordered anywhere else for the last year. Moza spice always delivers fast, the food is always steaming hot and fresh. We've tried many dishes from here now and every single one was delicious. They genuinely can't be beaten! Dreadful place. Accepted my order on Uber Eats at around 11.20pm then cancelled my order 15 mins later, presumably because they wanted to close. How dare you accept an order, knowing you were about to close?! This cost me 15 minutes that I could have otherwise have put towards an order from a different restaurant. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

We have been here as a family and on a date night. The food is amazing so much to choose from and the staff are always friendly . Highly recommend coming here.

My dish was salty but this was not really acknowledged by the man who collected the dish. I tried to convince myself that it was the spice when it was the salt. My wife and her brother agreed. With no real acknowledgement it means we cannot come back ane will go elsewhere.

The best meal I’ve had in a pub this year! Great quality ingredients and generous portions. Everyone made me feel very welcome :)

We’re absolutely delighted that Moody is back serving the most delicious food in South East London. It’s the best! Prices are incredibly reasonable for the mouthwatering homemade dishes. We can’t recommend highly enough.

Best fish and chips in the area. Great experience! The food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking space available. Highly recommend!

Lovely Sunday lunch- you make a booking on the website and they email you a confirmation. Website needs a makeover. That said, the service and food were good. Food came reasonably quickly. We had asked for all the food to be brought together. Both starters : halloumi and chicken tenders were good. Husband had a tasty hotdog with a huge portion of truffle fries. Both roasts were substantial. The meats were adequate portions. Personally the beans were over cooked and carrots were over salted . Roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese were good. Mash not needed but who says no to potatoes. Nevertheless decent Sunday lunch with a welcome Yorkshire pudding.

We visited the Thai Lounge tonight and had a great night, food was excellent and the service was on par with the food! I had penang chicken with a satay chicken starter. My wife is Vegan and the choice For her was extensive, almost a whole page of options ! We will definitely be going back again . 5 stars from us .
