Favorite Chicken & Ribs Sidcup in Bexley

Just bought 6 x wings and chips meal and it was a box of crease and oil. Genuinely disappointed because normally I’d get the chicken burger and that was ok. But the portion I received today had been sitting there a while and caked in oil….. don’t recommend, fish and chip shop next door is nicer

I gpt six hot wings and two price of chicken. Really nice... better than KFC for sure.

The chips took an awfully long time to cook. Otherwise, very tasty.

Waited quite a long time for chips, although it was a Saturday night, so fair enough. It was fairly crowded in there, but the service was friendly.

The food is okay and there is a nice selection of drinks available with the meals. Sometimes the food is a little bit overcooked but I suppose that sometimes happens so can`t really complain there. However, one thing I am unhappy about is the attitude of the staff (particularly the male.) He is sometimes really rude and aggressive towards customers which does not exactly create a very nice atmosphere, particularly as you get a lot of sixth form students from the local secondary school coming along at lunchtime and it puts them off from coming.

Just stood at counter whilst ordering and watched guy behind counter open a bag of salad, drop it on the floor, scoop it up and put it back in the bag !! Nice

Nice pfc in Sidcup. Stopped by to grab a quick meal, meal prices are higher than usual and other pfcs but with the location it is it’s understandable for the prices. The wings were fresh and crispy decent sizes. Usually says 30p for a dip but the woman who served me gave us 2 pots of mayonnaise and 1 pot of chilli sauce for free which they should as I wanted to add sauce but due to the amount of people walking in it was quicker for her to give me pot sauces and I think it was good as I did buy 4 meals, loved the chilli sauce and their coke was a unique coke, an 18+ coke which tasted different and refreshing.

Man what happened to favorite chicken franchise? It used to literally be my favourite because of its unique spice mix. But now it doesn't taste the same as before. They completely changed the flavour and it's worse than normal chicken shops. I'm very disappointed. Also they used to serve fat juicy chicken burgers but now it's flat and also almost double the price. I'm very disappointed and I'm just hoping not all favourite chicken changed their recipe because if they did then what a shame

So rude customer service. I asked for put in saparate bags but three different items. But the guy refused to served with saparate bags . Also food test is poor quality.

I go for the chicken pieces, which i enjoy because they are always moist, never dry. The service is always really good.

Update.......unfortunately had a terrible meal here yesterday, normally so nice here! Chicken fillet in the burger was a flat dry mess, like you'd get out of Iceland, half the normal size and wings also dry. Dryness may be due to the huge amount of Chicken that was cooked keeping warm . Ok there was a opening night of a new chicken shop in blackfen Rd that was doing a half price opening offer but then why cook so much chicken so it goes dry. Think next time I'll try the new gaff instead of trying to be a loyal customer!! Old review,...... Best chicken and wings around! Cash only.

Food has gone right off the boil.....chicken breast ptns look like they now cut them down the middle to make 2 out of 1 breast....not gonna use this branch anymore

I do love this place for their chicken, their chips are always nice too. However, the chicken burger I had yesterday was TINY. I meal small, like McDonald's hamburger size but slightly thicker (due to the chicken). They used to be a much bigger size. What happened!?

1hr30 minutes waiting for delivery via Uber Eats. Didn't receive any help from Uber Eats so I called the restaurant directly for a update. No answer after calling multiple times. A driver was finally assigned and then I receive a notification that the order had been cancelled. I'm confused as to why orders are accepted when they cannot be fulfilled? At least KFC didn't let me down.

Favourite Chicken is the main chicken place I go to. As I love their BBQ ribs. Allways get good service and a smile. Parking here can bit bit limited depending on the time ypu get there.

Staff are nice and friendly, food is always nice and hot, I always ask for a slice of cheese in my wrap and it's never any problem for them even though its not on the menu. This is the place to come if you like your chicken.
