The best restaurants in Edgware Barnet London

I have eaten here many, many times. It's the best fish abd cops I have tasted anywhere in the UK ir overseas. It's not a fish and chip "shop" but a restaurant, so if the price seems high, that's the reason. All cooked fresh when you order and they can cook it in matzo meal, which is much lighter than batter. Huge portions, so don't hesitate to order the smaller size fish! Well worth every penny.

My chicken doner wrap was cold. Everything incl wrap, chicken and chips was stone cold and salad was old . It actually made me feel sick . Will not go there again. Last time meat was raw inside as well.

We had no chance to try the food because we were waiting to be seated in an empty restaurant, but we didn't even get a hello from the waitress. Waited 4 minutes and left. They had only a family of 4 at one table. No one else. I guess one table makes the waitress so busy that we can't even get a hello while we are waiting. Even tho she looked at us a couple of times, walked past us, and still acted like we were not even there, not even a smile or a nod. Guess they are not happy to get more customers into an empty restaurant. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We went to this restaurant for Iftar. The food was amazing. The lamb we had was so tasty and succulent. I will defintityl go again.

Had a fantastic experience at Izgara Restaurant in Edgware! I ordered the lamb ribs and they were absolutely perfect tender, juicy, and full of flavour. You could really taste the quality and care in the preparation. My friend had the salmon and was just as impressed cooked beautifully with a lovely balance of seasoning. The service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance of the restaurant made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d return to and highly recommend if you’re looking for well-cooked, delicious grilled dishes.

Wow, wow, wow, what more can I say. Their dine in experience was absolutely lovely and their food… even better. The flavours were nice and their service and hospitality was great too. The prices were affordable and the place looked aesthetically pleasing aswell. I have absolutely no qualms about this place, it’s my favourite place to eat in London.

Reasonably priced fast food outlet. Tasty chips. Need to clean the tables & seats soon after use by eating customers as well as clearing the rubbish 🗑 bin & spraying the surrounding areas with disinfectant regularly. 24.5.22 The staff who apparently can't read (really ?) allow dirty & drunk "customers" who annoy other diners with their filthy habits to sit around at the table making a mess with their food instead of asking them to leave & that is with disease & infection which is spreading! Some customers are even served with food when they don't have the money to pay for it & then leave without paying! Worse still, the same dirty cloth is used to wipe the tables if at all with no use of any disinfectant spray & with different people walking in & out from the street outside! Ridiculous. 12.9.22 At least cleaning the tables quickly especially if the staff are going to use them themselves! 14.12.22 Tasty spicy chicken 🐔 & chips 🍟. However very cold 🥶, draughty & uncomfortable place to sit & eat in. 12.6.23 Tasty lamb burger , chips & BBQ chicken. But better to stick to the chicken! 22.7.24 , 1.9.24 Tasty spicy chicken, chips , salad & Pepsi served in an environment where unfortunately flies are coming in via the filthy & exposed rubbish bins left out on the pavement! 27.9.24 Tasty chicken 🐔, however the tables need to be cleaned up & the heating put on as it is a cold draughty place where it is very uncomfortable to sit & eat your food as the door does not shut & let's in cold air! 2.11.24 Tasty but over-fried chicken 🐔 served by friendly staff who need ensure that the tables are promptly cleaned after use. 14.2.25 Tasty Spicy Chicken & chips served in a Cold 🥶 & Drafty eating area where tables don'tget cleaned up after use! 12.3.25 Tasty Spicy Chicken & chips now served where the broken door 🚪 which was letting in cold air has been repaired & the tables & floor are cleaned for the diners to feel comfortable in. 4.4.25 Tasty but hard Gourmet Burger & chips 🍟 served by friendly staff who need to clean up the tables after use!

Can grab an affordable, tasty bite and drink on the go in Edgware bus station, which I have a many time when busy and have no time to stop! Seating in bus station is plenty and all foods halal makes it a no brainer and easy. Give this local stall some love~

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great food at great prices! The food here is always nice, fresh, and delicious. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. Definitely one of the best spots on Edgware High Street for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommended!
