Adana Charcoal Grill Edgware in Barnet

My chicken doner wrap was cold. Everything incl wrap, chicken and chips was stone cold and salad was old . It actually made me feel sick . Will not go there again. Last time meat was raw inside as well.

Great place and Amazing Food, we tried Lamb Sheesh with yogurt (think that’s what it was called 😀) and Chicken Beyti with bulgar rice, everything was delicious. Staff was great too. Would definitely recommend.

The food in this shop is very very bad, I do not recommend it at all, do not waste your money, the taste of the food is very bad and it is very expensive, I do not recommend you to go there.

OMG food was fab, group of 4, had iskender, mixed kebab, mixed shish and lamb kofta. Best I have had, and brilliant service. Lovely clean restaurant, great service and perfect food. Will deffo be back.

I have went to buy lahmacun somedays and i got to say the restaurant is spotless clean. Also the guy that works there is very friendly and polite. Most importantly im happy with my food! This place should be packed with people!

Nach einer langer Tour hier gelandet - ein sehr schöner Laden. Hähnchen Döner war so gut gewürzt! Fruchtig mit etwas Schärfe - tolle Kombi. Das ganze Gericht mit Salat/Humus und Dips waren klasse. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

A superb place to eat, we parked at Edgware for our trip to London. On our way back we needed lunch and this was place was really good. Fantastic service, tasty kebabs, great salads, clean restaurant and toilets. One person was managing the place at the time, but he was doing a superb job with patrons. Friendly, attentive and respectful to our family and was great with our children. Recommended - please support this business.

Ordered via Uber Eats, Mixed Donner with Chips. This is the worst ever food I received and I will never recommend this place to anyone. See attached picture. This has caused me food poisoning.

I had the shish chicken and lamb, both were most excellent. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Awful, overcooked, flavourless food. The lamb was chewy and kebab was cold and overly smokey. The side salad was slimy, so its likely that it was stored in the fridge for a few days before serving. See pictures attached. We raised these issues with the manager but he did not care. We left the restaurant extremely disappointed and hungry despite paying for the meal in full. This restaurant is no where near the standards of the Walm Lane branch so avoid! If I could give this restaurant 0, I would.

One of the cleanest and tastiest restaurants I've been to lately. The staff is super attentive and friendly and accommodating. They make an effort to make sure their customers are happy and have a great experience. Felt like a super VIP here although we just walked in. Highly recommended.

Clean and tiptop with fantastic services. One of the best halal restaurant around this place. My pleasure was with their starter salad and lastly a cup of tea which is very rare with the other restaurants.

Loved the food. Chicken burger was very tasty soft and juicy. I definitely recommend. It's a lively place to bring friends and family. Decoration was also top notch, with a Christmas vibe and a calm environment. Internet was also brilliantly fast.

This place is INCREDIBLE!! Fantastic prices & the amount of food you get is amazing. The Lamb Donner plate was delicious and only £10 to eat I ?!? To top this all off the hospitality when I sat in the restaurant was such a treat. I traveled 30 mins to get here and it was worth every second!! Make sure to visit

Amazing food service quality and taste of food, staff and chief go out their way to accommodate tastes and preferences for cooking. All good is fresh and tastes great. Good ambience in restaurant and just as good service for take away. If I'm local there is no hesitation to grab something, sometimes I will even just drive to the area to get the food. Great job and keep up the good work. Highly recommended to anyone - chicken wings are the best.

The food made me feel sick afterwards, the service was not up to standard for Lezziz, waitress was talking to a friend instead of paying attention and took pictures of my food before serving, they had run out of olive oil for hummus and tea ! in a Turkish restaurant. Safe to say I will not being going back.

Not an experience I wish to repeat! I had tarama to start .....it was tasteless which makes me think it was mixed with something then having asked for vine leaves and told they were out of stock, then asked if they had any fish dishes which they did not, I asked for a vegetarian meal...also not available, nor another vegetarian meal. Eventually I settled on falafel which came on hummus with under cooked chips and falafel so dry it was inedible. The excuse was that they are changing the menu.

Great food, and well priced for the area. Portions are huge, so make sure you go with a big appetite. The waitress was friendly, and she ensured we were looked after. Only gripe is menu said complimentary Turkish tea (for first one), but they didn’t have any upon request.

Amazing food, that is more authentic than other Turkish places in the area. Portion sizes are large and treat the customer very well. The inside decor was also Lovely. Overall great experience definitely coming back again!!

Ordered from Lezziz edgware today (24th April 2022). Not very happy with the quality of food. The meat was under cooked, the cold aubergine meze was off and the salad looked like it was a week old. Normally i order from lezziz on walm lane and have never had an issue with the food. The quality was not good. I will definitely not be coming back here again.

Oily fried potatoes, very bland meet, no salt, no flavours. It felt like old food, reheated. I have never eaten something that bad. It’s a shame for Turkish cuisine and for Paying customers. Update: Mr. Owner, the food was really bad and if you are in the food industry, you should know by now how important the reviews are. If a customer goes online and says they didn’t eat well at your restaurant, maybe you should think before you write a response like the one you did.

I received an ice-cold kebab, they made fun of me and I don't understand why. It's good to avoid ordering from this restaurant! UPDATE: And if you say that because of the driver it happened, this is a lie, the driver came earlier, the food was never cooked and heated properly. This is not the first time this has happened.You just don't care about your customers!

I like all the food they are making in this restaurant I love the natural design everything is made special and I saw a restaurant like that before the members of the staff are friendly, professional and they give an amazing taste to the food. Extremely expensive, I was charged £16.40 un cooked burgers that kids didn't even eat them, i wondered why the shop is quite.

Nice quality kebab, got mixed donner was excellent and so was the adana kofta. It was a takeaway so can't comment on service and eating in, will definitely go there again.

More expensive than your regular Turkish cuisine, but excellent choice of complementary sides such as a massive bowl of fresh salad, plenty of bread and sauces. The main meal, in my case an Adana kebab, was quite small for the price. Great service too.

A fantastic restaurant and food

Just ordered 2 chicken Shish wraps and they were so tasty. Perfect late evening dinner came quick and on New Year’s Day. Restaurant also acknowledged notes, won’t be the first and last time me and my partner order. Thank you guys! :)

Went to Lezziz for dinner in a large group. The grilled lamb chops, lamb and chicken were very tasty. Service was excellent and the food was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant for any lover of grilled meat!

Food was unfortunately super bland. Usually eat from izgara but was closed. This just had a really bad smell when opened and was that bland (not to be rude) that I thought I’d lost my taste and had covid! My partner confirmed hers was also bland and she had to order another order from another Turkish as was hungry and couldn’t eat this. It’s a shame as used to be a regular at Finchley branch years ago… sorry guys. To add they also forgot my salad..

The best Turkish food I ever had, staff are welcoming and very friendly, always puts your needs first and recommends you the best of you don’t know the menu. The food is delicious and they are very prompt. Soon as I walk-in in a young lady name Catalina welcomed me and sat me at the table and brought me the menu. 2 min later I already had the free starters on my tables which as bread, salad and sauce. She took my order and in less than 10 min I was enjoying their delicious food. I recommend Lezziz charcoal grill with all my heart.

Absolutely shocking got a grilled chicken burger the chicken in the burger was tiny and didn't taste right the chips were very undercooked I mean it's not rocket science to make sure the chips are cooked properly Never Again avoid!!!!!!!!!!

The service was excellent but the food was very bad. Very dry and burnt. It was like left over from yesterday. Smelled bad.. I will not go anymore and please don't wast your money and time. I don't recommend..

This is my new fav place in Edgware. Clean restaurant with genuine staff, honest prices (very big portions and cheaper than the average restaurant in London for the same cuisine) and tasty Middle Eastern food. I regret not coming here before, but I will definitely make up for this from now on! I ordered a lot of food, and the waiter advised me on what I could avoid ordering because it would come as a side with another meal. I found this very respectful. As you can see from the picture and video, their portions are filling and there is the option to take away any leftovers. I really enjoyed the kindness of the staff, hummus, mixed kebab, the different sauces, the homemade bread, baklawa... Everything just perfect! Don't miss out! :)

I had to write this review normally I have never written a review, but I have been so impressed with this place,their food and service. Went to London with my family for the weekend and was looking for a nice place to eat, a brother from a local shop suggested we eat here and it was an experience the service was excellent the food was fantastic and they keep on top of their hygiene definately recommend you gonna love it.☺️
