I popped in here when I was lucky enough to get a space for parking....which is rare. I loved it. Staff were fresh and smiley. Atmosphere was comfortable. You can relax here.

Brilliant, friendly, and well-organised. I love Costa Coffee. It's one of the best places in the world that I always look forward to going to. Their cappuccino, along with their hot chocolate with cream and marshmellows, are so lovely. It's a fantastic place to be, and I highly recommend it. It's such a blessing to have a Costa Coffee branch in the community. Why not pop in today with some friends and relatives for a wonderful treat? Don't miss out!

Miserable staff, impatient and annoyed service.

Have become a regular customer recently. Environment is always clean and staff are very friendly; helpful, kind and are always smiling! They are especially helpful to the elderly and the more vulnerable. My orders have always also been made to perfection!

This has been my go to costa since the start of the pandemic. Friendly staff and good service. Ignore the bad reviews as they are written by bad customers.

They want to give paper cups to people because they cannot be bothered with cleaning them, they cannot make coffee, do not listen to your orders properly and then very obviously get annoyed at you when you ask them to correct your order. It is not even a busy branch, but this costa has a history of hiring people who have zero work ethic

The coffee frappe had no flavour - really disappointing and the toastie not the one I ordered.

I love this Costa so much! The lady who was making my drink is so friendly and funny! We also had a nice little conversation too whilst she was making my drink and drink was fab! Definitely come back!

I picked up coffee and a sandwich but the m&s sandwich was a bit soggy.

Ordered Hot chocolate with a cream but received hot chocolate with no cream as they couldn’t make the cream pot work. No refund for that either. I don’t like the way they work and handle things in this branch. They could simply offer me something else/refund or just apologise.

Bald Chap was lovely. I've seen a review about him being rude to children - which isn't true. He asked some kids to not open crisps before paying. Lovely customer service, an even better latte considering both the men were rushed off feet. Recommend!

Fantastic service especially at till.

Been waiting for my coffee over 10min because the member of the stuff tall ginger guy decided to go for a break. Left his coleque on her own despite the system was down. She was great but a lot of customers gone as the situation was very taugh.

Awful place. I would give 0 stars if i could. The guy behind the counter who was making the coffees has 0 manners and is terrible with kids. I really couldn't believe the service. I left without buying anything.

⛔️⛔️AVOID AVOID AVOID⛔️⛔️ Extremely bad customer service.. The barista “ginger, big guy” was so nasty to me, my friend and mainly to our children (4-7 year olds).. Don’t waste your money there… People like him shouldn’t be allowed to work in any sort of customer service environment.. I’m glad that we left before spending any money in there.

Nice staff but very dirty tables outside, always covered with rubbish,you have to clean people's mess , clean the table and than have a sit.

Coffee is always good.but food prices is way too high. Buy a sandwich in tesco and take it in, that way you enjoy your coffee and have a lot cheaper sandwich

Always visit this Costa as its close to my home. I visit in the morning with a nice hello Terry from the staff and a few minutes later my coffee is ready. A lady called Anita makes the best drink in the world. 5*

Super rude and obnoxious staff. One lady in particular pretended not to hear me when I asked her if the food was fresh and she had such a bad attitude on her. Not going again

I have received the wrong order. I received 2 latte's. I asked for a hot chocolate. I do not drink coffee, so these are a complete waste.

The coffee and sandwich I ordered were made and ready and waiting but there was no driver to collect it. The driver then found his way to Costa coffee and picked up my order. It was delivered late which meant my sandwich was cold. The coffee was also spilling out of the bag all over me. Please note this is not the fault of Costa coffee as they had prepared the order on time and they called me to inform me there was no driver.

Don’t use this app! Doesn’t give you the option to choose no syrup and they put syrup in your coffee. Has no option to put notes either! Uber is way better!

Late delivery and both coffees had sugar when I did not order sugar.

Used to have good service, but……since they’ve been accepting Uber orders / just eat etc… the service has rapidly declined. A few weeks ago I was waiting to be served at the till and was ignored for over 5 minutes because the two staff were too busy trying to deal with the influx of online orders. For some reason the online orders take preference over an actual human standing in front of them?! It would have been nice if one them at least acknowledged me. I thought this was a one - off, but the second time I went in, there was only one member of staff - I was second in line and waited 15 minutes because the poor guy had to serve and then make the drinks on his own. Haven’t been back since. To be fair to the staff, it’s really not their fault and they are always very friendly. You can see that these online orders have really impacted their ability to provide good service to face to face customers - there should be at least three of them, one just dealing with the online orders to take the pressure off the others.

Pigs n blanket panini was ok - would have preferred the sausage toastie however they don't have that to order online. The hot chocolate didn't taste like extra sugar had been added.

Didn’t get what I ordered, if food isn’t available then it shouldn’t be listed available to order.

Husband only ordered two drinks from this location on deliveroo, one of which was a coffee for myself as i have been ill. on delivery, only his drink was in the bag and my coffee was missing. He can get his money back but to reorder my coffee would cost him #4.50. Unacceptable. Not the first btime this location has messed up our order,

Only given a bad review as you did not follow instructions and putting caffeinated coffee into a 7 Yr old drink and I said no coffee. I doubled checked I had not made a mistake.... you should check instructions before you make someone unwell

The drinks were in a plastic bag and were not correctly slotted into the holder so the drinks spilt and all over the toasties. The delivery should only be in a drink holder and secured in a small brown paper bag.

There's a couple of different Costa around the Barnet area and this one always makes the best coffee. Highly recommended over the rest of them.

Shocking service, coffee turned up cold, 1 toastie was missing and the one that did turn up was also stone cold wouldn't feed it too my dog

I am very unhappy they sent me the wrong toastie which ended up going in the bin because I don't eat ham.

Had a decaf latte and a chocolate panettone. And for some reason the panettone was free of charge. With all their current promotions you kind of loose sight on whats going on... anyways. Who doesn't love a free bee.

I visited this Costa at midday and it was filthy: food on the floor, glitter on seats, non-wiped tables, grime everywhere. Staff were generally indifferent, food and drinks are as you’d expect.

Formerly a post office, this place works well as a coffee shop, but they really need to sort the windows out -- they fog up and don't retain heat well.

One of the best Costa's I have been to in ages and only discovered because i was too early for a meeting in East Barnet Village. Loved the Salted Caramel Latte :-)

This small Costa used to be such a friendly place to visit. Now the the staff are rude and act like they are doing you a favour by serving you! Also they had dirty tissues on the counter right by the cakes which is a health and safety risk! Shame that it has gone downhill and will avoid in future.
