Food was very tasty and hot. I also ordered a milkshake which was a 10/10!

Don't usually post reviews but thought I'd post one about the staff, really helpful and kind, I've been coming to this shop for months and the staff are honestly amazing, can't big them up enough, food is also 10/10 which is why I keep coming!

Staff is very quiet, not responding very rude behaviour, ignoring drivers

I waited over 4 hours for my food. I am absolutely exhausted and too tired to eat my food. I am fuming. I want a full 100% refund as soon as possible.

Really Nice Burgers & Lovely People

The worst sandwich I've ever had, and of course I couldn't eat it, was this sandwich. The burger meat smelled and tasted so bad that I would never recommend anyone try it.

Never arrived. I didn't receive anything

Amazing, tissues were inside the bag, extra sauces, tasted delicious and packed very nicely

Missing items, did not want to send another driver for the missing items. Ignorant all the way. I will never order here again.

Delivery was late, missing items from the delivery and refused to deliver the missing items. Staff speak in their own language as they are not competent in resolving customer issues so they kept passing the phone around.

Delivered a soggy burger which tasted horrible

No plant based burgers since 3 months now. Disappointed.

Food was extremely cold when arrived. Children’s chips most were burnt / over done and cold

Often order from here the food is always great, since few days the food is too bad, sometimes wings overcooked sometimes beef overcooked and sometimes milkshakes thin like water. Not sure what happened to that shop.

driver said he waited 30 minutes to collect delivery

I took 6 fried wings now I am addictive it was very nice very delicious and the customer service was very good on time. I recommend to everyone to visit if you want to enjoy your food

Food arrived very cold this time and we can’t figure why chef decided to put huge thick piece of onion in one of the burgers. It’s like 1/4th of it or so. Did they think it’s funny because we ordered extra onion;can’t see how could this be accidental

Burger far to expensive for what it is

I had the hot dog which was good. I had the cheesy chips and they were expected - cheesy! I will order again.

Delivery was on time but wasn’t cooked properly was cold when it came cheese wasn’t melted propaly like it supposed to be nore the buns weren’t even toasted or warm or onions weren’t hot sausages were cold not even hot !!!

The burger was horrible. Looked nothing like the photos. Over filled with sauce. It was too soggy

Ahmed was very polite. Very easy to communicate with. And the food was delicious - especially that chilli and garlic sauce.

Best staff I’ve come across, haven’t found a single thing to criticise them for. Food is always spot on, hygiene is perfect and they always follow any notes I add, to the letter.

Options aren’t correct in the food missing both chips not with my burgers and there’s no option for that

Idiots packed my mild sake upside down in the bag and the hamburger was tasteless , rip off price

usually I order in Borehamwood where it s very good but this in Edgware never again but in the bin!!

order never turned up phoned shop to tell them and I thought they were rude an unhelpful ..

I ordered the bogof hot dogs, one with pickles & the other with onions. The one with pickles had 2 tiny slices of gherkin! However the sweet potato fries where great & a large portion too

Order got delivered to wrong address

Burgers always 10/10. Bbq wings are okay 8/10 but overall always great service. Lovely team and tasty food! Thanks

Ordered a build your own burger and didn’t get half the stuff i added on to it. The popcorn chicken bits were burnt to high heaven as well. The delivery driver went to the wrong address despite me putting directions in the notes for him. Will try once more as the burger tasted good. Just wasn’t what i ordered.

My food was never delivered. He went to another address and when he called me and told me that he is to another address and refused to the right address. He was very rude on the phone.

Excellent food, burger and wings were great and delivery was on time.

Absolutely love this place. Everything in here is fantastic! The wings have a lot of flavour and are covered in so much sauce. The burgers are very juicy and so much taste to them. The hot dogs are very filling and come with so many extras. Definitely recommend this place, and also recommend trying the sauces!

My kids enjoy food from this place! The chips usually arrive nice and hot - unlike other palaces (soggy and cold) I order from here every now and then and the food always arrives on time! I would recommend this place!

I ate here on a Sunday night around Midnight. Most takeaways would give you left over, reheated food at this time. But cheat meals served me piping hot fresh food. Hit the spot and filled me up nicely.

Far to expensive for what it was

Top tier food, chicken in the burger is still crispy, very clean and fresh. Beef burger was nice too, but I think the chicken burger is better.

I have ordered regularly from this Cheatmeals branch, particularly the chicken burger meal. The chicken burger has always been fresh, juicy and crispy. They are generous with their fries portion and whilst last year the fries were often dry and tasteless, more recently they have been very good quality albeit not seasoned enough (I'm not sure there's any salt?). Also very well priced.

Wow wow wow Never ever been to cheat meals before all I can say is a fantastic experience, the food was ridiculously good but beyond that the 2 members of staff were the nicest people I have ever met. These two guys were extremely kind welcoming and made our day. I want to share my thoughts and say thank you to you both, if there were more people like you in this world it would certainly be a better place. Tha k you again we will be back.💗

The beef was pink, wasn't cooked long enough at all, and wasn't seasoned either. Will not coming back here.

I just found the place and give it a try, is close to the station. Definitely a great burger and excellent service. I’d recommend, much better than Mc Donald’s. And it’s cheap 10£ burguer and fries

I can't say anything more than what they named themselves. Cheaters! Paid £10 for a double burger, and £2.50 for fries. Burger was tasty, but very small for the price. Fries not worth it a penny. If you are hungry don't go there.

The burger arrived totally squashed. So not good,, the bun was broken up due to it being squashed, so ruined the burger, terrible considering the high price of the burger

Preparing time was too long. Delivery time was quick

We had chicken burger meals, beef burgers and wings. Fries were overcooked, no seasoning, burgers were not seasoned at all, tasted bland. Wings were reheated, burned and too saucy to mask the poor cooking. Asked for replacement and was given it, second time was a a slight improvement. Not as good as chicken cottage bbq wings, miss those. These new establishments are poor quality.

Complete rip off bought classic burger single same size as Macdonals regular cheeseburger and 6 wings tiny portion 4.99 for wings and 7.49 For burger 🤦🤦🤦

The chicken strips were burnt! The Mexican spicy beef burger was a plain beef burger. First time I ordered from this branch and will not be ordering again! Extremely disappointed.

Burger arrived freezing cold. The restaurant only a couple of minutes away.

The chicken was not soft , it was a fairly small piece of chicken which was a little burnt.

When I unwrapped the burger it was totally flat and broken as though someone had stepped on it and flattened it out, really terrible.

We usually go to the one in Harrow and loved this one too. Food very good and quick and most of all very kind people working there. Thank you

They ask if you want a meal deal, then charge you for the side and you get a free drink? So there is no meal deal its just a dilly little scam. Food was cold , sweet potato fries uncooked. -2/10

tried for the first time. the chips were disappointing but the wings were really nice (good taste and size)!!! soft drinks in the meal deals are all in the BDS list except for vimto (for those who follow BDS list for boycott)

I ordered a cheesy chips it's worst no cheese in chips taste very bad .

To be honest, best burger i have ever had. I really recommend spicy mexican chicken burger and Lotus Biscoff milkshake.

Love the korean sauce on the wings. Just wish we could order it twice on the larger quantity.
