Reasonably priced fast food outlet. Tasty chips. Need to clean the tables & seats soon after use by eating customers as well as clearing the rubbish 🗑 bin & spraying the surrounding areas with disinfectant regularly. 24.5.22 The staff who apparently can't read (really ?) allow dirty & drunk "customers" who annoy other diners with their filthy habits to sit around at the table making a mess with their food instead of asking them to leave & that is with disease & infection which is spreading! Some customers are even served with food when they don't have the money to pay for it & then leave without paying! Worse still, the same dirty cloth is used to wipe the tables if at all with no use of any disinfectant spray & with different people walking in & out from the street outside! Ridiculous. 12.9.22 At least cleaning the tables quickly especially if the staff are going to use them themselves! 14.12.22 Tasty spicy chicken 🐔 & chips 🍟. However very cold 🥶, draughty & uncomfortable place to sit & eat in. 12.6.23 Tasty lamb burger , chips & BBQ chicken. But better to stick to the chicken! 22.7.24 , 1.9.24 Tasty spicy chicken, chips , salad & Pepsi served in an environment where unfortunately flies are coming in via the filthy & exposed rubbish bins left out on the pavement! 27.9.24 Tasty chicken 🐔, however the tables need to be cleaned up & the heating put on as it is a cold draughty place where it is very uncomfortable to sit & eat your food as the door does not shut & let's in cold air! 2.11.24 Tasty but over-fried chicken 🐔 served by friendly staff who need ensure that the tables are promptly cleaned after use. 14.2.25 Tasty Spicy Chicken & chips served in a Cold 🥶 & Drafty eating area where tables don'tget cleaned up after use! 12.3.25 Tasty Spicy Chicken & chips now served where the broken door 🚪 which was letting in cold air has been repaired & the tables & floor are cleaned for the diners to feel comfortable in. 4.4.25 Tasty but hard Gourmet Burger & chips 🍟 served by friendly staff who need to clean up the tables after use!

Delivery came very early but food arrived cold. The food is good quality generally

There was too much dressing when preparing the chicken fillet burger EVENTHOUGH I put instructions on the notes section. Maybe the staff need to be trained and learn how to READ instruction. Very unhappy with the money I spent. However thank you

Unhygienic, no gloves, no sanitation, quite dirty at times hand picking out chicken from the frozen chicken bag to put into the fryer. Though, the chicken tasted great. Ended up getting food poisoning and diarrhoea. But I guess if you’re in it for the short run, you’ll enjoy it.

Normally this place is very very good but tonight the burger was a bit hard and wings were very skinny

Chips were stolen, restaurant says they never got an order, delivery driver drove up then drove away and stopped and i had to go find him.

Food is great here. A local here and selekt chicken alway the first go to. Saw a member of staff pick on his facial hair and flick it away. He processed to prepare a burger without sanitising his hand. Had to leave 😪. Never went back again.

This restaurant offered a convenient option for quick lunches, but recent inconsistencies in service have been concerning. A new staff member responsible for taking orders appears to be encountering issues with accurately communicating them to the kitchen. During my latest visit, this resulted in a forgotten order and an incorrect dish being prepared, wasting valuable time from my limited lunch break. While the food quality is acceptable, these service errors and the staff member's lack of apology have significantly deterred me from returning as often as before. Hopefully, addressing these issues through additional training or support can ensure a more reliable experience for future customers

Very different from my 1st order. Under cooked fries, which is so annoying. I genuinely can't eat them.

Wrong order was delivered, and very late… so I called the shop who I have been ordering from for years and requested them to send my correct and large order which I had paid just under £40 for… but the person the phone refused. Said it was not the shops fault.l and kept blaming the courier, he also kept talking over me. In the end I has to hang up…Very disappointed considering I had been their client for 10 years!!

The cashiers fingers were dirty and his fingernails were so long they curled, really put me off from my food. Hygiene is very important!! I was once a regular customer but now I will not be returning.

We visited this place before leaving for our journey home after a couple of days visiting London and staying in the local premier inn. The food was great, the place was clean, the staff were friendly and it was very good value for money. We hope to visit again someday and will definitely come back here to eat.

I’m ordering almost every week and they never deliver full order always left something out my kids are been many times disappointed when they don’t receive what they want i don’t think i will order again I had enough! I ordered 5 pieces of chicken, especially no breast, and they sent 3 pieces of breast! I asked for mayo and they put just 1 sachet of mayo. Also 15 min earlier. DISASTER

Received the wrong order. To makes things worse the burgers were not fresh and the wings were very, very dry definitely been sitting in the hot plate all day. To think of it, I think my (wrong)order came fast because they probably had it sitting there for the next person. Do not order.

Very nice food and arrived hot and on time.

The staff in there is only sometimes useless. Literally not understanding English. Been waiting 10 minutes, to hear that will take another 30 minutes despite of the fact that the food I could see was available. Not stepping in there again even if I used to order a lot online will not do no more.

I Won’t recommend the grilled chicken, it wasn’t cooked properly but the wings and the rest of the food was great

I’ve been there on 15/02/2023 but I received a bad service. I asked for 2 half chicken meal I paid for and after 20 minutes I found out that they don’t have anymore grilled chicken, they offer me chicken grill strips but was very burned and bitter.

The wings were good as always. The chicken poppers have completely changed and tasted like rubber- I think they’re just using a packet from the supermarket! Grilled burger could’ve had more taste in it.

Always getting sick lately for days after eating here. Used to be really good.

Never happened this before with any orders on just eat. People were so rude on the phone. It was just one item which was missing. But the guys From the restaurant should handle it very politely. Its not the world just 6.99. 0 Stars not for the food but for the missing item and how they handled it. Never going to order from them again 🤣🤣

This is place is so horrible and unpleasant that my grill chicken was uncooked properly and the worker was refusing to give me cooked chicken and being rude , My newfew vomited his chicken burger out and my sons chicken wrap was dry and pink colour no salad or sauce tasted like salt no flavours Sauce wasn’t provided with meals and didn’t gave drinks with meals even tho they charged us money I would not recommend anyone to go there from my experience with this restaurant.

My guy just deep fried bones and served them with some bad frozen chips, will change to 1 star if I get food poisoning

Delivery good. Food ok. Serice not good. Ordered 2 spicy burgers, they gave mild. Which is fine, when i called to ask about it they said, mild is what we gave, its too late they cannot fix it. I asked to replace, guy said no. Absolute furious about the service. I did not eat the burger as its a diffeeent burger. Ended up cooking.

I have order a lemon & herb and received extra hot. After a phone conversation with the shop I have being told to ring uber for a refund and hung up. What a bunch of jokers

I ordered a spicy Mountain burger meal. The chips were at best average, while the burger was overcooked and the chicken was dry. Not recommended at all.

Been going here since 2010, back when it was called Chicken Cottage (RIP BBQ Ribs). Brand's change but the food is still pretty solid after all these years. Seating isn't very plentiful so I mainly buy to go. Prices are fairly good for the portion sizes and it tastes good. Staff have been quite friendly every time I go so I'm happy to give 5 stars.

Got 2 chicken burger meals to take away, chicken burger was one of the best I had in my life and the chips were good however after a few minutes the bag was leaking due to the heat and packaging which made the burger also moist. Overal tasty, but would like to have included salt and pepper or mayonnaise kechup in the bag
