The best stew that I tasted outside of Iran. Also Baghali polo is the best of the best. Price is quite reasonable.

One of the best kebabs I’ve had in all of London! This place is a hidden gem for Iranian cuisine, offering amazing quality and generous portions at great prices. The only downside? They only do takeaway—no dine-in option. But honestly, it’s worth the 20-minute drive there and back just to get my hands on their food! The hardest part is resisting the incredible aroma on the way home. If you’re looking for top-tier Persian kebabs, this spot is a must-try

AKA “Shayan Grill”. One of, if not the best, customer service I have received from a place that mainly does takeaway. The food is top tier and authentic. But the people working there are on another level. 100% recommended.

Good was rubbish today. Rice has smell no test chicken smell was very bad. So disappointing as I used to order and like this place.

If you love Persian kababs this place is just amazing, they don't put much salt in the food so it's very healthy, nice friendly staff and the price is very reasonable too,

I think the chef has changed because the beans were awful, there was not enough white rice, and the quality of the stuffing was not as usual

Used this restaurant lots and food always been great. Tonight, food very good again but ordered two extra skewers of Chicken and was charged an extra £26. A chicken boneless with rice is £16 so does not make any sense overcharging people at £13 per skewer. Be care full when ordering from here. Nice food but watch the pricing.

Shayan restaurant serves some of the best foods and kebab I've ever had. The meat is perfectly grilled, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The sides specialty flavored yogurt and fresh salads, complement the kebabs beautifully. warm, welcoming and friendly service . Highly recommend for any Persian food lover!

Ordered for delivery last night. Had 7 meals, mix of joojeh boneless and chenjeh. Was delivered to me on time, piping hot (as I live quite far away) very well cooked and tender. Huge portions of rice lots of sauces and a great salad. Everything excellent and my guests were all super impressed too.

Tastiest koobideh i’ve ever had. 10/10 even my non-iranian friends love it.

The food is lovely and so was the staff, however recently a new young guy is dealing with the customer who is unprofessional and careless. I bought 4 portions of rice and Kobida, but he gave me only 2 sauces, whilst I emphasised to put plenty of sauces. Then I called him and asked why he had put only 2 sauces, instead of feeling sorry he was saying that he would give me 2 more sauces the next time I order food.

This is our go to place when it’s come to Kobideh!! They only offer takeaway and they also deliver. We live quite far so there is small charge for the delivery which so worth it as food is always hot. We order from this place often as our little daughter is a huge fan of Kobideh and this place never disappoints. We have tried many other Iranian restaurants but Shayan comes on top of the list.

Very good persian food. Nice charcoal grill however extremely overpriced for a takeaway.

We’ve only had takeaways from this restaurant, and the food has been very good. But the service is very poor as they sometimes get the order wrong, forget to send you what you ordered and then don’t take responsibility for it!!! We don’t have any other Iranian restaurant options nearby so we had to stick with them over the years, despite being disappointed with their service several times, but when desperate for Chelokabab we make the compromise! All their dishes that we have tried are very tasty with the exception of their salad dressing which is really terrible. I hope they keep the same chef team but change/improve the management and customer service!

Absolutely shocking. Food quality was very poor and when phone to complain the manager was very rude and failed to help in any way to resolve the situation. Spent best part of £90 and couldn't eat it. Avoid order from these guys.

Best Persian restaurant in North London. The Joojeh kabab is delicious, and as many other reviews highlight, their rice portions are so generous and can be enjoyed with butter and sumac. They never compromise on quality.

Top quality authentic Persian cuisine

As a doctor with the NHS, my job requires me to travel around London a lot and as the result, I get the chance to experience authentic Persian cuisines all around London. Of all the 38 Persian restaurants I’ve visited so far, Shayan (Izmir) is the one that I keep coming back to and it even gets the approval from my Persian family. Their food, although on the expensive side, always comes in great portion, quality, and taste. I’ve ordered over 50 times throughout the years for collection and delivery and it’s always the same top quality food and they’ve never compromised quality for profit. Their staff are extremely professional when dealing with customers, drivers are super friendly and cool. The manager in charge, Mr Morteza, is a great guy and down to earth, always looking out for his customers above everything else and his leadership qualities trickle down and it’s very evident. I don’t often write reviews but I write this one hoping it would bring them more business as they truly deserve it and I wish them great success.

Staff are rude. I’ve seen rats nearby and the kitchen just looks dirty.

Whenever we order from Izmir/Shayan, regardless if it is a big or small order, their food is tasty, always arrive hot and the customer service is always great. Even when I keep calling them back to add things to orders, they are very patient and friendly. Even the delivery driver is nice! The food is so good that even eating it the next day it still remains juicy and tasty. Lastly they called us after the food was delivery to check how it was and if we needed anything else. Can’t recommend enough!

We have been ordering Persian food from here for years now and the food has always been amazing. The kebabs are without fault; always fresh, not greasy at all and very juicy and tender. We ordered a large order for guests last night and not only was the food as good as always but they they called up today to check to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Really outstanding all round!

I was very pleased with the quality and taste of the food. I ordered Soltani grill which is barg and koobideh. Amazing!!! Loved the taste of koobideh especially very juicy. Just remember to bring cash if you order to pick up.

Did not send all the dishes via Deliveroo. Blamed the driver and said there is nothing they can do. What a shame! food was very nice but poor customer service.

Tried chicken shish with chips and naan, super average. Chicken was well cooked but barely any flavour, chips were good, naan bread was terrible.

My favourite Take away ever. Super tasty food and very big potions for really good price. Very fresh food and they are so clean too. They never accept tips at the counter. Very healthy grilled food. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Trust me and I'm a Chef.

Excellent Persian food, one of the best and healthiestp takeaways in Nortb London and definitely one of the top 5 in whole London ( trust me I tried almost all of them). With lots of Persian dishes, all charcoal cooked and the kebabs and rice are out of this universe. Definitely recommended. A+++
