Very friendly service, the sushi is great! a petfect place to visit, have comfort food and relax.

I came on a miserable day so ate inside as weather too cold for outside. The decor is plain and tired. There was a birthday party happening and guests included staff. The staff were not too attentive due to this. The food we had, a shakshuka and pitta sandwich were really good and fresh. I will go again as I think the party was a major role in my giving just 3 stars. I will see the next time and amend if service is better

Incredible quality of food comes out of that place. Family friendly indoor and al fresco. Cheaper to feed all family than any other restaurant. Incredible sushi freshly made on the spot. Even muffins baked fresh in the kitchen. All made to order. Full menu from breakfast to dinner a hidden gem in the outdoors. Well done!

Came here with wife & 3 young kids midweek in afternoon & were made to feel welcome as soon as we set foot in the place... Ordered shakshuka (best we've found in London so far, 11/10), falafel (9/10), halloumi sandwich (10/10), hummus (9.5/10), pizza & chips (8.75/10) which arrived fast & fresh & looked as good as it tasted (we probably ordered 1 dish too many but zero regrets, just a few bites leftover). Staff were patient & delightful & had my kids laughing in seconds despite 2 of the 3 entering mid-tantrum (the complimentary ice cream may have helped, but I reckon the staff should get some of the credit for calming them down & would do just fine if they ever chose to pursue careers in teaching/child care😀). Value for money (9.25/10) overall experience (10/10) Likelihood to return (100% - I actually returned a few days later on my own after a meeting in the area- had the English breakfast (9/10) which was too generous for me to finish, but delicious nevertheless). Self-service mostly, Kosher, vegetarian and fish dishes in gorgeous surroundings in Hendon Park. Very friendly. Would not recommend if you're looking for a quiet meal. Ice cream expensive. Very child friendly and pretty good food for casual meal.

Amazing food and warm service. They were so kind to me and my two small children in baby buggies (who absolutely loved the pizza and fish fingers)! Will definitely come here regularly after we go to the playground!!!!

We visited the Hendon Park Café on a Sunday lunchtime on the basis of other reviews pointing out that it delivers good food at a reasonable price. I have to say that the other reviews are entirely accurate and we rather enjoyed our meal in the sunshine. I went for the Full English Breakfast, as it's served all day, and this arrived as quite the platter: scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes, two sausages, mushrooms, chips and toasted bread. I managed to clear my plate but it was a close run thing. My wife went for a baked potato with cheese and beans which was similarly filling. No complaints on that front. The staff were also very helpful and it's clear that all of the meals are cooked on demand - which is probably why all of the inside tables were full despite the sunshine outside. Still we had no trouble finding a spot outdoors and were able to enjoy a relaxing lunch.

I used to go here a lot back when I was a teenager, back then it was always a great experience. I've recently gone with my wife and kids and it was still just as good as I remember. My wife and I had the felafel salad and tuna melt, which was really good, my children had the pizza which they absolutely loved. They also had really tasty ice cream. If you're in Hendon park or just the area and want something to eat or drink (coffee, tea or just soft drinks) this is one of the amazing places to visit. One of the best parts about this place is that it's a 1 or 2 minute walk to the play area, you have tennis courts and a nice pond area.

Location and food aside, Leah and her co chef definitely know how to take care of their customers. I was running late in the morning, And due to my urgent needs they served me first and that too with a certain discount (Because I Was short on time and on cash too sadly 🙃) People that really care and it shows! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to come in and try them out. P.S. their shakshuka is from out of this world. Other than it being very filling, It is cooked with heart and passion; visit them for yourself and you shall find out! Big luv from Bahrain! 🇧🇭

I have been eating at hendon park cate for many years and it is incredible. The sushi,the sandwiches, and the coffee is amazing . It is all served in a wonderful atmosphere and at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Is so nice to be able to sit in the park and enjoy your coffee. Good friendly service. Presentation could do some work and could do with a renovation, but all in all, I would go again.

As it says on the back door, "probably the best Shakshuka in the world" - they're not wrong! I've also got a soft spot for their ice cream milkshakes (blueberry ripple of course). They have such friendly staff who will do anything to accommodate you. Great for a quick coffee or a kids birthday party (ask about their platters). A local favourite.

Despite hot chocolate being slightly weak and watery, staff seem very attentive to customers' needs.

The worst experience, if i could give a zero star i would! No one approached us to give out menu or asked what we want. We waited over 20 mins so someone could come but no luck. We kept calling the waitress, she was looking at us but not responding back. Our morning was ruined, I had to raise the fact that their customer service was rubbish, the waitress said ‘they don't do customer service’. Absolutely disgusting!

Rather backward thinking in terms of payments. Who doesn't accept card payments in this day and age. Especially, as it's the preferred method of safe contactless payment in the pandemic.

Came for lunch while I was working nearby. Nice little cafe..attached to the park...nothing glamorous but clean and tidy. I had Egg, Chips and Beans. The food was very nice. Portions were average.fair enough. At over £11.50 it is too expensive. Central London working man's cafe quality...but prices are much higher.

Came here for a nice brunch on a Sunday and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and the menu had really good options. Shakshuka was really nice with good flavour, the extra feta was very nice too. The prices for kosher are to be expected but definitely slightly higher. Remember cash only! Really great cafe by Hendon park and Hendon station. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Decent menu with everything on the menu arriving fast, tasty and with a smile. The location is very nice as it is at the park. The prices are on the high side as it is a park cafe,and it is cash only. Overall I would definetly go back for the great food, service and location.

Very bad cafe, rude staff and horrible food

A cafe that just does the job and they do it nicely. Friendly staff, who remember the regulars’ orders and they are helpful and easy going. Who needs a stressful staff? Coming to the park is a pleasure and it includes a stop at this cafe. Today I was short of a few pence - their attitude was so kind and accommodating, I thought - this is what businesses today are missing: HUMANITY.

Unassuming park cafe with spacious outdoor seating in an unmemorable setting. Nothing here likely to challenge preconceptions nor for that matter disappoint. Service was reasonable. In the specialised realm of park cafes this easily bests most, but not all. Kosher certification.

My friend went to order fish and chips and had to wait 30 mins whilst also requesting for it to be made quicker as it took a long time to make. Upon request he was laughed at by the owners to which the scenario was unnecessary.

The man in charge is very rude and disrespectful. My friend ordered fish and chips casually and he took half an hour to make the food and my friend had to ask about it then the man was very disrespectful towards him which wasn’t necessary at all. He was also laughing and being very inconsiderate.
