The delivery lady did not come upstairs to first floor to deliver. Asked me to come down and was rude

Unfortunately I had a collection large pizza last night and I'm still sick. Too much oil and uncooked pizza with very bad quality toppings are the reasons that I'm ill now. Also they didn't allow us to eat inside and we had to cross the road and eat in the pob opposite of the shop.

I've been a frequent visitor to my local Pizza Hut, and I can't praise them enough. The customer service is exceptional, the staff is always friendly and welcoming..! I always call and order and then go pick it up and they usually have it ready for me in just 10 minutes. This efficiency is incredibly convenient, and I'm always impressed by how quickly they prepare my order without sacrificing quality. The pizzas are consistently delicious, with a perfect crust and generous toppings especially new upgrades. Pizza Hut has truly become my go-to spot for pizza nights. Highly recommend! Haven't been to pizza hut for so long! After coming here for lunch here's what I think for pizza hut east Barnet. The food is very hot and fresh! The pizza and the wedges are really good! The service is pretty good. Took over 10 minutes which seems slow but for a pizza that's very good! The only bad thing is the cleanliness of the furniture here as there are loads of crumbs on the furniture. It's also great value for money! Highly recommend!

Really bad customer service. I'm lactose intolerant and was 100% sure i clicked the vegan cheese option, but when the order went through it hadn't been selected. We rang up straight away to ask if we could change the cheese option, only to be told "tough luck, it's already been made" attitude, with no attempt to help. Completely accept it was my fault with the wrong option selected, but to get no help with an allergy is extremely disappointing.

Went to purchase an online deal offline at this local shop, they insisted the deal was unavailable despite the last time I came and successfully ordered the same deal without issue, wasn't before I nearly left before manager agreed to the deal, not particularly satisfied that franchises don't update all online deals when they should and cause quite a frustration. Advise to update menus and surrounding facilities quickly or be forced to deal with low amount of customers because most deals don't suit any type of consumers unless made cheaper and more accessible.

One of the best pizza in Barnet area. I love the rich taste of American Sizzler. The manager is always kind and supportive. Absolutely 5stars.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered online and could see that it said the order had been delivered for about 10mins when it hadn’t yet. Called the store just to confirm this as driver could’ve delivered to wrong address only to have them shout that I should be patient! Spend £30! NEVER AGAIN! Disgusting service

Really positive experience every time I use this branch. I always order the food an hour before leaving work with the timed service. On pick up the food is always piping hot and fresh to eat. Great polite service too.
