I ask for chicken burger but they give me small piece chicken and was old

Honestly I've been coming to this place for over ten years, decide after ages of not going to try it again because it was legit my favourite chicken spot, went and was absolutely disappointed, found out the previous owners are no longer there, the new owner has cheaped out, the portions are way smaller, and the strips aswell, they don't even taste the same, your burger no longer comes in boxes and the tubs of sauce have gotten smaller aswell overall disappointing new owners are squeezing as much as they can for money, honestly will not be returning again

Fabulous Taste, portion size is good, Best Value for Money, Excellent Service, friendly staff, great hygiene, fresh food, juicy and yummy... Can't hold my self to drive Daily..

Top class chicken shop specially the team and owner is too much friendly and spend a lot of good memories there I recommend to visit and tast a delicious food.

The cheesy chips I ordered didn’t have much cheese, which was disappointing. Despite being first in the queue, they served another customer behind me before me.

chips are cold and undercooked.. missing one portion of them and missing 1 tin of drink. I think it's time to part ways with this restaurant

Cha chas chicken is a place to remember for its great food and service. The chicken wings have a succulant taste to them the chips are crunchy but soft at the same time and the sauces and really good to combine with the chips and chicken So my over all rating of this kind heavnly place Is a 5☆

Che Cha wings are the best in north west London. Great service and quick time orders placed and food is fresh… Very tasty and best chicken wings in Edgware and surrounding area. They also offer delivery service as well as great tasty food on the go, delivered. I have eaten chicken but Cha specialty is the taste of the wings. Even so many friends have said to me definitely the best… they are open till 3am which makes them the best hot and tastiest chicken shop on edgware Road… 👍👍👍

The kebab special £9.99 was not like the image there was only kofte rolls and the salad was only lettuce no onions or tomatoes or cucumbers like in pic and no pitta bread , not happy with this and the fries were dry not fresh 👎🏻

In the past few years, I never really visited as everything was horrible because of the management that was there. But now, I visit almost 3 times every week due to the new management and how nice the place is!! Their prices are incredibly affordable and it's amazing for anyone who wants to grab a quick bite.

I came here a few times in the past years and the food was alright. But for the past few months now, the chicken and food has been very delicious and now I come here often.

I ordered chicken burgers and got spicy chicken burgers

The kebabs are pretty lacklustre. Salad = just lettuce, no onion, tomato or even cucumber. Also no flatbread at all. The meat was also a little dry like it'd been sitting about for a while. Won't be buying kebabs from here again.

Very rude staff and they even serving cold food to customers. When try to complain about that they fight with me.

Never ordering from here again! They sent us garlic bread with cheese with fungus on it. Disgusting, surely you would be able to see it before sticking it in the grill!
