Employees were lovely food was delicious bringing my family here for Christmas I reccomend for all!

Chicken burger and wings were cold ! Had stomach problems later on !!!!

The kebab special £9.99 was not like the image there was only kofte rolls and the salad was only lettuce no onions or tomatoes or cucumbers like in pic and no pitta bread , not happy with this and the fries were dry not fresh 👎🏻

In the past few years, I never really visited as everything was horrible because of the management that was there. But now, I visit almost 3 times every week due to the new management and how nice the place is!! Their prices are incredibly affordable and it's amazing for anyone who wants to grab a quick bite.

I came here a few times in the past years and the food was alright. But for the past few months now, the chicken and food has been very delicious and now I come here often.

I ordered chicken burgers and got spicy chicken burgers

The kebabs are pretty lacklustre. Salad = just lettuce, no onion, tomato or even cucumber. Also no flatbread at all. The meat was also a little dry like it'd been sitting about for a while. Won't be buying kebabs from here again.

Never ordering from here again! They sent us garlic bread with cheese with fungus on it. Disgusting, surely you would be able to see it before sticking it in the grill!

We've ordered from here so many times. What they sent tonight was shocking! A small doner kebab was two tiny squares of meat under chips. The kids meal of a drumstick and chips was a carton of hot wings. My daughter cannot eat hot wings! After speaking with them on the phone I was told the drumstick is hot wings and the kebab was the correct size. Never ever will we order from them again. They had our service for years and didn't accept or take responsibility for their mistake. Mistakes happen but please don't tell me sending hot wings in a kids meal deal is acceptable and that two tiny corners of kebab meat is a kebab! There wasn't even any sauce on it which I clicked on. Probably because there was no kebab to put the sauce on. Shocking service and you've lost a very loyal customer!

The term daylight robbery comes to mind, the sizes of the wings were so tiny that you would not believe. All in all very disappointed.

So disappointed in cha chas, because of this I won't be ordering again and I used to love your food. I ordered a peri peri variety meal and they sent a fried meal. When I call them they tell me they put a grilled meal in the bag and the driver must have done something which is just the most ridiculous excuse ever. Said they would call the driver and I didn't get a call back so I'm just waiting on a refund. The food on top of that was so hard that I couldn't even eat it, so I wasn't satisfied either way. I think they just gave scraps. Fix up cha chas

I ordered some food from Cha Cha's Chicken and Just Eat had said that it had been delivered to us at 17:35 but we have not received any food. I called up Cha Cha's Chicken at 18:05 and was told that the driver had not even gone to Cha Cha's Chicken and collected the food. I was then told that the food would be delivered at 18:30. When I then called up Cha Cha's Chicken at 18:35, once again they said that the driver is still yet to come and pick up the food. Cha Cha's Chicken said to contact Just Eat and get a refund.

The driver didn’t bring my drink or chips that comes with the meal very disappointed and would like my refund.

I ordered 2 for 2 burgers and chips 2 meals basically and the chips was given one portion small and were meant to give me 4 chips but didn’t only gave 2 chips instead and chips were cold which can lead to food poisoning and the burgers were filled with 2 chicken strips small size burgers with one hair stand on one of the burgers and charged me £14 with drinks I do not recommend this place , it’s not my moneys worth I felt like i got ripped off i still felt hungry after had to make sandwiches at the end to fill me up times are hard you can’t afford to waste money

Tiniest chicken wings ever. Was so disappointed. Ordered two 5 chicken wing meals for two ppl and we both had to order another takeout after. The wings were literally bite sized pieces. R u even using chicken ???

Pretty low quality, price not too bad. BBQ chicken was lathered way too much in thick SPICEY sauce. Normal fried chicken was dry as gandis flip flop. Not terrible flavor but still dry. Onion rings were good though. So not great, won't order again

Been a customer for roughly 5 years. The food quality has gone down significantly in the last year. Strip burgers and cheeseburgers are dry, sometimes the chicken is even undercooked. The fries are disappointing too as they're either undercooked and soggy, or overfried and greasy. I think management has changed in the last year which could have led to this.

The burgers and chips was really good, however cha cha wings was not edible, the chicken was dry and had a weird taste to it like it was old. The sauce made it so salty

An hour after ordering food hadn’t arrived. Restaurant says they’re waiting for driver and hangs up the phone!!

Despite calling Cha Cha’s before placing an order with specific instructions (which they agreed to), and also writing the instructions in the notes for the restaurant - the whole order came incorrect. A lot of food is going to waste because of this. Will be the last time I order from here. Recommend you order from Sam’s or KFC.

Food could be good, but they don't really care and don't follow the orders. They send whatever they have cooked already. Very bad experience, the worst customer service ever. No one in charge or responsible.
