Costa Coffee in Barnet

There is a new girl with glasses I haven’t seen her before but she definitely doesn’t know the difference between Mocha and hot chocolate I ordered a mocha with cream and I got hot chocolate with cream I was looking forward for my coffee I only realised once in the car not bothered to go back

HALF MY ORDER WAS MISSING, INCLUDING CINNAMON BUN AND HEINZ CHEESE AND BEANS TOASTIE - ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL.

Missing items and my fav drink!!!

Half my order was missing and they didn’t bother to ring to see if an alternative could be provided. Meaning I now have no lunch, no money as I will have to wait for my refund. They also charged me more as the discount wasn’t applied as teams were not available.

A good Costa. Pleasant staff, more seating upstairs.

At the broadway in Edgware I was with my mum on Wednesday 18/12/24 about 3 pm. The lady who was serving there is so rude. Make customers feel uncomfortable with her grumpy face and snappy attitude. Will never go there again. Costa's employees should have some training about customer service.

Extremely rude emplee i rodered 2 drinks was charged for 3 . I ordered a small cappuccino and a medium iced whipped Latte both with oat milk.I was given a small Latte with ouatmilk instead of the small cappuccino and the iced whipped Latte was with regular milk instead of oatmilk.i am lactose Intolorant so i would have been sick for the rest of the day if i drank it. Lady with the black hair was rude now and previously when i was here.

Paula was very friendly and coffee was lovely.

For god sake, who runs this place! My pregnant wife ordered a Panini and when she had her food half, they took the plate away and once she asking about it, they started shouting at her saying we are not pigs! I'll make it a formal complaint but avoid this place.

On Tuesday 23rd April, I went to Costa Coffee and I order my usual cappuccino, I was served by A very nice lady, with a wonderful smile and great customer service skills. I asked for her name and I find out she’s Florentina, what a lovely person, she really made my day and she was extremely nice and polite. Thank you very much Florentina,!

Great place, great coffee and the staff is absolutely amazing!

I had a coffe yesterday and I am feeling very sick. My mouth is dry and I feel dizzy, I feel and my kidney hurts, I have been drinking so much water after the coffee but still I am not well.

I love my hot drink from Marta, and I really appreciate the other staff for all the help, a lad named Clyde gave me all I needed and helped my with my seat. I had a great day in a good atmosphere, but sad it is located in the middle of centre so it’s a little noisy.

Absolutely loved the quality of coffee served.

Almost sat in milk, I wonder if they like mess? A second issue is they close off the comfy seating area, in the afternoon forcing customers to sit on the uncomfortable seating.

Was told that I could not have a cup of hot water. Was told they do not do it anymore?? Very disappointed. I take my mum there once a fortnight and she has an Americano and I have hot water because I don't drink tea or coffee. Was turned down today. How can this be.. Some places I go I don't have to pay. Some places I do as am told the paper cups cost money which is fine. But today I was told No! There have been other occasions when a previously mentioned worker has been rude! She wasn't there today Just a lady that did not even have the politeness to look at me.. How can you justify paying what you do for a coffee when the service is awful. Teach your staff good customer service please.!

The driver left my order downstairs and didn’t deliver to the 5th floor which is on the address. I had to go looking for it so by the time I received it it was cold he could have called me .

You did not deliver my Brie sandwich please refund me will not order again

I order a large extra dry cappuccino with 3 pumps of caramel syrup and oat milk I take a syp and I couldn't feel the caramel on my coffee plus that wasn't extra dry cappuccino I went back to ask her kindly if she can add 3 more pumps and she was rude to me and told me 5 pounds more she was working time to time in Hendon as well her look is brown lady with a bandana on her head very diasquasting dirty tables and rude behaviour I will never gonna order if I see her in any of Edward or Hendon site does even know what os dry cappuccino I'm a barista as well she needs retraining.

Remember to bring your own plates and utensils because the people who work there will not give you anything

Its says its delivered..but its not..never came to me..and how they leave someone's order somewhere else..they have a phone number and a name who is ordering..they can call..but no..they just give the wrong person.. I what now..you can send email and eait for response 7 days.. They dont have a phone number you can call to see what is wrong..nothing.. This is awfull

Today was warm and sunny with not many seats in the shade. Only one area to the left of the pick up area has shade. On top of that, so many dirty tables and trays sitting on shelves behind them full of used crockery. Not a great look. Not very inviting either.

The shop is inside the Heathrow airport. It is crowded and busy. Coffee is warm and nice.

Ordered tea and green tea, sat down then within 5 min was told that they were going to clean the area and needed to leave at 4pm so rude you don't shut till 6pm. Rude staff members too

No idea how the store manager is employed working with the public. She is very rude with zero customer service skills. I came to get my birthday reward & instead of a pleasant experience i felt attacked. I don’t even feel like eating the cake now as its given with bad energy.

I love buying my costa coffee from this branch. Lovely service by Florentina she was so lovely and sweet.

So I spin the wheel for £1 and Gina the staff manager says I didn’t win when it was clearly on the Free Hot Drink. I’m not a cry baby but obviously I’m not happy with the fact that I won and just because Gina thinks it was on the line I no longer get a free drink. Rubbish. Never going here again. Also decides to call me big man because I tipped the spinning thing over. And lol anyway, I sent my complaint to Costa HQ and they sai they will do thier instigation but they instantly offered me the free drink I earned/won. I will be changing my review to 5 stars now. No one is perfect, but it is nice to see someone or a company that can see their mistake and own up to it and even compensate for the pain in the but they may have caused. hehe thanks!

Self service with slow moving queue, not much food to choose between; mainly sandwiches. They have an extensive hot and cold drinks menu.

Worst Costa coffee experience I’ve had! I have requested what I always request and the store manager was extremely rude when trying to explain that apparently they’re not doing this in that Costa! They’re not doing what coffee I’ve had from Costa a million times before! AVOID going there.

At 5:22pm I’ve ordered 1 expresso IN and I was refused because they close at 6:00pm and they don’t have time to wash my cup coffee! They should know that expresso have different taste on plastic cup coffee! Honestly I didn’t understand why they take my payment if they didn’t do IN

Never received the order or refund. Costa called me to tell me they don't have what i had ordered, so i had changed my order slightly. I called Costa after 45min and they said they r waiting for the driver.Really? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Poor customer service, I was waiting long time for just a glass of milk for my baby I waited enough but they didn't care about my baby he was crying long time , and the manager let me down and she told me you have no manner , the customer before me was happy they serve me earlier.

Toilet facilities in the centre were closed. Struggled to find somewhere to change my phone and it smelled of urine.

Right in the centre of the mall. It’s a small mall so there is no food court. This is the only place to have a seat with a coffee and croissant.🥐 ☕️ The americano coffee is good and the almond croissant was tasty. 👍

Dude,coffee was so cold it was crazy, 20 min later than the expected time arrival, had to reheat the coffee again

Absolutely terrible!! Ordered an oat latte to go via the app. When I turned up they had run out of oat milk. I don’t like their new brand of plant milks so I asked for a refund. They said they can’t refund to the app. I suggested they put the refund through on the till instead? They said they couldn’t do that. I asked them what’s the solution? They shrugged and said - what do you want me to do, we’ve run out of oat milk! And walked off. The other staff members were equally dismissive. Thus far no response from Costa customer service and so I’ve paid for a drink I didn’t receive. Had similar issue the day before in the Stanmore branch when I was given almond milk instead of oat milk. Overall not a huge deal but when paying £3.50 for a coffee I kinda want to get what I paid for! Won’t be returning to this store.

Better way of closing coffee mugs would be a big improvement and could safe time, nervous and money to all of us, restaurants, customers and to "just eat" rider was very kind and said sorry for that, but is not his fault, ordered 2 coffees but manage make one from what’s left in the mugs ;) i would walk there and buy one again but unfortunatle i cant ;) have a great day

I love this branch of Costa coffee right in the middle of the Broadwalk shopping centre in Edgware. Plenty of tables and air conditioned. Good choice of snacks and cakes. Friendly service and quickly served. Great place to stop in between shopping. Highly recommended by me !

Delivery was amazingly fast.. one item nice and hot but the other item hadn’t been heated up properly and was inedible.

Costa are following covid guidelines. However, if public have to log into covid app.Then Costa need to provide table services. Customers should be able to sit at a table. Not find a table,then order. If you are on your own this is what you have to do. This means placing an item on the table,then ask another customer to take care of it while you place your order. This only works if two or more people are together. So one person can sit down, while others order.

Nice place to spend an afternoon. I am not a great fun of Costa and their menu but I like the atmosphere in this coffee shop in particular.

The coffee and service was very good I did not give 5 stars because they are serving people without masks and do not even say anything to them.
