Did not get all the items I ordered

My family orders Dominos atleast once a month . My usual store is Beckton . Once a while I order at Barking . This time I was very disappointed with Barking , this evening I got a margarita and veg volcano replaced tomato with olives . My first bite I felt the cheese was a bit off. Then my husband had a chewy bite..not sure if it was a jalapeño stem or Capsicum. Stem . In one of my bite I got olive seed. I am glad it was me and not my kids who had that bite . It's a choking hazard . Very very disappointed with my favourite meal.

I was very disappointed with the meal. It lacked flavor and did not meet my expectations. The dish was excessively sweet, which I found unappealing. Coming from an Asian family, I usually enjoy home-cooked curry, so I had hoped for a fresher experience. Unfortunately, it didn't feel worth the investment. I also believe that all the positive reviews are completely fake.

Dark and dingy but has lots of stock of items that you may find hard to get all in one place, prices are good as well.

Food was ready in an instant. The young chap at the counter (blonde boy, charles or lee -didnt catch his name) was very polite. A real gentleman and scholar! Will come back! Rufus F.

Excellent and professional service. Even tho the crumble had plums in it, the waitress ‘Dee’ was very helpful and offered alternative options.

Had my very 1st pie and mash in this shop 44 years ago aged 8 and whenever I'm in dagenham I go here. Was lovely! Nice and filling!

I placed an order for collection. I was running a little late to collect. This employee called me twice and I explained my husband will collect the food he is on his way. The third call I received employee said ‘if you don’t collect the food then we will have to throw it in the bin’. I was in shock. I said my husbands on his way. What I should’ve said was ‘bin it’!! Don’t want your damn food but with fasting and almost ifthar time approaching I obviously wasn’t thinking and didn’t stop my husband; but there you go that’s the kind of service we got just for running a little late to collect food from Ozturk. Finally when the food was collected it arrived with not a single sauce. Which was done on purpose. Disgusting attitude and disgusting behaviour. Appalled.

Enjoyed my dinner of samosa followed by lamb curry and naan. Authentic flavour. Excellent value . Friendly helpful service

Booked this venue after seeing the instagram posts, on arrival there was not a table ready and the staff seemed annoyed that I had changed my reservation earlier on in the day by adding an extra person, 3to 4 diners. We ordered drinks and whilst we was reviewing the menu and completed ordering our drinks still had not arrived after 25 minutes , we noticed there were drinks sitting on the bar counter which looked like our order so my friend causally walked over and brought them back to our table the staff didn’t pay much mind to what was going on. The drinks had sat for so long the ice was half melted. The food eventually came to the table but the 1.rice was cold, 2.plantain was rubbery as if they had been fried and then sat cold, 3. there was a long red hair in the oxtail serving, 4. the lamb chops were so hard the fork couldn’t pierce them When we called the waiter about the hair in the food he took the platter back to the kitchen when the door opened we could clearly see a lady with red hair without a hair net. The changed the oxtail serving but kept the rest of the food the same so the oxtail was warm but now everything else was extra cold. We dished up our plates and asked the waiter to warm in the microwave, after eating we asked for the bill and they had made no deductions we promptly advised we would not be paying service charge and believed money should have been taken of for the hair, and uneditable lamb, the waiter went away and was having a conversation with the owner who seemed annoyed they refused to take on board the gravity of our complaints and only deducted £20. We were dissatisfied with service, the food which could be eaten was seasoned but this seemed small in comparison to what else was going on. I would not recommend and would not return.
