Celebrate our Mums birthday here I never knew this place existed Hard to see in the day time Well lit up at night time Lovely restaurant Highly recommended!! Food was delicious Staff are friendly,respectful and patient The service was spot on We will definitely visit here again😎

Avoid I booked a table 4 weeks in advance and received an email confirmation of the booking. I also confirmed the booking over the phone a week before we were due to arrive. I then received a call a day before the booking date from 'Sasha' herself stating the booking was not confirmed, and they could not accommodate. I explained all of the above, but yet was given different excuses. One was that they have 2 large private bookings that were booked in from 3 weeks and they did not have availablity, even though I had booked 4 weeks in advance! Another excuse was their booking system is faulty. Very very disappointing. This was arranged for my son's birthday which left me with little to no time to find another restaurant at such short notice. There was no apology, the customer service is appalling and I would not waste my money at a place that does not have any regards for their potential customers. Avoid!!

The food was decent, but the service was awful. Me and my friend ordered drinks but Having to wait 20 minutes for one drink at a time is ridiculous, drinks should always be served together, There was only one other table to be served on a Sunday afternoon. Never go there on a Sunday as nobody looks like they cared, Let alone half the menu wasn’t Available on the day. (No plantain, No chicken wings, No dumplings) which is very disappointing. My friend and I had to go with an alternative option to what I wanted. Also this took a long while to come out, by the time we waited for the side to accompany the starter , the starter got cold and we had to send it back, the main also had took more than 30mins to come out. As a restaurant, etiquette is everything- definitely lacking on the services. I was there from 4pm and didn’t leave till 8:00pm as that reflected the time it took to be served thoughout. They then charged me for a carrot cake instead of a chocolate cake which I asked for as it was my friend’s birthday (trying to make up for the lack of service) At this point I didn’t even fight it and paid for the bill and left. Was not worth the money the day I went , looking at other to reviews I thought this would be such a good vibe to celebrate a friends birthday but left feeling very disappointed where I wanted to support my local restaurants. Not sure if I would want to come back here again.
