Food arrived quickly and was hot although the fish cake didn’t look, smell or taste fresh at all. Looked stale and was thrown away

waited 3 hours. then they cancelled without telling us but it has been listed as delivered when it wasn't

took ages to come and then the burger had salad in it. made the bun soggy and ruined it for my daughter as she has to have food completely plain. not very good at all really.

We've ordered from here couple of times and it's always been lovely. Today however, the fish was very, very greasy. Fish itself tasted good and a decent size but the batter was super soft and just fell to bits - i think maybe it hadn't been drained properly before being wrapped in paper. Bit disappointing.

Why did we think it was a good idea to squirt the sauce over the chips and then put a hot piece of fish over it, and not in a separate pot? Ruined soggy food cause of laziness.

Food was only delivered five minutes late, which to me is acceptable. Well worth the wait, food was well cooked, hot upon arrival and delicious to late. Staff as usual were excellent. Highly recommend Bodrum for the quality of the food.

Delivery was early by 5 miniutes. Food quality was excellent and hot on arrival. The chicken was well cooked as was the kebab. Food quality was what I expect from Bodrum.

Meal was delivered 30 minutes before estimated delivery time. Will not complain about 1hat as I requested delivery to be as soon as possible. As usual food was excellent and was hot. Can highly recommend Bodrum for excellent food and great service.

Got a phonecall from the restaurant to say ask just eat for a refund after accepting my order why not just reject it!! Now have to wait 7 days for a refund if just eat even refund it… won’t be ordering again! Absolute joke

chips were cold and lots of bad, black bits, sausage in batter was over cooked and hard and fish was cold. Have ordered from here a few times and has been gradually going down hill, and also noticed the prices have gone up, which wouldn't mind if the quality of food was worth it. was very disappointed 😞

Sadly not it’s best. They have introduced these new “boxes” for their food and the portions have become so small. I hope this will stop and they go back to their generous portions.

Worse chip shop I've experienced. Cheap bruised potato's, hard roll, undercooked cold saveloy, in which has upset my stomach. Never Again!
