I would not recommend this place to buy ......ordered at 7.45 pm and delivered 8.35 pm for 1.2 miles and its very cold..totally disappointed i called twice for updates and said its for kids..when called to shop he replied...due to weather...

I wouldve given a 1 star review if it wasnt for the manager trying to rectify my food, the pizza were god awful and the cookies greasy as hell and admittedly the manger resent the food when i complained but again the food sent out was awful I certainly wont be going here again

I recently enjoyed a late-night feast from Pizza Go Go, opting for a large vegetarian pizza with a thin crust, prepared just as I requested. The flavors were on point, and the crust was perfectly crispy. Visiting London with my family, we were so impressed that we returned the next day for another round. Our experience was made even more delightful by the excellent service, particularly from a Punjabi girl who I believe was the shift manager. Her attentive and friendly service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our pizza experience. Highly recommended for a tasty and satisfying meal!

i ordered 2 pizzas today. The guy on phone was not attentive at all. i told him both vegetarian one normal and another extra spicy, thin crust, thats all just simple order. What i got is classic pizza (Non thin crust) one is very less veggies and another just with green chillies, jelepenos and onions which were rarely be seen. when i asked to change they refused. Never ever ordering again. Worst Service.

Pizza Gogo barking is an excellent place for tasty pizzas. I personally suggest barking pizza Gogo where it has 5 star hygiene rating and every day they make fresh dove especially I really wish to work for them so that I can have tasty pizza every day😍👍🍕

Ordered Pizza Gogo after 4 years... and it still holds up. They have probably the best chicken wings in UK (flaming wings), and their pizza is also the best amongst the known ones. Their curly fries were a surprise addition, and the portion size is as big as a Texan portion. All in all, extremely impressed to rediscover Pizza GoGo. Hopefully, they will maintain their quality in the long run.

I ordered a pizza waited over an hour and then it said delivered they claim they tried to call me they didn’t they did not buzz my door so in my opinion the driver is sitting somewhere enjoying my pizza disgusting service drivers too lazy to knock on people’s doors wouldn’t mind I was watching for them and no one come to my address be careful twitch these thief’s they take your money then eat your food disgusting will never order from here again and I’ve reported them to police

Pizza always wrong when delivered on line weekly & driver has zero customer service skills and very rude. Lots of parking spaces but was adiment not to deliver to the door and started yelling advising us a regular customers never to do home delivery tbo its pre paid. Needs to change or we'll go back to another pizza company

No consistency in the quality of their pizza Different days have different tastes . Sometimes you will find they are not cutting your pizza properly . Good amount of money for the pizza you are paying for but in return no quality pizza you are getting. Finally , before you go just think 🤔.

No complaints on the food side, however one of the delivery drivers is extremely rude, wanted to know where my phone was and why I wasn't picking up. 🤔 I mean just do your job ring the door bell!!

Its Ramadan me and my partner were fasting all day, we ordered at 8pm went for pick up at 8.30pm. Once we reached there they could not find the order and tried to say we hadn't called to make an order. I showed him my recent call list and he went red. He then said he could make a fresh one in 5 mins!!!?? I was not willing to wait another second in that unorganised store, i actually couldn't believe what I was hearing, I was so disgusted I left the shop. These clowns have no idea how to run a food business let alone customer service. They can't speak English properly yet are taking food orders over the phone. Shambolic behaviour. They should all be sacked.

Best customer service and really delicious Pizzas! I came here recently with my mum and we ordered buy 1 get 1 free pizza with toppings of our choice and we werent disappointed as the pizza was made just perfectly. Really friendly staff too

Secondly we got pizza which is Burn.I’ve ordered one pizza and an extra dip,By card I’ve been charged different than paying cash so they making money out of charging customers for dips but when paying cash is not shown on the receipt! After they give us receipt which had different money on and they charged me more,when paid cash.

I have bing ordering food from pizza gogo and other food for quite sometime Few years ago they used to be good last few month It’s the third time I have to put the food in the bing A I called and and complaint about all I got was this time it’s been a mistake next time will be better rubbish Customer service Attitude probleem Ones they answer the phone what you want Most time wont even tell you on the phone the cost they just hang up once your order it’s complete Palace like this should be shut for good I have got what I need I will be thinking of taking this further I just wasted £26 pound

FOUND A HAIR INSIDE OUR PIZZA! We lost our appetite so we called them to get a refund, but the manager refused and offered us another pizza. We refused this offer because we did not want to accept another pizza if we could potentially find another hair inside. We sent them a video of us pulling out the hair from the pizza and he denied the fact that the hair was inside. He then said that the hair would burn in their 250 degree oven, which leaves me thinking if this is a standard practice for them to leave hair on their pizzas, and whether or not they accept this. Do not order from here, unless you like hair.

These guys are lucky to get 1 star period if I could give them zero rest assured I would not hesitate. The service is absolutely appalling period. I ordered and paid for a pizza for collection. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes for collection. When I did go and collect they had given it to someone else. A simple apology would have sufficed but the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude with an equally disgraceful attitude!

Always go for a collection on their 2for1 offer as I live a few minutes walk away. The pizza has always been ready at the time they tell me to collect. Great pizzas nearly every time.

NON HALAL FOOD They’re not HMC certified they’ve got certificate from some place in Indonesia can you believe that ? Not from the UK. I am sure they’ve bought that fake halal certificate. Bacon & Ham is actually not bacon and ham it’s not pork it’s some other animal meat ( Horse meat I recon ) I threw out many times and suffered food poisoning. Stay away unless you wanna play Russian roulette with your health. Pay £2 more and get quality food instead this oily greasy food cooked in vegetable fat ( not oil ) I don’t even know how this place runs.

We only live about 10 minutes away from the place but strangely it takes 1 hour to receive the food. We also live on the 2nd floor but the delivery guy seems to insist we collect it from him on the ground floor. Message to management - improve your service and stop lying about the delivery status! Its only the Dragon wings which is keeping you in business which is why i would've rated this 1/5!

Poor customer service, staff was very rude when we called and quick to disconnect, after 1 hour we called back, as we didnt get the delivery, I was told will take another half hour.... in the end we had to cancel the order.. never again with pizza go go

I placed an order through just eat, not only did my order take almost 2hrs to arrive (being 30mins over the arrival time) but I had either the wrong sides, or pieces missing from my sides. Which means I was overcharged for items I didn’t receive. I called the shop and they were undeniably rude and inconsiderate and cut off the phone as “they were busy”. First and last time I’ll be purchasing from this branch.

I rarely leave a review that does not have many positives but Pizza GoGo was disappointment IMO. The pizza was BBQ Beast, looked good on the menu, delivered just about warm - not great considering it is only 5 min walk however they offered free delivery so why not. Sadly taste was not great, did not taste fresh. It was a little soggy for thin crust. I found that the pizza from a chicken shop locally is a little better. Potato sides were also warm and not hot. I asked for 3 dips given only 1. Given that this place is 5 min walk the food should be hot when delivered. Wings were nice but I don’t think I will try this place again for pizza sadly. Real let down - I do hope they can improve on this feedback.

Discusting absolutely the worst pizza I have ever ordered , when the leaflet comes through the door burn it and scatter the Ashes to the wind. The pizza was surposed to be medium but looked small, I think the guy must have rolled his car on the way to us as the pizza was well mashed up( see picture )and it tasted like a bad pizza. Also the dips were in the box upside down squished into the pizza. Never use again

Delivery took an 1:30hrs, food was cold and undercooked, half of my order wasn't there while the delivery guy said its busy and raining he will bring it next time I order?? literally throwing this food out waste of money

Never had an issue with the pizza from GOGO, i always collect and ring 15 mins beforehand, pizza is always ready on time and piping hot. Only once had the wrong one handed to me which was rectified making a new pizza. Taste is good....but i tend to get the same toppings every time.

I ordered 2 portion of BBQ 🍗 wings, and received so many small pieces of wings. All of the wings was overcooked and burned. Less BBQ sauce in the wings. Can't even test the BBQ wings.

Reasonably good pizza at a good price, friendly helpful staff. You can find better but you'll pay a lot more, this place does the job nicely.

Don't buy from these jokers! Ordered 2 large pizzas on a deal for £17:99 and only received medium-sized pizzas. If only I could give no stars!! I was informed that I must be mistaken as to what a large pizza looked like. I assured the gentleman that I have ordered many large pizzas over the years… they weren't even close. Apparently if you slice a pizza more times it gets bigger! Someone needs to tell these people that the laws of physics still apply to Italian convenience food…
