Domino's Pizza - London - Barking in Barking and Dagenham

Pizza wasn't cooked, dough was raw.. they put toppings on top of the cheese they need some training: EDIT : please stay away my stomach is not feeling well after a while since eating this pizza :/

I paid £7.99 to collect a medium pizza with 2 toppings. I would rather have had a smaller pizza base with a more generous quantity of toppings: hardly any tuna, very disappointing but this was the smallest size pizza available (chose tuna & onions as toppings).

I don't understand why I pay a delivery charge just for them not to deliver to my door... I would understand if they were on a bike and were worried that it was gonna get stolen but they're just lazy and sit in their car until I walk over myself to get it. They even refuse to even ring your doorbell.

Rude and passive aggressive manager with poor food quality

FOOD POISONING!!!! From ordering the pizza till it arrived was very quick, maybe 20 minutes. So why was it cold??? I had to microwave it. Very questionable. The driver seemed off, maybe on drugs. And worst of all, I was very sick after eating it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I been buying from domino’s branch for maybe nearly 10 years always liked the food but seems like their is new management the last pizza I ordered was yesterday and it was not very nice at all it upset my stomach ingredients or pizza didn’t look fresh the stuff crust was leaking onto pizza the garlic sauce I ordered it on busy Saturday 5 pm and 5:15 was delivered it was not cooked properly It’s not nice place no more

Absolutely delicious! Ordered online and pizza arrived perfect in exactly 20 minutes. Delivery driver was excellent! Even gave one extra sauce, so nice. Super pleased. Maybe they’ve made some new hires. Surprised to see so many negative reviews at this location. Five stars August 2023

Poor service food arrived stale and coldish, the driver claimed he had came here already and i was not there, he made me wait 15min outside - and kept saying i am here now, looking at people comments bellow seems like drivers are a really big issue at this store

Went to order a collection deal @ £12.99 x2 and was charged £29.99. When I asked for a refund another £24 was taken. I was blanked many times for just asking to be served. This is the worst 'service" I have received from any shop avoid at all costs!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery driver's service. On one occasion, the driver appeared to be heavily intoxicated, which was deeply concerning. To make matters worse, during another delivery, the driver blatantly lied to the office, claiming that they couldn't park the car due to a yellow line restriction, even though they had already entered through the gate. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with these incidents. The behavior exhibited by the driver is not only unprofessional but also raises serious safety concerns.

Best Dominos pizza I've ever had! Texas BBQ

This was the best pizza i had for the last year's (Texas BBQ). I'm so excited for the next time🙏🏻

Previously you could see where the driver was on the map when the delivery was being made; Now they've removed that feature... probably because so many people were complaining that drivers were making 3-4 deliveries before their own pizza was being delivered. Driver took 1 hour to deliver mine; turned up cold and looked like yesterdays left overs.

1 hour 15 minutes to get to us on a sunday night. The online tracker sat on "quality check" for 20 minutes and then another 25 minutes on "out for delivery" despite the address only being a 4 minute drive away. Driver called yelling at me down the phone because he didn't know where to go, despite having a simple address. Not sure if the food was really good or if we were just starving, or we'd rate it 1 star. Awful service.

WORST SERVICE EVER. IM DISAPPOINTED. THE FOOD CAME TO OUR HOUSE 1 HOUR LATER AND THEY FELT EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS RIGHT. Delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door properly as usually the delivery driver will normally knock on the window for us to hear and for what they did, they didn’t even help us out in any way but just accused me of lying that I couldn’t hear any noise. They kept saying they were waiting for 20 mins and telling me that the driver was waiting but we didn’t hear any car waiting for that long. Food came colder and later and we ended up getting our food now at 11:45 pm even though we ordered at 10:34 pm. JUST REALLY DISAPPOINTED AT THE DOMINOES BARKING BRANCH. Anyone who is planning to order from here, please just be aware of their service in advance.

Yesterday I ordered one chicken tandoori pizza & their system showing between 30 minutes they will deliver. 9.47 pm I ordered & pizza delivered by 10.45 pm. They took one hour. When they notified driver is on its way & deliver in 10 minutes from that time I tracked but driver doing the delivery other places. My pizza came after 26 minutes & pizza was cold. Absolutely waste my money.

The only reason it’s not 1 star is the pizza turned up. Problem was it was hardly cooked. Do yourself a favour, order from anywhere else other than here. An absolute embarrassment to the franchise

So we ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides, should have been 45 minutes but took over an hour. When the food arrived there was a pizza missing the driver said it would arrive in 10 minutes. It hasn't arrived and when I've called the phone has been left to ring out.

90 min waiting for our order and still going… I called the store after 40 min and The answer is they run out of dough. At least block the orders…

Poor service and lazy drivers - I paid extra to have my pizza delivered so it would reach home before I did. And the lazy driver called me to tell me to come down stairs I asked him to buzz the door and they will come. The driver declined and my child had to go to the car to collect the door. What in the hell! I requested a refund in my delivery and was told because it was already delivered it wasn’t possible. Ridiculous and shameless

Very bad experience by the driver!! I ordered a pizza and the driver posted as delivered the pizza but I haven't received anything. If I could I would not give a star. They don't deserve it. I am a regular customer but this time the driver was the worst. I will never order from this store again!

Terrible service, rude staff, a disgrace to the franchise

abusive to customers. last night I got some pizzas and asked about those offers that are on the menu after they charge the highest price at the beginning and only if you complain about the price to give discounts despite the fact that the discounts are on the menu. i asked why in the menu it says 12.99 for any pizza and you charge me 17.99 and they tell me discount is just if you take 1 pizza not more 🤔 .. be careful as I go there many times and different workers have different prices. Absolutely abusive 😡

Best pizza and service in uk domino's Barking

The last time I ate from here, the pizza tasted fine, but I woke up the next day with food poisoning. Won't be able to think about eating here again for a while.

I'm buying pizza from here for 2 years now, delicios and well made, i collect mostly. They are really busy on weekends and this is a good sign, they have fresh ingredients. Don't listen bad reviews of frustrated people. Imo is the best place to buy a pizza.

Very poor service! I made an order over 1hr 40 min and the order still did not arrive. I called dominions and they advised that the order will be with me soon. I later checked the app only to see my order was out for delivery but another 23 minutes before receiving my order. This is completely unacceptable and it shows a lack of transparency from Dominos. It would have taken me 7 minutes to pick up the pizza, but because I had my kids in the house I thought it would be easier to order. The website quoted 20-30min. I would have even paid less because of my NHS discount. Not only did I not receive my order on time but I paid more and did not get the service. Workers Kavita and Mandeep do not appear to know what’s going on with their drivers. It’s just a mess, I will not be ordering from them again!

I ordered two pizzas without pork in it because I am muslim. One of the pizzas they gave me was a pepperoni pizza- embarrassing!!

WORSE DOMINO'S. In this uncertain times I found a hair inside my pizza. Not able to help me out he just started arguing. Very very poor service on the 23rd of July I ordered a pizza and because there was something wrong aswel with that they gave mr a compensation. This time the boy just start arguing and not bothering to sort it out.

Don't state you deliver when you dont- having to leave the flat going downstairs to pick up the food isnt something you are ready to do when you order a delivery. Next time will be asked to meet mid road i suppose?? Rude driver and pizza missing items.

AVOID THIS BRANCH! 1- received wrong order twice. 2- customer care is beyond horrible. 3- their drivers are super rude, refused to bring up the order and asked me (self isolating) to leave my flat to pick it up rather than leaving it by my door step.

Great pizza (Tandoori Chicken) and their new addition Mango Habanero Wings were a hit. It's a collection or delivery only pizza place.

Slight glitch in ordering. Apparently they needed to verify my identity (I'm not from this country) and it caused my credit card to be blocked for possible identity theft. Not good because I'm not from this country and spent a while trying to get them to unblock it but they took PayPal so that was a plus. My food was prepared correctly, delivered prompt, and the driver was nice.

Worst Dominos Ever! Always when I'm ordering it's an issue with my order. When you call to complaint or find a solution, the answers are only "sorry, next time we will be careful" I request 1 ingridient and its missing in the whole pizza. I'm so feed up of this place. Its not good customer service at all. I will be ordering from Gants Hill from now on. I will give 0 stars but the app doesn't allow me.

Good pizza ready fast was only in shop 2 mins

Ordered for delivery at 12.30pm but did not turn up. Called them to ask and and they mentioned they will be half hour late. At least they should offer extra freebee in this case.

Ordered 8.30pm, chased and was told that delivery had been attempted, not true as two teenagers and wife and two dogs starving for their food and waiting eagerly by the door, finally received gone 11pm. Driver bullied my 16 year old nephew who answered door while my wife stayed behind door as had already given up and was in nightclothes and ready for bed. Driver then tried to claim that nephew had not paid! Wife had to then reveal herself to confront driver who backed down immediately. Disgusted with this franchise's driver who was taking advantage and revenge on a young lad, shudder to think what would have happened if my wife had not been watching. We will be taking this futher with franchise area manager and owner/licence holder. Will continue to use Dominos Chadwell Heath but will not deal with Barking, reccomend you use different Dominos and give this one a very wide berth!

Disgusting customer service. Order placed at 21:15, delivery arrived at 22:05. Unfortunately it was the wrong Pizza. Contacted the store to be told that firstly the staff member who made it got it right and that I must be confused over what I ordered. In the end they offered to make me a fresh pizza. This one just turned up at 23:05 and was cold so have turned it away. I have called and spoken with the manager who was rude and didn't care that my experience was bad. Will not be ordering from Dominos again.

Come home from hard day of work i ordered a pizza from the barking store online. I specified that it needs to be warm. Pizza arrived & it was cold, how bad could this service get. The manager needs to listen & understand the customers concerns. But instead just offered me a free pizza on my next purchase. So I said I don't want a free pizza I just wanted this pizza that i ordered warm. Manager just not taking on board my dissatisfaction. Overall I'm not happy with my experience and believe this situation could have been handled in a better professional way. I also ordered a sicilion cake in which order was accepted on the website but then received a call to say it's not available after making the payment online. I had no choice but to have something else which I did not want. Not satisfied with my experience at dominos and have now lost a paying customer.

hi we order pizza today was dry ,burn and no cheese i talk with the manager he toldme he will sendme a new one, i told him we eat already fews cause were hungry he says ok and when the delivery guy comes dont give us the news pizzas, we call again to the shop and they says "will take another hour for delivery again and hang up the pone to me we are wating almost 3 hour now without answer/ just talk with the manager and he says dont gonna send a new one now no money no pizza and hungry nor order there

I ordered an ordinary cheese and tomato(sundried tomatoe and garlic sauce).they managed to get the order wrong.How sway how?How do you get that wrong?The pizza was very cheesy so i assumed the sauce was underneath it all i tried the first slice no sauce .2nd slice 1st bit still no sauce.i called to enquire maybe its a "white sauce " hence why i can't see it.I was told if i hadn't taken a bite they would have replaced it for me?How dominos how ?now i can't eat the pizza
