Dixy Chicken in Barking and Dagenham

Bought chicken wings a few times always well cooked and tasty. The only thing I would like to have them less spicy, otherwise can't fault it. Always friendly service.

Just avoid. They don’t follow instructions

Ordered 5 chicken wraps with extra wings tonight food arrived after 40 minutes cold, chips were dry, chicken were raw they didnt add my extra wings in my order when I asked them where my wings were they said that I need to prove that the wings were not there (how am I gonna prove that) never again

They burnt the hash brown in the burger but the delivery driver was friendly and arrived very fast

Uncooked beans straight out of the fridge, rest of the food was lukewarm

This place must use a lot of salt because that’s all you taste. The burgers are dry and chicken tastes very salty. I will make a call to some people who need to come check everything for health and safety and food hygiene. Absolutely disgusting Taste likes oil is not being changed

Ordered online. I was impressed because I was able to have a burger without a bun with no mess. Believe me or not it is important when you don’t eat carbs. Majority of the mass known restaurants offer no bun option but it is always messed and disgusting to eat. Well done Dixy I have enjoyed my burger even tho I have taken bun off and chicken was nice. Delivered quick and with sauces. Consider keto friendly - carbohydrate free options in the menu and you will hit the roof 😁

The fillet burger is so small, look at Kennedy's size, such a big juice fillet 😀

Every time I bought from this place, they messed up my orders. I came home paid for two steak burgers and fries and instead I found that I had they gave me cheeseburgers instead of steak burgers so they charge me extra and they didn’t even give what I ordered absolute mess absolute worst staff service ever.

I recently visited Dixy Chicken in Barking and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered the fries, drink, and wings combo, but the quality of the food was lacking. The wings were extremely small, undercooked, and lacked flavor. The fries were thin, small, and not crispy at all, making them unappetizing. Even though I was expecting a quick and tasty meal, the food felt like it was poorly prepared and lacked attention to detail. The drink was fine, but overall, the meal did not meet my expectations. Given the low quality of the food, I would rate it 2 stars.

Dont order. Food said out for delivery and said delivered. It wasnt delivered at all. Kept on calling store no answer. Lost the money ofc.

Got cheeseburger and it was the worst kind ever. Was looking for a McDonalds alternative. The bun was cold , stale, old and hard not even toasted. The patty was hard too. No onions, no mustard or ketchup. They only spread mayonnaise on both bun faces and a little lettuce. They shouldn’t promote it and instead discontinue from their menu.

The worst food place ever! I got my food as a takeaway and when i got home the burger was disgusting, the bun wasn’t even toasted, the meat was so tiny and burnt and no taste at all. Also i order 6 wings and chips but I got rarely any fries! Annnd the fries wasn’t even COOKED properly!! Yuck! I feel sick after having a few bites, I wish I never came to this place.

Horrendous place, food is not good enough to be priced as high for a chicken and chip shop, not to mention I got scammed and never received my drink despite paying for it. Had it once, refuse to ever have it again.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at dixy chicken opposite of barking station. I ordered a cheeseburger, and after taking the first bite, I realized it was burnt to the point that I could smell the charring. When I approached the staff at the till to explain the situation, their response was not only dismissive but also aggressive. The staff member insisted that this was the burger I ordered and attributed the issue to the cooker, showing no intention of rectifying the problem. When I mentioned that this was my first time having a burger, his response was unhelpful and dismissive. Frustrated, I told him he deserved the two pounds I had spent on the burger and threw it in the bin right in front of him. The level of customer service I experienced was appalling, aggressive, and abusive. This is unacceptable and has left me with a very negative impression of your establishment.

We ordered a large portion and two small ones. The drink was put only in the large one. When small portion aslo include drinks.

Order online they gave 2 pc chicken less food tasted like it was cooked 2 days ago so bland and chewy called to ask they never answer the phone practically stealing because made no effort to answer the phone. Poor business, poor food, Do order not from here. Stay away and save your money.

My driver was taking forever and was moving in the wrong direction so I tried to call them and they did not respond. I tried 3 times and still no luck. When it finally arrived, I was missing some of my food do I tried calling again and they did not respond the first time. They finally picked up the second time and said that it wasn't their problem and they wouldn't give me my missing food. The food was lovely but the service is absolutely terrible. I strongly do not recommend ordering from here unless you want to be ignored for 20 minutes straight.

I bought a 1/4 pounder double burger takeaway and these staff packed me just 1 beef in it. Wanted to return it to them Unfortunately I live far away. And the burger taste so bad I nearly throw up , it’s like a kid made the burger

the only fast food in London that managed to taste like real, actual food. until now, our experience has been pleasant in there. the food is simple yet tastes good and fresh, and the sauces and spices are also delicious. the mayonnaise is particularly nice. the chips could use a little bit more salt, though! (positive intent) I recommend them if you want to try something new and refreshing regarding fast food.

If you are reading this and considering what the food from here will be like, I'll save you the wonder, it's awful. Don't order from here. I tried a tex mex burger... It's £2.70 more than a regular filet burger on ubereats.. For 6 jalapeños and a slice of processed cheese. Chips portion is like a kids meal. Avoid.
