Nothing I ordered turnt up got completely the wrong order

driver was far to lazy to actually bring the food to my address so i had to come out and find him absolute joke of a service and food was cold 🥶 😒 and he gave me some rude silly reply . whole point of a delivery service is to deliver it , why am I having to leave my house go on a mission to find the driver and I left a note before I ordered so there would be no confusion 😐 2/10 this time around

Food was cold. Driver phoned me from what was not my address. I’m disabled and had to go out and find driver. Who was at the wrong building causing me to fall.

Order was missing the 2 raspberry pies. Milkshake was so thin it was like water. Haven't ordered from this branch in a long time because there was always missing items, and won't again.

On the night of February 19, 2025, at exactly 22:34, I had one of the best experiences at McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly hard-working and attentive. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference in my visit. They made sure every customer was taken care of efficiently while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This level of service is something I haven’t experienced at other locations, particularly the Seven Kings McDonald’s, where the staff lacks respect for customers. The contrast was striking—while I’ve had disappointing experiences in Seven Kings McDonald’s especially with the manager Rajibir, but this McDonald’s went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The employees were polite, quick, and genuinely cared about the service they were providing. Because of this exceptional experience, I’ve decided that from now on, this will be my go-to McDonald’s. The way the staff handled everything with care and attentiveness truly impressed me. A great team makes all the difference, and these workers deserve recognition for their outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back, and I hope others get to experience the same level of hospitality that I did. Well done to this amazing team!

Busy ...long queue for drive thru so parked up and ordered inside. Was a bit quicker. My server was very pleasant and she made up my meal for me.

chicken burger was cold with the actual chicken fillet being hard and extremely cold, no cheese in burger like asked. Chips arrived cold. no straws for the drinks

Have new managers in there know and they are putting paper in the self-service till points so you get a receipt

I would never order McDonald’s for delivery from this McDonald’s again. The food was stone cold and not edible, parts of the order was missing with no explanations. I have had to dump the food in the bin delivery time was 1 hour!!!

I complained yesterday about how my food was cold

Usually my go to McDonald’s even though it’s a bit far from us. Great service and very speedy drive thru. However maybe it was too speedy as they missed a whole burger from our order. We didn’t realise until we got home and tried calling many times but no one answered and the online support wasn’t helping.

Only little issue is that something always go missing. If they forget to bag the apple pie then or it’s the ice cream. Other than that all good.

To be honest, we all know that McDonald's looks better in ads that in real life. The kids were hungry, they got McDonald's and that's it really. I feel like when they make the chicken burgers, they just hate to add more than a tiny bit of mayo. It just makes me feel like I'm eating the burger fry without sauce. The atmosphere at this branch was ok. It was crowded.

Used McDelivery, worst experience I have ever had for a simple burger and chips. The driver never delivered but claimed to have. When I complained and reported that I had not received my order, they simply said sorry but our policy doesn't allow for refunds and closed the matter. I would recommend Burger King over McDonalds, the service is so much better and you don't get this bad attitude either.

I have come in today 31.10.24 with a big order 016 there was no orange juice in the bag The service was fine but this little glitch has upset the person who order the drink I have tried to call no answer so that why i done this review

Slowest drive through ever! Been here atleast 3 times and everytime your stuck for atleast 20 mins. Probably faster to park up and go Inside

I always order take away in this branch. Usually late in the evening / night when I’m back from the gym. EVERY SINGLE TIME WHEN I ARRIVE AT HOME, I HAvE TO FIND OUT THAT SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY THE ORDER! I’m too tired to come back and ask for the missing item, but I find IT unacceptable! I believe is not that difficult to count and double check the order before giving the bag to the customer… especially because the restaurant is not busy at the time I go. 👎🏼

This mcdonalds is terrible; avoid avoid avoid unless you want uncooked food. You try to complain and are told that's how it comes out. You say you will never go back there and they say no worries. This is customer service at it's worst.... If you want food poisoning go ahead. I'll just go to the one at Ballards Road where they actually cook their mcdonalds. This place is disgusting.....

Our go to McDonalds on the whole. It's usually good with some nice staff but we are let down on occasions. Order at the table is usually pretty quick and haven't had to exchange my toffee latte for a fresh hot one with the cream still visible for some time now, are they finally on the ball? Rarely have problems with the food. Don't use the drive through. One bug bear, disabled parking often has cars without blue badges. Frustrating for someone who needs the car door wide open to exit/enter.

Burger and fries were cold and hard to eat. Chocolate milk shake was melted so tasted bad.

Delivery driver refused to bring my food to my front door and wanted me to come to him. I said I was disabled and not mobile, so he marked the order as delivered, took it with him and left. Had to get a full refund from Just Eat.

Always just the worst McDonalds. I try not to go here ever. Always Incorrect order. Terrible manager. Unfortunately this is the worst mcdonalds but the closest to my house, I tried it again after not using it for a month and still no improvement.

Tables of screaming kids with parents on their phones oblivious to the noise they are making. Come in here to get something to eat whilst charging my van. Could only stand 10 minutes, came out with a headache.

We parked in their car park (along with another family we were meeting up with) and received a parking ticket for staying longer than 1h30m. As well as catching up over lunch the kids used the small play area afterwards. There may have been signs outside which we missed as it was raining heavily, but there were no obvious signs inside warning of this limit and both us and the other family received a £100 parking fine. I appealed unsuccessfully and contacted McDonalds via Facebook who were unable to help. If you are considering catching up with friends etc. over lunch then maybe go somewhere else that doesn't have parking restrictions.

NOT ONE single dip was included in the order SO disappointing! Was looking forward to the dips with the meal. I added x6 different dips, the garlic bread cheese dippers dip didn’t even come with it.

Went their Late Night/Early Hours went for Cheese Burgers. We were given luke warm Burgers. Tolerable but only just.

We did drive through at 1.30am after a hospital trip and the golden arches were a beautiful site when you've not eaten and been through a trauma. The food was fresh and fast.

The delivery driver was pleasant.

After the self service machine didnt print the receipt with my order number and i must have missed it on the screen, i waited about five minutes. Nothing. Walked up to the counter and tried to ask a colleague who didt answer my questions. I kept asking, he didnt answer. I stepped back. Few minutes later i asked another colleague who find my order and told me my number was called out several times. it wasnt because i asked with every take away order if its mine.

Customer service has always been maintained to a good standard. The food has always been fresh and warm, it is very rare when I need to make a complaint and when I do there is always a positive outcome to the situation.

took 50 mins to get 3 sandwiches... though the driver was waiting as well for mc staff to prepare the food .....

Was missing my sauces for nuggets sharebox, and no straws. Burger was warm at best
