McDonald's in Barking and Dagenham

I always order take away in this branch. Usually late in the evening / night when I’m back from the gym. EVERY SINGLE TIME WHEN I ARRIVE AT HOME, I HAvE TO FIND OUT THAT SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY THE ORDER! I’m too tired to come back and ask for the missing item, but I find IT unacceptable! I believe is not that difficult to count and double check the order before giving the bag to the customer… especially because the restaurant is not busy at the time I go. 👎🏼

This mcdonalds is terrible; avoid avoid avoid unless you want uncooked food. You try to complain and are told that's how it comes out. You say you will never go back there and they say no worries. This is customer service at it's worst.... If you want food poisoning go ahead. I'll just go to the one at Ballards Road where they actually cook their mcdonalds. This place is disgusting.....

Our go to McDonalds on the whole. It's usually good with some nice staff but we are let down on occasions. Order at the table is usually pretty quick and haven't had to exchange my toffee latte for a fresh hot one with the cream still visible for some time now, are they finally on the ball? Rarely have problems with the food. Don't use the drive through. One bug bear, disabled parking often has cars without blue badges. Frustrating for someone who needs the car door wide open to exit/enter.

Burger and fries were cold and hard to eat. Chocolate milk shake was melted so tasted bad.

The food was cold,as the driver took too long to come

No sauce for mozzarella sticks

Delivery driver refused to bring my food to my front door and wanted me to come to him. I said I was disabled and not mobile, so he marked the order as delivered, took it with him and left. Had to get a full refund from Just Eat.

Went through drive through . Has to wait ages food was awful and cold even coke tasted awful

Always just the worst McDonalds. I try not to go here ever. Always Incorrect order. Terrible manager. Unfortunately this is the worst mcdonalds but the closest to my house, I tried it again after not using it for a month and still no improvement.

Not Bad for a McDonald's Plenty of parking at this site. Probably the best McDonald's in Dagenham out of the 3

Tables of screaming kids with parents on their phones oblivious to the noise they are making. Come in here to get something to eat whilst charging my van. Could only stand 10 minutes, came out with a headache.

We parked in their car park (along with another family we were meeting up with) and received a parking ticket for staying longer than 1h30m. As well as catching up over lunch the kids used the small play area afterwards. There may have been signs outside which we missed as it was raining heavily, but there were no obvious signs inside warning of this limit and both us and the other family received a £100 parking fine. I appealed unsuccessfully and contacted McDonalds via Facebook who were unable to help. If you are considering catching up with friends etc. over lunch then maybe go somewhere else that doesn't have parking restrictions.

NOT ONE single dip was included in the order SO disappointing! Was looking forward to the dips with the meal. I added x6 different dips, the garlic bread cheese dippers dip didn’t even come with it.

Went their Late Night/Early Hours went for Cheese Burgers. We were given luke warm Burgers. Tolerable but only just.

We did drive through at 1.30am after a hospital trip and the golden arches were a beautiful site when you've not eaten and been through a trauma. The food was fresh and fast.

Chicken nuggets were stale for some reason it was a 3am order so not surprised if they just left it.

The food was great and the atmosphere felt like an American Dream. The best McDonald's 👌

I had to wait well over 1 hour and when my food came it was freezing cold

My friend asked ordered his food and it never came until we asked for it 20 mins later, meanwhile my burger was in a horrible state

The delivery driver was pleasant.

After the self service machine didnt print the receipt with my order number and i must have missed it on the screen, i waited about five minutes. Nothing. Walked up to the counter and tried to ask a colleague who didt answer my questions. I kept asking, he didnt answer. I stepped back. Few minutes later i asked another colleague who find my order and told me my number was called out several times. it wasnt because i asked with every take away order if its mine.

Customer service has always been maintained to a good standard. The food has always been fresh and warm, it is very rare when I need to make a complaint and when I do there is always a positive outcome to the situation.

Was missing my sauces for nuggets sharebox, and no straws. Burger was warm at best

took 50 mins to get 3 sandwiches... though the driver was waiting as well for mc staff to prepare the food .....

I don't like the food because the food is is kind of disgusting but good is is but I like the chicken or the thing to sell like I like to eat the burger with ham and the chicken wings and the chicken Leg and search more

Went into the first lane to order. Nobody spoke through the microphone. On the other lane 2 people got their orders taken so I pulled up to the window and the girl working at the first window at 10:50pm took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. I explained to her that the first lane to take orders may be broken as nobody spoke to me. She does not even apologise just says “what do you want?”. I pay and go to next window in which i see girls gossiping about men asking for their numbers and laughing. Get told to wait at another window to which 3 orders were given before mine was. Keep in mind i just ordered 1 wrap meal. No apologies for waiting no customer service just rudeness. Will not be back not sure why they believe I deserved this.

Aisha was our server, OMG customer service amazing , she is smiley happy and helpful and efficient every thing you would want in a server. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so impressed that I thought this lady needed to be recognised as she is doing an amazing job.

They sent me someone else’s order I didn’t even get to try my food.

The food was okay. The driver however handed me one bag and claimed he needed to get my drinks out of his car. He then proceeded to get into the car and drive off without handing me anything else.

MESS UP OUR WHOLE ORDER and then did not answer phone when called. Ordered 2 large sprite, galaxy mc flurry & a kids happy meal with a spite. Received 2 diet cokes, NO drink with happy meal & NO galaxy mc flurry. lazy staff clearly!!

This McDonald's is literally just down the road from me, like quite literally 30 seconds away and they keep forgetting my order's constantly, they do the same when I go there, and now they're doing the same when I order. Terrible.

Food was just cold understand drivers gotta make money but I was like the 3rd stop resulting in cold food and not really enjoyed it

Missing items the African lady I called was very rude talking over me she was working at 29/05/24 at 1am fire her now.

I recently visited McDonald's and had a less than satisfactory experience. When I arrived at the drive-thru, there was no response to take my order, so I proceeded to the window where I saw two employees chatting. I ordered a wrap and an ice cream. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, I received my order but noticed the ice cream was missing. Upon driving away, I opened my wrap and found it poorly made. I believe the staff could benefit from additional training to improve service quality.

Had missing items not to happy

Food took just over half an hour to arrive but was warm when it turned up which is important to me. The chips were nice, hot chocolate was farrrrr to sweet and put me right off ever ordering one from this brunch EVER! The chicken burger was overcooked and apple pie was ok.

Always gets my order right unlike some of the other restaurants but delivery time should be make more earlier due to its to late to order at 10pm

The food was cold and I returned it twice, before getting a refund. The restaurant was full of plastic road men and wannabe gangsters. Staff don't care and are completely uninterested in customer service.

Update 28/04/2024 Got a Breakfast wrap, bit into it and nearly gagged the eggs were off. Tried ringing restaurant to warn them, and nobody bothers to pick up.

Missing items and incorrect items, food was cold. Shame as this is usually the only McDonald’s that’s decent around here!

Every time I order from Whalebone Lane, there are items missing. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I only ordered from here because the others was closed. I really fancied a specific burger which I did not receive. I'm so annoyed. Then again, I can't be that mad... I was expecting them to screw up and they did. All I want is my burger.

I ordered with McDonald’s well bone Lane and bacon Mac meal with cheese, large with Coke and large fries and double quarter pounder meal, large with large fries and large Coke. The burgers are missing. It’s just bun and cheese I’m so upset right now

Food was hot and early, shame whalebone lane McDonalds only delivers past 10.40 pm. Think people would want this delivery address being local than the others
