The best restaurants in London

Had a fantastic first time experience at Steak & co. Leicester Square, made all the more memorable by a great waiter Farah who was very welcoming,friendly & knowledgeable. He made some great recommendations and talked us through the hot stones etc. I had the fillet steak & the stone which was superb. My son whose birthday it was, went all out with the Tomahawk & my wife had the Japanese Wagyu stone experience which was so tasty. A really different & very pleasant steak meal which we will repeat in the future I’m sure. Again a big shout out to Farah, if only more staff in other establishments showed as much care & passion as him, then dining out would be excellent every time. Many thanks for a great lunch.

Really great beer and friendly staff but standard craft was a tenner a pint. Putting it down to being Crimbo party season right in town (what was did I expect). Will still visit again

We came 55 minutes before closing. We ordered at 10:10pm and they close at 11pm. They kicked us out of the restaurant to wait for our to-go order (there was nearly no room to wait near at the front). We kindly made it clear that we had already ordered and were only waiting for our food and that we’d leave as soon as we received it. We were not allowed to sit at a table and were forced to await our food in the cold. They also did not tell us when our food was ready so we waited for 35 minutes to get our food. Poor customer service.

Certainly best Sunday lunch I have experienced in London for a very long time and amazing service. Roast beef/ yorkie cooked to perfection, veg and roasties piping hot☺️. Thank you chefs. Service was impeccable, Luka very knowledgable, helpful and efficient attending our table professionally then Jacob serving us the specialty buffalo drinks and explaining everything with enthusiasm. All together a first class experience. Thank u to the whole team as u all made our day 👌

Gran experiencia! especialmente para mi hija que es celíaca, ya que podía pedir cualquier cosa en el menú, incluso los aros de cebolla! y acaban de agregar un bollo sin gluten. Servicio excelente y comida deliciosa! - sin duda volveremos

I am so disappointed on this occasion since is not my first time visit flat iron but it is my first time in this location and it’s so sad that we had to wait for our table for more than 30 min once we were called in apparently someone else took our reservation but the young lady at the host completely ignored my partener when he asked about our table , after all of this our waiter decides that he has time to brush the floor and talk to his colleagues rather then coming and at least say hi , I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but he has a face piercing….. the food was AMAZING as usual is just the the service was not the best

Fantastic service by Asad, the meat was beautifully selected and perfectly cooked, the cocktails are fairly standards but done well, the decor is art deco and warm. A good and elegant place away from the noise of Piccadilly Circus

Same standard but at least my school dinners were warm !!!!! Beef was wafer thin. Not pink and full of sinew aswell. Staff were very poor

Paid nearly £40 for 2 stone cold kebabs soggy cold chips & a pot of chilli sauce that was all over the bag

Great friendly staff, the lasagna I got was really nice. I think my partner enjoyed her spaghetti carbonara. No complaints from her side.
