Not your everyday pub, the tables were very clean. No sticky residue on the tables unlike other pubs. The chicken roast was great.

Such a great spot! Ideal for a date or a family gathering. The space was Elegant but comfortable, Our waitresses were warm but professional, and the food was exceptional. Elevated takes on classic dishes and all still approachable and cooked to perfection. Nice wine selection too, and all at reasonable prices. Worth the walk along the river from Cambridge!

The food and real ales were good. We sat outside in a covered area in the back garden. Very pleasant on a hot day in April.

Had the best night here lovely pub everyone so friendly and the staff are amazing can't do enough for you , Also the rooms are lovely to bed so comfortable everything you need little fridge with little snacks coffee and t and breakfast cereal and biscuits . Definitely stay here again so if you thinking of staying over in Cambridge you definitely want to book into The Kings Head .

Walked for miles to go for food as advertised as open, dog friendly only to get there and it's shut for business full stop not happy not even sign in windows to say why.

Ordered regular cappuccino's and were told that the servery had run out of cups !!! Consequently we received our drinks in half-full large cups - not very appeallling or satisfactory. Surely an upgrade or alternative might have been offered.? The amount requested at the till was incorrect - and it was necessary to point out that we had only one, not two scones. A previous visit was fine - but not this one - and no response to feedback sent directly.

Nada impreso en ninguna parte, y no estoy seguro de que el proveedor de servicios lo permita, no lo hace en mi tienda! Dada la conversión a pagos con tarjeta/teléfono realizada por la mayoría durante el confinamiento, la mayoría de las personas ahora pagan con tarjeta, sin embargo, había muchas alternativas cercanas que sí aceptaban tarjetas, así que me fui... y comí en otro lugar. Hotel rooms a bit tired, need refurbishmen.

We booked online for a Friday in the reasturant, it was very busy the reservation seemed to be nessary if you want a table here. Decor was nice and servers attentive and polite. The food was really nice, I would say portions were fine dining size if you are having a main only meal. We enjoyed the desserts, I would say they need more sauce or ice cream. We would visit again, want to try their Sunday roast.

Service was excellent, but the food was very overpriced for what you get. I am a bit disappointed as I was very looking forward to have a great experience and the food was very avaridge, nothing special. I could have spend that money elsewhere and enjoyed my dinner more. Overall wasn't a horrendous experience but I would not consider to return.

Excellent food and service, lovely place to eat .. weather was good so sat outside in the beer garden… staff friendly and attentive and the food came out on time and was lovely… the surrounding village is lovely so it’s worth a trip to the country side too.. Cambridge not far away either if you fancy a bit of retail therapy!

We got the fish and chips—pretty good, though not the best item I’ve had from the menu. The place always has a great summer vibe, which I really enjoy. I do wish the tables had been cleaned before we sat down but other than that always a great trip down!

Excellent great food and service , all had the trio of roasts and desserts, all really good, we will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!
