Bit of a walk from centre but classic city estate pub. Good choice of beers, classy old gents lining the bar. Exactly what you'd expect from this type of pub.

I don’t know what to say . Some items are flawless , like generally flawless . Although Others items taste like a frozen meal you’ve stuck in the microwave. I’d be conflicted about coming back if it wasn’t for the small portions and slightly over priced for what you receive .after careful consideration I have moved in to a 2 stars.

Highly recommend this place! Definitely recommend the salt and chili wings and prawn toast.

Delicious and piping hot, unfortunately we recieved 2 battered small sausages instead of a jumbo sausage unbattered and for the 2nd time my fish still hadcskin on.

Very cosy pub with lovely staff. We arrived to a roaring fire and delicious dinner before staying the night in a very comfortable bed. Would revisit in a heartbeat x

I brought my grandson to notcutts today, 13 months old. I was looking forward to sharing some quality time with him looking at the animals and decorations. He knocked over some Christmas crackers. I put them back up. One of your female staff, proceeded to tell me that if he (my grandson) is a toucher, there are a lot of breakable things around. I was mortified and embarrassed and proceeded to leave. I will not be returning again, ever.

delivery time was 19.20 to 19.40 but not received order

Ordered a take away via their app. The service was good, although they got my name wrong! And speedy. The pizza was actually better than I expected and was very filling and well priced for a midweek deal.
