The best restaurants in Eaton Norwich East of England

Ordered a delivery from this place and after waiting for nearly two hours with no contact, they cancelled it. The food is over priced and service is a complete joke. Avoid at all costs. Never before have I been so disgusted with a business. No offer of any compensation or apology, just damn right out of order. USE THIS BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Bit of a walk from centre but classic city estate pub. Good choice of beers, classy old gents lining the bar. Exactly what you'd expect from this type of pub.

Highly recommend this place! Definitely recommend the salt and chili wings and prawn toast.

Always delicious and piping hot, chips are great and the fish and fishcake are second to none, always pleased.

Really disappointed as this place was previously good (a few years back). This is the second visit where it has been just rubbish service . The first time was Father’s day last year and I gave the benefit of the doubt. It’s utter chaos, there appears to be no structure in how to manage the place and whilst we were there we heard members of staff bickering and they thought it was acceptable in front of paying customers . The Sunday lunch was average . The roast potatoes had clearly been sitting around for a few hours and when you are paying £22 for a main , it should be relatively decent. Absolutely won’t be returning . I should have known better after last time, there are many other deserving places than this establishment that attempts to brand itself as reputable !

We ordered some food here, one Thai and one Chinese dish. Was not authentic at all and didn’t enjoy it, the Chinese dish tasted like it was from a jar. Staff in the takeaway were friendly and helpful however. The food unfortunately was a big let down

I brought my grandson to notcutts today, 13 months old. I was looking forward to sharing some quality time with him looking at the animals and decorations. He knocked over some Christmas crackers. I put them back up. One of your female staff, proceeded to tell me that if he (my grandson) is a toucher, there are a lot of breakable things around. I was mortified and embarrassed and proceeded to leave. I will not be returning again, ever.

Ordered was 40min late and arrived cold. When phoned asking where my order was person was very rude. Not worth the £16

Ordered a take away via their app. The service was good, although they got my name wrong! And speedy. The pizza was actually better than I expected and was very filling and well priced for a midweek deal.
