The best restaurants in Baldock Town North Hertfordshire East of England

Just stopped for a quick coffee. Excellent coffee and fabulous cakes. We had the almond croissant cookie and the carrot cake, both of which were excellent. Highly recommended!

Dan, Laura and all the staff are so lovely. Batch fifty two really has become an integral part of the community in Baldock. As a family we all love going there for eating in and take away drinks and snacks. All the food is delicious and made fresh on site. You should visit whenever you are in Baldock

Went there 24th May, Lunchtime visit, table of 10, food was exceptional, as always, staff were very friendly and attentive, had a marvellous day, looking forward to our next visit. Well done Kish and the team

Really lovely experience. Tried to book a table very last minute and emailed back and forth with a lady called Jacqui, she advised they were fully booked but to pop down anyway and see if anything became available. Upon arrival we were greeted with very friendly faces and after explaining we had emailed etc the staff knew exactly who we were as the message had been passed on. They were more than accommodating and we were seated at the bar (best seat in the house in my opinion). The barman and the waitress we had (apologies we never got your names) were just ace. Our food was gorgeous and came out in a great amount of time without overlapping each dish so we could really enjoy the food. The whole vibe of the place is really just amazing. We had such a wonderful evening, and the cocktails were incredible!! We will definitely be returning as a whole family but I’m glad I got to spend my first experience in there dining with my mum alone💚. The staff really are wonderful and definitely make the place even more enjoyable.

It’s simply the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to, the staff are extremely friendly, polite, courteous and the food is absolutely stunning, can’t rate high enough absolutely superb

First visit and stumbled against it looking for a decent restaurant and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The whole experience was lovely and the food gave us a taste of Greece we have missed due to Covid.

Our go to local Chinese, great quality food every time. They have always got our order correct. You do have to collect but it is absolutely worth it!

Cosy little cafe. Good food and good service. 2nd time we've been there since all of us have moved to Baldock and will happily come back again! Dog friendly too which is always a plus 😀

One of the best curries I have had in a long time! I'll absolutely be coming back very soon. I always have a madras, and the one I got from here was the perfect amount of spice, it was smooth and very tasty. The chicken was cooked perfectly and so was the potato in the bombay aloo. The service was fast and they were very welcoming and friendly. Very reasonable too!
