Dan, Laura and all the staff are so lovely. Batch fifty two really has become an integral part of the community in Baldock. As a family we all love going there for eating in and take away drinks and snacks. All the food is delicious and made fresh on site. You should visit whenever you are in Baldock

They’ve got it so right here. If you haven’t tried it, you should! Not only is it beautifully decorated, and a clean and comfortable, the staff are just lovely and the food is incredible! All freshly made and all high quality. Even the peppermint tea is the best I’ve ever tasted! The menu offers a good selection with something for everyone. I have a gluten intolerance but this was no issue, almost every item could be made gluten free. They also had two gluten free freshly made cake options. The chocolate shortbread was just, Wow, melts in your mouth and such a treat. A rare find and worth the trip just for that. The three cheese toastie is also a winner! Absolutely delicious and a really good portion size. Again, so tasty but it wasn’t just your standard cheese melt, this was packed with flavour! The menu has good variety, I’m not easily pleased but I would eat everything on the menu. You can tell these guys have poured their heart a souls into this place. It’s a real treasure to have somewhere unique that has so much to offer and at such a reasonable price to.

Great vibe and one of the best carrot cakes I have ever had and I should about carrot cake! I have set my wife the challenge to beat it but she has told me to just drive back and get more slices.

Great to have this little gem in Baldock. First class coffee!! And gluten free options of cakes which is great. Friendly service too. We will be back.
