Always brilliant food and service

Bang-on-point, hidden away on the back of industrial space... A lot more charming than it sounds though! Super friendly, clean and comfortable. Dog friendly too (and treats). Coffee excellent, no burnt taste here. Food fresh, hot and tasty. Couldn't fault it. Will be back. Fair value and good portions. A winner.

Wow what a find. Had to meet with the boss for a breakfast meeting. Well set out plugs and usb points every where. Great service and breakfast was yummy yummy yummy. It's a bit tucked away behind another building but worth finding. Prices were spot on. It's another place save in my sat nov favourites.

Excellent venue, delicious food and very friendly staff. The only place so far that has a decent gluten free option, other than the standard baked potato and salad. Definitely worth a visit and one my wife and I shall be frequenting!

Great place for a decent coffee and to unwind or meet with friends. I didn't eat on this occasion but the food looked good. Coffee is probably one of the best in the area.

It's a bugger to find! You don't believe the satnav that takes you into an industrial estate;but that's where it is. Friendly staff, outside seating, and very popular. Beats chain cafes in my opinion.

The Jubilee Social is a beautiful cafe, and the staff here are wonderful. We have just celebrated our grans 100th birthday, the venue was great, spotless, could open the doors so lovely and airy, safe for the kids to run around. The food and drinks were delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. My family and my gran had a wonderful day. Thank you, so much for being part of that, can't wait to return for lunch when im next in the area.

This Cafe is a hidden gem. I have eaten in a lot places over the years and I can honestly say this is the best place I’ve come across. The environment is beautiful and clean. The food is of high quality, cooked and presented perfectly. But without the staff it would just be a building, they are friendly, polite and welcoming. I couldn’t praise them enough. I wasn't expecting to find an absolute hidden gem of a cafe around the corner here (though they could use a few more signs!) Very reasonably priced drinks and food, friendly staff, and a lovely environment. Lunch was available from midday and there was a good selection (with decent veggie/vegan options) - I had the halloumi salad, which was freshly cooked, high quality, and didn't skimp on the halloumi. The breakfast looked pretty good too when I arrived. I'd say it's worth going out of your way for.

Really enjoyed lunch here today. The chicken burger was great and very reasonably priced. Good coffee and a friendly service. Will go back.

Enjoy my visits to this restaurant, unfortunately service was quite slow so had to leave Friday as we sat there for 10 minutes without having our order taken. But normally very good

Located on an industrial park, this is no greasy spoon. A high class café/restaurant with lovely, happy staff. The food is high quality, as is the coffee. Proper bacon served with avocado in lovely bread. Exceptionally clean, with a great atmosphere. Do yourself a favour and visit soon.

First time here and I will definatelly be back - fabulous, friendly staff and the homemade cake was delicious :). Great to go with friends or as a couples. No music playing :) and no families/buggies/noisy children/crying babies at the time of my visit :)

This place looks and smells amazing, and the staff were friendly. However, i didnt get to try any of it, as they arent child friendly! There are no high chairs for my daughter! What sort of cafe doesn't have high chairs. Huge shame

Recommended to come her whilst having may car serviced close by. So glad I followed their directions and had a couple of hours to kill there. Great atmosphere and very welcoming. I just ordered a pot of tea but soon fancied one of the wonderful breakfasts I saw emerging from the kitchen. Great value and high quality food. Already looking forward to my visit next year when the MOT is due again.

Such a great cafe. Welcoming, bright and cheerful. Great, friendly service. I had a coffee and a ciabatta which were both top quality. It's a hidden gem - you might struggle to find it at first - you have to walk round an office building through the car park to find it - you might doubt yourself, but keep going, it's worth it.

The place was really busy when we arrived and to be fair to the staff they managed our expectations in relation to timings really well. The food was absolutely delicious, as was the mocha and all reasonably priced. My criticism is how difficult it is to find out information about timings etc - no one ever answers the phone, the website is non-existent and not everyone uses Facebook. Sort the comms out and it would be 5/5 - unless you know from experience, it’s not clear no food is served between 11-12 for example.

This is a lovely hidden gem, very out of the way but worth the trip. The food was amongst the best cafe breakfasts for miles around. The atmosphere was not like a typical cafe and the staff were lovely.

I was surprised by how wonderful Jubilee Social was! Breakfast was so yummy and made with such care. My sausage and egg bap was the best I’ve ever had - bread quality was so good. We also tried their homemade chocolate chip cookies which - as a baker myself - were made to perfection. So understated and so worth the visit!

I love having an occasional lunch at the Jubilee social as it serves a great selection of food cooked to order. The atmosphere is truly unique with wonderful staff.

Visited for the first time this morning. Best breakfast I've had in Letchworth, beautifully seasoned and portion sizes are spot on! Staff are lovely and the decor inside is nice too. If this was in the centre of town, it would put others out of business!

Great food, awesome coffee, incredible home made cakes and treats, all served by lovely people that care about you and the quality of the food that they're serving you. Hidden away on the Jubilee Trading Estate, this little gem has been thoughtfully designed and put together so you would never know you were dining in a business park. The interior decor is stylishly modern yet homely, and the beautiful courtyard with picnic benches and well kept planters let you enjoy the sunshine with your refreshments. Highlights for me are the home made cakes, coffee and breakfasts. Handy Tip: Laugh at Andrea & Belle's jokes to be sure on getting the largest slice of cake ;-) All the staff are amazing, but Sue is number 1! Did I mention the home made cakes?

Firstly I want to say the atmosphere is very uncomfortable. It’s not very welcoming and for a cafe that’s essential! The people that work in there are very rude and not approachable. The only thing good about this place is the food and even that’s laking in some areas.

What can I say other than I'll be back... regularly!

Delicious breakfast but poor service. They don't offer any black pudding but waitress didn't know this and left me believing it would come with my breakfast. Also, their "big breakfast" is supposed to come with tomato, yet nobody in my party received this with their breakfasts. No explanation or discount was given.

It's rare that you find a place that has maintained such a high rating. Having come back here twice now, I feel its deserved, a really nice coffee shop, with great food, good coffee, a nice vibe and service with a smile. Parking is very limited and tight/enclosed, but 3hrs at the wickes car park is plenty and close enough.

Visited Jubilee Social Club for the first time last week. What a jewel! A warm and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff - and delicious, very reasonably priced food. I had halloumi salad - which was wonderful. Followed by a generous slice of coffee and walnut cake - which was like eating a cloud! And the real test - the tea, which was lovely and strong. How fortunate we are to have such a cafe in Letchworth!

One of the best lunches and coffees I’ve had in a long while.

Lovely little cafe. The only complaint is they're a victim of their own success, super busy and not enough staff to handle the traffic. The poor girl making drinks and running the till was inundated.

Best Breakfast ever! We had the Big Breakfast (£9.50) and OMG it was the best! Proper chunky Sausages, eggs, decent cooked thick bacon, buttered toast, beans, mushrooms, tomato and perfect hash brown. This was delicious and although not the cheapest, well worth every penny. Only found this place from reviews, bit strange to find but worth the hunt. A visit to the ladies was a five star experience too!

We found this amazing cafe online. It’s in an odd location but don’t let that put you off. The food and service were excellent. The decor and feel of the place is modern, clean and comfortable. We will definitely go again.

Fab pace for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Shame it's not open at weekends. Always spotlessly clean. Love this place. Not cheap but a worthwhile treat.

Absolute Gem of a find... I wish I lived closer as this is in my top 3 of all time places to have breakfast! Everything is perfect, the decor, the ambience, the staff. Plus the food is 10/10 top notch! It was nice to tuck away into a quiet corner. But there is also lots of outside seating and other areas. Tip - the cafe is literally in the industrial estate opposite burger King, you initially think your in the wrong spot, then you see it.

Was dubious that the word of mouth was exaggerated, but it's true...I did love this place! Being vegan, it's hard to find really good food in most cafes. However, after a short conversation, I was given the most delicious meal I've eaten out in a while. Great decor, atmosphere and customer service.
