Moreno's in North Hertfordshire

We stayed in Royston for 2 days and had breakfast there both mornings. Food is delicious and staff are very kind and friendly.

Simply the best breakfast you can have. 5*service, 5*food, 5* all the way. I have never complained when it comes to the Keto breakfast.

This is a great place to stop for breakfast or brunch on the way from West London to Cambridge. Been here twice en route! Run by two friendly helpful chaps.

Being on holiday we stoped for a coffee and brunch. Excellent service, couldn’t have wished for better. Decent food. The adjoining table had a breakfast that was huge! Very good value. RECOMMENDED

The staff working at the cafe is diligent and of the most welcoming! After some conversation with the owner, we found out the reason why we’d come back again just to try all the different dishes! Great full English breakfast and coffee!

This place is fantastic. The menu is extensive, service friendly and always with a smile. Food is freshly prepared and presented well. You just need to go and try it for yourself

Went with a friend from work and chose the chicken and rice which i thought was a bit pricey at almost £15 , when i mentioned that i thought it was a bit expensive the main guy with the beard became aggressive and said do i want it or not and that i should just go to the kebab shop next door .of course we left without ordering .Good manners cost nothing .

Me and my partner visited Morenos for a roast dinner and we were not disappointed. The service was very friendly, the roast dinner was very tasty and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning.

Returned to Morenos Cafe for a delightful caesar salad and a coffee latte with oat milk. Once again, the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Their service, coffee and food never disappoints, it’s consistently great.

Stopped in for a coffee. I was impressed by the European attitude of the place. It was obviously popular as it was packed! Coffee was perfect, a rare experience in the UK. Staff were friendly, engaging and delightful. I'll be back for a breakfast 😁

This must be the best place to have breakfast with kids within 50 miles radius. Milkshakes, burgers, kids meals, full english all super tasty. Probably the largest choice of milkshakes in the UK. Pricing is perfect, not cheap but not overly expensive. Service is amazing too. It has the feel of an American Diner in style. If you are visiting by car from outside Royston park at Princes Mews, Royston SG8 9BL, its only 5 minutes walk.

Popped into this old-school café on a Saturday morning and had no trouble getting a table. The decor is a bit tired but the place was clean and we were served quickly. Huge menu so you’re spoilt for choice! Ordered the Mediterranean breakfast (scrambled eggs, beef sausage, halloumi, tomato, cucumber, olives and toast with jam/marmalade) which was very tasty and service was excellent throughout. We’ll be back!

Have been a regular customer for years, have never ever had a bad experience, even when it is rammed (which is most weekends during the day). Choice is excellent, prices are starting to creep up, but aren't they everywhere?! Service is always polite and efficient, what more could anybody ask for? If you have an appetite, I recommend the 'Challenge Breakfast', not massive, but enough to get you going.

Huge fan of this place, the Keto breakfast is exceptional. Tastes incredible, served with a smile and not a bit of grease. The photo shows you all you need to know. The black pudding was an added extra.

Absolutely love morinos. Me and the other half have been going here every week for a very long time now and I've not had one bad experience to date.

We travel from Sheffield to work in Royston and always hit Morenos for a fuel up on lunch break. With a brilliant varying menu that is priced very reasonably. I over the last few months have tried many different menu option which are all fantastic however, the most recent one was the FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST CHALLENGE! Priced at £13 with a hot drink was very very good value for money. Quality ingredients cooked very well. My work colleagues speak very highly of Morenos Cafe also. The guys who work there are on the ball and really look after all their customers. Which goes a hell of a long way in my opinion. Just one of the many great points about this place. Looking forward to returning next week.

Was working in the area and needed to eat. Moreno’s was one of the first options open at 11am. My bacon and egg bap had lots of bacon, the egg was a little runny and the bap was decent. I was eating with colleagues and all food came out quickly and was good. Service was friendly and it’s clearly a local favourite. Would recommend this cafe.

Sunday early Morning in Royston, desperate for hot breakfast - Morenos open. Full English with fried bread and salted caramel latte for me. Good quality and fast and very friendly service.

THE place to go, if you fancy a proper cafe 'Full English'. Also, great for takeaway bacon/sausage/egg* rolls 🤤 Good food, friendly service and it doesn't hurt the pocket. What more can you ask?
