Great breakfast stop. Reasonable price and food top notch. Eat outside and enjoy the view. Highly recommended.

Had a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon with chips for lunch. Takeaway. It was good. The burger was good meat and tasted great. Chips were decent too. Friendly staff and good atmosphere inside. Will go back again.

Tiny cafe so you have to catch it at the right time. But the food is spot on! Also the best coffee I know of. Always have to pop in for a coffee if I'm in the area & everyone else iv taken there so far agrees. Thank you.

I moved to Baldock two years ago but I didn't know this was here!! It was excellent!

Nice little cafe in the heart of town. Only down side for me was the sausages. Wayyyy to many herbs. Not my style at all. Sorry.

Been here for 3 days in BALDOCK, found this cafe on the high street, lovely breakfast, highly recommend

Had heard about this cafe from others but only tried for the first time today .Sign of a good venue it was packed with workmen always tough critics .There was one table left so we were ok . We were a group of 3 adults and 2 children. The children had pancakes and syrup a generous portion of which nothing was left . The adults 1 had a small breakfast the two others egg,bacon and sausage baguette . They were all very good as were the coffees . Won't be our last visit and would recommend.

Gorgeous full English breakfast. Staff very friendly, helpful. Free parking outside. Outside seating, plus a seating courtyard at back. We will visit again!

Staff were quite rude, as if I was an inconvenience. I have quite high standards for coffee and this was absolutely terrible, I burnt my tongue and it was extremely bitter. If you’re after a decent coffee go up the road to Luna. Seems popular if you’re after a fry up or burger though.

1st visit today. It was really nice. Hubby had the hangover breakfast & I had the 1/4lb cheeseburger with fries. Both were delicious. Proper doorstop toast, butchers sausage. Staff were very friendly & no plates were left hanging around either. Definitely going to make this our regular stop off.

Myself, my wife and 2 year old son popped into Dizi Cafe today. Gotta say it was simply the best Cafe in the area full stop. Fantastic friendly helpful staff. Immaculately clean, Great quality food. Really really good. Don't even look elsewhere, just go there. Be sure to check out the seating area out the back. Beautiful and really well done.

Builder working here there every where. Great Bacon and Egg roll. Pleasant service from two lovely ladys . Here till Wednesday. Going here for a takeaway lunch for my stay. P.S Bacon is banging!!. Note didn't look to see if they have a takeaway breakfast!. Will see tomorrow.

Friendly staff, with plenty of choice on the menu. The poached eggs are always spot on as is the coffee. Lovely location on the High Street and has seating outside at the front if you like to watch the world go by and a private courtyard at the rear.

Very cute little place. Friendly staff. Food came out quite promptly. They do a smashing full English breakfast. But they over do the bacon! Would definitely eat here again.

Just had coffee and cake but it was good and served by friendly staff. Breakfast looks good - I shall be back to try it.

Cafe needed a good clean. No social distancing ,staff didn't have face masks , or any tracking in place. General hygiene none exsistant servers keep touching hair, buy never washed hands. Would not go there again.

Fantastic cappuccino there this morning

Very pleasant cafe but was disappointed to notice that they are not adhering to COVID-19 regulations with their outside tables. Tables were not wiped down after use and we had to move an ashtray full of cigarette ends. Also the used tables were not cleared during the half hour that we were there. This needs improvement for an otherwise very nice place to eat and drink. Would have been four stars but for the above.

Popped in for a lunchtime snack, our first visit, and were pleased to have chosen Dizi. Great hospitality and the menu has a nice range of options from snacks to main meals. Our sausage roll and cheese on toast were freshly cooked and quickly served. The coffee is very good and the price for our lunch time snack a bargain.

We go here for breakfast about once a month on a Sunday morning. We have never had a poor reception, the staff are friendly and service is efficient. The food is excellent value for money and the food is cooked just how we like it.

Veli and his team run a delightful cafe. The atmosphere is friendly, the coffee is great and the sausages served in a beautifully warmed bread roll are very tasty. It's in a great location on the High Street and has seating both inside and out. It's our 'go to' cafe in Baldock.

Nicely situated on the high street so you can just sit and watch the world go by.The food and drinks were delivered very quickly and were delicious, no complaints from either of us!Staff are helpful and friendly, let me transfer my drink into a take away cup too :-)Would go back!

I had been on a 14 hour fast before having some blood taken and I was really wanting a bacon sarnie! Dili delivered - a very full sandwich with lovely brown bread, good Italian espresso and very polite and nice staff. Other very interesting cafes before you reach Dizi coming down from Teaco’s but no bacon on offer! Many thanks.

The Staff at Dizi’s are very polite but the rest is a bit of a let down. Otherwise nice Cafe is in urgent need of decorating and cleaning. The walls are dirty and the sugar bowl speaks for itself...Our breakfast was ok except for the burnt toast:-)

I really like this place for breakfast or even, just a coffee. Nice, rustic feel with the amount of wooden furniture available and very pleasant food. My only grievance with the venue is, it's not big enough. I'm not surprised that it's quite popular but a little frustrating when you can't have a table to yourself. It's not their fault, there is seating available outside but if you get the chance, Dizi is well worth a visit for a lovely breakfast

This is a very decent place. Food is not bad and although the menu is limited it is very tasty. If I have one complaint it is that it shuts at 3 PM but that said they also serve a great cup of coffee.

stopped by for a lunch snack, 3 of us ordered various panini and ended up with excellent panini each and every one of us. even had some over (because of large portions) for the dog! with drinks each and tap water for all (even though the owner said he couldent serve it because of the hosepipe ban! sicilian joke) excellent food, excellent service and excellent staff! Dizi you deserve to flourish and prosper because you do it right, well done!

When my wife asks me what I want for lunch, my usual reply is ‘a decent sandwich’. Im often disappointed, but I wasn’t disappointed here. My New Yorker sandwich -pastrami, gherkins, tomato etc. on two doorsteps of fresh bread - was the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Coffee was good as well. Recommended.

I went there with my brother and family... it was warm atmosphere from the staff, lovely backyard type of garden breakfast, foid is good, although i like bacon not dry (regulations of couse ) the food was excellent... coffe is so syrong, if you read this you might feel the caffeine... and all very clean and hospitable.

We stopped for a quick coffee and some sweets-did not disappoint! Staff was lovely and cafe was spotless, too. We can't wait to return in the summer when the patio is open.

Great coffee, friendly staff and good location with parking right outside. Came here because of the reviews, however there was little choice as they had only one sandwich filling from those advertised on the chalk board so it was disappointing that we were not able to try something different. Only tuna, cheese, ham and egg was available. May try again, not sure, hence the three stars.

We were there for lunch and we loved the London and the New York sandwiches. Made fresh they were really tasty, and huge!!! The staff was happy to help with the kid, hugh chair, etc

Nice little cafe,food good and a good service,😋🤗needs a few heaters for their patio area.....was lovely when the sun was out but chilly when it went in 😬. The boss Ali and the chef were very pleasant and helpful.

Had breakfast in Dizi ....poached egg muffin ...delicious! Coffee best we've had in a long time ! Seems to have a varied menu suitable for most people. A little cramped inside and strong odours from the kitchen but definitely worth a stop!

We dropped in for breakfast and we're delighted with this charming little cafe. Out the back is a lovely patio area well decorated with colourful pictures, tables and chairs and sun shades.

Good service, has both outdoor and indoor seating available. Accepts cash only. Overall nice little cafe for a quick bite.

Been here a few times for breakfast and they are so delicious and fantastic value for money. Traditional English breakfast and a hot drink for less than £6. And the bread is so thick and fresh. The only downside we had was that the egg yolks weren't cooked well enough and the whites were a little too crispy. I think maybe the fat was too hot? Otherwise very tasty and will definitely visit again.

This is my favorite place to eat in baldock. I have tried many dishes and I have enjoyed them all. My favorite is the lasagne and the pancakes with bacon and syrup. Staff is very friendly and efficient. They are very generous with their portions and good value for money. I recommend you try them :)
