My husband was struggling with ideas for my birthday during these restricted times, so we were so pleased to find that Sugar and Spice were offering takeaway! The waffles were delicious, really buttery and sweet served with loads of fresh strawberries, sauces and really lovely ice cream. This is a great place, would highly recommend trying it out, great value and quality food.

Absolutely disgusting food and service, ordered 8 piece family meal half the order missing, rang to inform and told its not there problem as they don’t arrange the delivery and told that the driver must have stolen the food, to top it off the bottom of the bag was soaked with grease.

Looks like your in the 80s but just gives it a better vibe. Food takes a while but it's absolutley gorgeous! Cannot fault any dish! And the owner is just an absolute dream, lovely woman

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had regarding an order placed through Deliveroo. On 10/05/25, I waited an excessive amount of time for my food, which arrived absolutely cold. When I contacted the store for assistance, I was informed that I needed to call Range Chicken, as there seemed to be a misunderstanding regarding the ownership of the establishment. The number provided on the Deliveroo platform directed me to Sobe Burger, which added to my frustration, as I was not receiving the support I required. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. His demeanor was rude, and he appeared indifferent to my concerns, which further exacerbated the situation. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects not only on the individual experience but also on the overall reputation of your service. I look forward to your response and an appropriate resolution to this matter.

This is the second time the driver left the delivery on next doors doorstep! Rubbish delivery, driver obviously can’t read numbers! By time found it was stone cold🤬won’t be reordering!

Have been visiting for many years and always enjoyed the food. More recently they've adjusted to the change in demand by closing earlier on some evenings or not opening at all. We now have a situation where things have become unpredictable. They are not open as advertised and I am often disappointed to find that they've closed early or didn't open at all. It's very sad. Please get your act together.

We ordered pizza they delivered on time. Crust was so crispy and topping was perfect delicious. Everything was fresh.

Staff where just rude. Got the feeling I was an inconvenience ordering food. Think they rather talk and show each other stuff on thier phones . Food some how was warm out the oven. Not hot. And was just slop on bread I would avoid and find some where else

Food was on time and fresh as well. Their management or owner might be changed and may be that’s why it improved and tastes better🤍
