Everything was really lovely, the vibe of the whole place was really nice and neat, and the staff were so welcoming and warm. The food was sooo good and very worth the price. We had a Mega chicken platter and at first we thought we'd need to order more because it was advertised for 4 - 5 people but it was very filling and we ended up ordering more sodes instead. We'll definitely be visiting regularly.

I came in here with my husband and our friends and we loved every minute of it. Food was very nice and service was excellent by Dana. We also had some drinks and shisha, lovely atmosphere.

Being a regular shisha smoker I rate the shisha as brilliant. It was smooth and the flavour lasted. Mocktail was lovely. Staff were polite and smiling. Will defo be visiting again.

We went for our sisters birthday. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was nice and generous portions. We would go back. My only negative is £20 birthday baklava, a ridiculously over priced slice of baklava in too much gold leaf that you had to remove it. It's a shame because we did enjoy our meal.

We came here for a birthday celebration in a large group, the food was really good and there was so much of it. The staff were really really good, I would highly recommend

Firstly I just wanted to say that we had arrived and we didn’t have a warm welcome. We had the waiter slam the drinks on the table and it took them a good 15 mins to get us napkins and she offered to give us a top up since they spilled the drink she was talking to her colleague having the time of her life. Moving on with the food it was bland and when cleaning up the table we had clean it ourselves because yet again the staff are having their own personal conversation. Lastly the coal change we had to inform them 3 times to get it changed I just have to say there are better places to go and it’s not here.

The vibe in here is absolutely immaculate, the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing and 100% worth the price. Definitely would recommend checking it out.

All in all best place ive been in a while, especially a big thank you to FATIMA for her help and attention, our son got a small finger cut and while we we're looking how to solve the issue, Fatima was quick and efficient and made sure our son is OK. Plus she offered our kid a chocolate to make things even better...cannot recommend the place enough.

Gorgeous food, lovely service!!! Absolutely beautiful restaurant (deceptive from outside - much bigger inside than it looks!) and seating area, fantastic staff and gorgeous food. We shared the Irmak special (lamb and chicken mixed platter for 3) with rice, and added a side of cous cous (was actually bulghur wheat which was gorgeous!) between three of us and had pleeeeeeenty of food with a little left to take home with us at the end ❤️ it was all really delicious! Staff were friendly and attentive and we had an excellent time.

Terrible service! I went there with my best friend to celebrate an event, the female staff that attended to us had an attitude as we walked in. Almost like they didn't want us to be there. We placed our orders but she walked right off before we were even done talking. The whole atmosphere made us uncomfortable because the staff weren't approachable. The plan was to tell them what we were celebrating so we can ask for a cake with a lit candle but we couldn't cause they weren't approachable. No form of hospitality or warm reception from her whatsoever. I almost thought she was racist You should improve on your service I will not be visiting again :)

Worst service I’ve ever had! I went on a Saturday at 11pm as it closed at 1:30am and as soon as I walked through the door the staffs were very rude, they acted like they were annoyed with us and wanted to go home The blonde female staff especially(whose name I didn’t catch) was so disrespectful ; demanding for our order and walked off before we were done talking, I haven’t seen anything more unprofessional. They turned off the heating and tv in the lounge at 12:50am whilst we were sat and asked that we had to leave Shocking experience!

Long time ago when Irmak was still small I thought their food was great. Tonight I'm not sure if it's just week days but I didn't quite appreciated their food. Their shish chicken wasn't great I thought it tasted abit like it was marinated in Chinese 5 spice. The mix doner wasn't as good as we used to buy it. Although the atmosphere and sounds was perfect but the fud was missing in real Turkish flavours.

It was a nice experience, friendly staff, good service, nice plate presentation and good atmosphere. The dessert was extraordinary. I had baklava and pistachio cake! I recommend with pleasure!

Pleasant environment, diversified food between chicken, beef, and lamb prepared and combined in different ways. As a side dish, choose between salad, fries , rice, and couscous. Pleasant plating, large choice for non-alcoholic drinks with professional presentation and exceptional dessert. I ordered like dessert baklava and pistachio cake 🥰. Friendly staff help create a pleasant evening.For a relaxing evening, I recommend this place.

Worth the trip from Coventry. Beautiful vibes and beautiful service, wonderful food, and lovely atmosphere. We wanted a quiet evening (we went Monday evening till night) and we got that, thanks for making the night comfy and worth it.

Went with few friends and had a good experience overall. Was very aesthetically pleasing. Relaxed, chilled atmosphere. Although not a fan of Turkish cuisine personally, i actually enjoyed the food. Maybe because I was very hungry to start off with! Food was lightly spiced but did taste good. Didn't like the rice and couscous, was bland for my tastebuds. Next time will try the shisha as we couldn't due to time constraints.

Extremely coldddd. Staff kept leaving door open from the shisha outdoor area. Zero consideration for customers in the restaurant area. Yet arguing that it’s customers doing that meanwhile it was staff !!! Zero accountability.

I don't believe this place. Last year I phoned and booked a table for my husnands birthday which was on a Tuesday. We turned up at the allotted time and there was a notice on the door saying closed on Tuesdays. A couple of weeks ago I booked for Eid and my booking was confirmed. I have now received an email saying they cancelled my booking due to Eid. They are an absolute joke. I certainly won't be booking again.

The restaurant is nice and the food is tasty, however it is so cold in there and even if we asked staff to put on the heating it was only for a little while. They have to realise that people sit at the tables they do t walk about, and it was very cold. Otherwise, it is very clean and toilets are spot on

My husband treated me to Mother’s Day dinner at Irmak lounge yesterday and although I don’t believe in perfect, the experience was perfect from start to finish. We were greeted by someone in the car park who opened the barrier for us. We entered the lounge and was greeted by very polite and friendly staff who walked us to our table. I was then brought a red flower and wished happy Mother’s Day by the owner which was a nice touch. The food was divine, full of flavour and very large in portion. My husband and I and our three kids thoroughly enjoyed the service. The staff were very attentive and catered to all our needs. The background music added to the ambience. Overall I cannot fault Irmak Lounge and it’s the consistent service.

Visited recently to see if it is any good. Overal impression. Not bad but not great either. Waiters are standing every 2-3m like a guards, no privacy really. Food was ok but chili sauce they offer is completely tasteless. Blunt. Portions were ok. Expensive. Difficult to find parking nearby.

First time dining here from the outside it looked lovely even better inside really nice and clean love the decor great for taking nice pictures there were 8 of us was a family meal we ordered 2 platters which severed us all we even had alot left overs which we took home to eat we had velvet ice cream extra chips extra drink all came up to £206 not bad the food was delicious we fully enjoyed it and will be coming again shout out to our friendly lovely waitress her name was Ceren she laughed a lot with us and always had a smile on her face the rest of the team along with the manager was friendly and very attentive the service was spot on didn’t have to wait for food well done team great customer service

Feel extremely lucky to have won such an amazing competition! The halloumi was delicious! The chicken sheesh was cooked to perfection! Chocolate cake was Devine! Strawberry daiquiri was the best I’ve ever had in my life! The picture area is amazing for insta pictures! LOVED the tiles in the toilets! The bar area is beautiful! When the lights dim down and the music is turned up it is a vibe! Staff were extremely friendly and really looked after us! We were made to feel like VIPs! I would definitely recommend! Thank you all so much! I really appreciate all the effort put in! Very grateful ❤️ Would be so good for a bottomless brunch in the summer

I just want to get the point, why you don't sell alcohol, but you sell shisha? If the reason is because of majority visitors are muslim and restaurant is based on muslim principles, then smoking isn't allowed too, so there's no alcohol, but there's shisha?!

so basically i went here and it looked sooo cool and nice, but ohh was i wrong i ordered a golden steak medium rare ( keep that in mind MEDIUM RARE) so after 45 minute wait i finally got my cheese chips and buffalo wings they were pretty good but they the cons bottleneck the pros so after another 1hr and 20m wait ooo my MEDIUM RARE STEak comes out bare in mind £45 and it was UNDERSEASOED NOT ONE HINT OF SALT IN IT i had to chuck my own in it and i forgot to add this there was w hair in my garlic sauce and ok fine i payed 45 for it i’m still going to eat it after i eat about 70% it gets a bit tuff i take a look ITS IS STILL RAW supposedly supposed to be medium rare so i ask a waitress named rebecca she actually handled it well (remember this name for later) i got a manager named omar and ohh was he rude, entitled and inpatient i told him my steak was raw and he tells me u ordered medium rare and that’s what it is, i don’t want to sound like a karen who is like it’s raw when it’s cooked fine no no no this was red dark deep red i think i even heard it mooing to me soo he’s arguing with me and he agrees on 10% discount so i was like awesome that’s great 10% off my 400 check NOO 10% off my steak THAT MEANS 5 pound of a 45 steak and so he left will saying if u said it earlier we could’ve changed it soo i got a takeaway box and put chips next to it i go to pay my bill as i was being rushed and girl named geren or ceren idk and idc take my chips soo i ask her where they went and she says i put them away and then i follow up with complain and she goes to bad AND PROCEEDS TO SAY COLD CHIPS ARE BAD ANYWAYS, then apparently we were missing £40 of our bill even though everyone pays we spent 1 HR AND 30 MINS DISCUSSING AND WHILE I TOLD THEM THEY ADDED AN EXTRA PLATE I MENTIONED GEREN NAME AND SHE GEREN WALKS PAST LIKE U SHOULDVE PUT UR CHIPS JN UR BAG LIKE I DIDNT ECEN MENTION THAT HONESTLY then after an hour of them accusing us they let us leave because i’m guessing they released they over charged us honestly DONT GO THERE AND I HAD TO GO to TOILET SO I WENT AND OMG WAS IT DISCCUSING PICTURE BELOW ON WHAT I WAS GREETED WITH

I came yesterday 20/12/23 we was a table of 8 we enjoyed the food and had a good time with our company After our meal 5 of us went to the shisha lounge with the intention of using this promotion that is pinned on their on instagram that promotes £10 shisha from 9pm onwards. Once sat in the shisha lounge there was one other table and no staff we was waiting for a very long time till one of my friends got up and had to look for a member of staff in the restaurant area to take our order. One member of staff came and once we told him can we have the offer and order two Shishas and some drinks he said the offer is not valid even though it says the offer is valid until the 21st of December. He continued on the be very rude and said he will not give us this service even though this is the intention we had when we came to the shisha lounge part. The whole restaurant was empty at this time but his attitude was worst we have ever seen or heard. We asked him to call the manager and he said he is the manager his name was Omar on his hand written name badge. If so he’s the worst manager and said he was meant to delete the post but he forgot The owners should really look into their staff and their advertisements as this ruined our night after everything PLEASE NOTE - thank you for your response but that is a complete lie, there was 5 of us and we ordered 2 shishas which is 1 between 2 and one person doesn’t smoke so this should have been considered. Regardless the 1 between 2 rule was not mentioned at all and this conversation definitely did not happen so Omar the manager is being dishonest. He was very rude and abrupt and he said that the £10 offer did not apply despite it being on the Instagram page and he said he will delete later. Omar is very rude, best to avoid this place, will never be coming back.

It's genuinely my favourite place... Omar is just fantastic nothing is too much trouble! I'm here nearly every week! And tonight I've brought my work friends for a Christmas meal and once again just bloody perfect!!

The best Turkish restaurant in the town to be honest. I’ve been there for dinner so the location is very nice, staff amazing and food is delicious. Definitely recommend and I’ll come back soon.

Style over substance was the overall theme. Parking is a bit of a pain as couldn't park in college carpark and had to park near the Tesco express not much of a problem unless it was raining but turn up and walk into a very nice looking and well decorated room, seats are comfortable decor is on point and even being a cold Saturday night and is normally a summer roof open place was very warm and cosy but that's basically where anything good stops! I'm not saying I wouldn't go back again but not until some changes are made and first and by far the most important sort your staff out for owners your staff should reflect you and your passion for your business but unfortunately here the staff are wooden and nearly non existent especially as there was plenty of them there wondering around aimlessly but when they would make any sort of eye contact and got to speak to one they was verging on rude some of them especially the young man at the desk where you had to pay one word stroppy word coming out of his mouth put the nail in the coffin as you leave your irmak lounge experience, id recommend either giving your staff some training in hospitality as I was when I was younger or get rid of them completely and go the route of letting people order from there phone at the table. When it comes to the food again insta and social media set a high bar and we were excited to eat here but allas it disappointed we ordered a mix lamb main as a share starter for us 3 big guys not a problem size wise but was lacking in much flavor change across the meat all tasted the same but not to unpleasant, then before we could finish with meat still on our plates here come the t bone steaks and were rushed to clear our starter while staff stood over us with big boards containing our main course that is not ok and again would be resolved with having competent staff who can keep the kitchen informed with timings and progress of customers meals people.dont mind waiting for their food in-between courses as long as they are looked after offered a drink or even just acknowledged. Now the steak It looked pleasing to the eye as my picture will show and two of them were ok if not being very thick or a good cut of meat (something to discuss with your supplier) but mine was awful I wouldn't say just over cooked I would probably imagine due the the structure of the meat that it was from frozen stock there was nothing about the main course to pull a positive from me unfortunately, in telling a member of staff this they were taken aback and wasn't sure what to do BUT and she's why I upped the service here to two stars the young girl with the nose piercing I didn't get her name she came over apologized and obviously talked to the owners and as I told her I wasn't interested in anymore food informed me that the steak would be taken off the bill so delt with that very well. As it was a long awaited meet up with friends we didn't let this dampen our spirits but instead continued our evening with dessert which looked and tasted very nice in a cheesecake and the Turkish coffee was a nice ending the the night, then it still as mentioned earlier comes to leaving and having to communicated with the man at the desk and that's not what any restaurant should have as a welcome or as a farewell as it's the last thing customers remember as they walk out of the glitzy doors and and it will be a night we will remember it not for many good reasons at all.

Second time dining here, staff were so efficient and kind. However I was 5 mins late, the restaurant had just opened so it wasn’t busy whatsoever and the owners (both brothers) looked at their watches as if to say oh your late and were very unwelcoming. This really put me off, knowing it’s their restaurant and this is the service they offer? Food is basic, just looks nice if you’re going for aesthetics.

Bit expensive food was ok not well cooked in burgers still the meat smell was there, food was average, and they charging service charges for more than 6 people, without any information, that's bit worried, but atmosphere and service was too good.

I dined at this restaurant for my birthday with my family. We booked a table on a Monday evening and it was quiet y the time but it was perfect for us. The staff and owner were pleasant and attentive. The food was lovely and we all enjoyed our meal. I was spoilt with an amazing birthday baclava dessert was soo delicious! This is by far the most amazing place to eat out. I highly recommend Irmak Lounge for anyone who is looking for a great atmosphere, spectacular food and an amazing evening. Furthermore, all the staff are absolutely fantastic I can’t explain in words how helpful and welcoming they are. The customer service as well it’s as if all the staff were sent from heaven absolutely amazing.Especially our waiter Andreea who was ever so patient, kind, professional, helpful and made sure our Irmak experience was of its best standards. Highly recommended!

Everything was very neat and clean. The washroom was pretty small but the cleanliness was a 8.5/10 l. The service was the best I have ever seen and after we accidently dropped a hot chocloate 45 seconds later it was all gone and most importantly the food was a solid 9.5/10 and all of this happened when there were 9 of us.

We had the Mix platter and Salmon. The food was nice although delayed. The atmosphere was ok, it would have been better if the shisha lounge door was kept closed as it says on the door. The smoke from there kept coming to the non smokers area. Otherwise, it’s a lovely place.

I visited this restaurant with a friend for a late lunch. I had very high expectations for this place. However, I was left disappointed by not only the food not being up to standard but also the lack of attentiveness of the staff, especially considering we were one of two customers there. The only reason I gave this a 2 star was because there was a special offer on the shisha and also the venue looked decent. I requested the service charge to be removed because it was lacking.

I couldn’t recommend this restaurant anymore if I tried. The customer service and attention to detail was astonishing. Zaq went above and beyond to ensure my friends proposal was beautiful. The whole team were so lovely and friendly creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be visit the restaurant again.
